Great business the manager was very detald about tanning I went there yesterday for a class fild trip ill definitely become a member of that tanning salon.But i had a few more questions I forgot to ask the manager because we had to get back to school.since one of the sprey tanning mashines contain suggar. I was wondering if that causes weight gain and how much weight does the tanning beds hold also does spray tanning cause weight gain 🤔

Knowledgeable and friendly employees. The salon is kept clean and the tanning beds are sanitized. If anyone is looking for a tanning salon to go to I highly recommend the Sunbar Tanning Salon.No where else are you going to get a free waterbed massage with your visit! I am new to the Tampa area. I googled tanning salons and found Sun Bar. I'm happy I did. They are open on Sunday and I headed that way. I got lost, called Sun Bar, and the young lady on duty patiently guided me to the location. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed with the store, but more impressed with that young lady on duty who I spoke to on the phone. She explained in detail the different tanning beds levels available and the inexpensive pricing plans for packages. Her name is Alexis. She is the reason I will become a regular patron and she is the reason I will tell everyone about Sun Bar Tanning Salon.

If you are not using this salon...you are a fool. Tanning here over 10 years maybe...happy happy Joy Joy!! I recently moved to Port Charlotte and now know exactly what I am missing...Sun Bar!!! I have been been searching and joined a couple, but nothing near the shadows of SUN BAR. I would have to drive 1hr n 40mins one way every day to get to Sun Bar.. too bad I can't. Still searching, but as of now...NO ONE TOPS SUN BAR!

Really awesome and welcoming staff. I hadn’t really ever been to a tanning salon before (maybe a couple times In high school) and the environment from this family-owned business really put me at ease to an experience that would otherwise usually make my anxiety spike. Before starting to go here I would never ever ever ever leave the house without makeup on and now after 3 months of consistently going my complexion has slowly started to even out and I’m starting to feel a lot better about myself without makeup. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the man, Judah, who is usually there in the morning’s is so sweet and helpful. Although the experience can be pretty expensive (tanning salons everywhere are although Sun Bar is the most affordable) especially for a little barista like me I’d say that the staff’s friendliness and willingness to work with you here makes it worth it. I don’t usually feel very comfortable or safe in public so I appreciate the genuineness and kindness from this business. Thank you!

This was my first visit to the salon. The packages are easy to choose from I went with a Champion. Then used a stand-up for my session then enjoyed the massage bed, which was absolutely fantastic.Not only was my trip great but so was the atmosphere and staff very helpful. Thank you Sun Bar

This is the best tanning spot in the Brandon, heck... Tampa area!, I have been to many other places but, Judah the Owner has the best beds around. He's very knowledgeable and professional he can guide you to the best and fastest tan. On my first weekend I met Brook she is very friendly and is a great representative of who should be greeting at such a place of business. If you are tanning somewhere else, give it up there is no tan like a Sun Bar tan, believe me I've been to the others and this is where you should be.

I have been going to this place for several years now! I have had nocomplaints. The staff is always friendly, informative and there is always some kinda deal or special going on. I have been to many tanning salons but Sunbar is by far the best. The place is always clean. Besides tanning beds they also have a hydro massage that is amazing !!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Started going here a couple weeks ago. I am pale white with red hair. Not easy for me to tan or maintain one. Friendly staff with good advice have helped me quickly get some satisfying color. Clean facility and the water massage is nice too.

I had planned to go to a last minute event and needed to be tan, FAST! I came in to Sun Bar Tanning Saloon just to check it out. I was immediately impressed! I met Judah and his abundant knowledge of the whole process made me feel confident that this was the place for me. He helped me pick out a lotion that fits my skin type and goal and then told me they keep it there for you! That's awesome! I never have to worry about forgetting it and it is not being ruined by sitting in my car all day. Their goal at Sun Bar is to tan, not burn and due to the guidance I have received from Rachel I have successfully done exactly that. Rachel quickly remembered my name and makes me feel so welcome when I come in, and after a long day of work I greatly appreciate that! I am 100% pleased with my experience and will continue to go back. Thanks guys!!

Best beds around I tell you the Magnum and the black sun and the champion mixed together will make you the brownist you've ever been. He also has really great lotions. Staff was very courteous and helpful, and very informative. The spray ran area was clean. I did a spray tan here and it's lasted longer than any other spray tan I've had. I'll definitely be back!

The place to Tan. Been going to The Sun bar for years. The staff are always so pleasant and make you feel welcome. Tanning deals when they offer them are always so $$ savings, you got to be nuts not to take advantage .The equipment current and well maintained which is always a plus as well .
