Great experience the best nail I have ever had. The whole set only took an hour which was insane to me plus got a great hand massage. The Design is perfect and I only showed Tracy once.The nails aren’t too thick but literally perfect. These are the best nails I’ve ever had.

I’ve been coming here for years and they always do a solid job. Occasionally the nail tech will be running behind however they give you a courtesy call to let you know which is great. The parking lot is small and parking can be an issue so just plan accordingly. I recommend going to Sally I’ve been a client of her for years and knows exactly what I like! She specializes in dip and also does amazing ombre nails. Overall, I recommend this nail studio as you’ll get consistent service and it’s easy to book online!

I rarely write reviews, but I love Anna so much that she needs one! Her dip work is incredible (and timely). I've been in salons where dip takes over an hour, but she always gets me in and out. My nails last about 3-4 weeks. This is the first time I've ever been able to hold dip nails for that long! I am a chronic nail picker, so she is very accommodating if I need a tip or 2 to make my nails look a normal length. I'm leaving here after this summer to go back to school in Alabama, but hoping to see her again when I am back in town.

Solid nail salon. I’ve come here a few times when visiting my sister! It’s pretty much no frills but there are probably 100 people working at one time so you never have to make an appointment. The pricing is standard and they always do a good job.

Eva did such a great job with my dip nails! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she had such attention to detail, made sure the design was exactly what I wanted, and was very friendly and efficient. My nails came out perfect, they are smooth (sometimes dip powder gets chunky/uneven if not filed out correctly) symmetric and beautiful. Thank you, Eva! Will definitely be returning for future services.

Today I saw Melinda for the first time. I had seen her nail designs on Instagram and I wanted a very intricate nail design. I showed her a photo of the exact designs I wanted and which finger aligned with which design. She went above and beyond. She is such a perfectionist and my nails are perfect! Now I have very small hands, think middle school or younger. And I have been told I have very small nails. So she had limited amount of space to make these intricate designs. But she still some how nailed it. I am OBSESSED and will continue to see Melinda, at Heavenly nails. Thanks for making my nail dreams come true!!

I love finding a good nail salon, but it really comes down to the nail artist and how well they execute. Sally did an amazing job and knew exactly how I wanted them shaped to best suite my style! I Made an appointment with Tammy after reading all the reviews from like 20 nail shops I was very impressed I made an appointment for 5:30they got me in at 5:55 and I was only there until 715 I got a full set of pedicure and my eyebrows waxed in that short time she is extremely fast fast and good there was nothing I could complain about very actit's not about very accurate with the design you want friendly is friendly and for the prices in Tampa very discounted it was $50 for a full set and $10 for the full design I'm a happy customer and I'm extremely hard to please with nails

The first two times were amazing and my gels lasted four weeks. The third and fourth time was disappointing. My nails broke beneath my nail beds the third time so I tried dip earlier this month. My dip manicure chipped within one week and one of my nails popped off this morning. My basic pedicure lasted longer than my dip nails. Workers are kind and talented, but lately I have felt rushed and the amount of time my manicures have lasted have gotten shorter over time.

The staff is nice. Service was ok, liked the dip manicure but don’t expect to get your cuticles cleaned up, which considering the price this should be part of the service. Prices are fine. Services in general felt rushed but maybe it’s because they were so busy. The upgraded pedicure was maybe 15 minutes and wasn’t worth the extra money. They just did a light scrub on my feet, something I could do at home in the shower, and honestly expected better from a professional pedicure for $40. Didn’t offer to let me sit anywhere to let my toes dry, quick checkout and out the door.

I’ve been to many salons in Tampa, and I regret not finding this gem before today! Very clean and professional atmosphere. I was a walk in appointment and I was sitting in my seat within a minute. Love this place, I have been going here every threes weeks for six years. However there have been recent changes that is taking away from that spa experience. I take this time with my girlfriends to get pampered and relax with a glass of wine. They no longer serve wine or beer and for the past few months the place has been under renovation. So many nail solons will provide you with a glass of wine, some even have full bars. Not sure why they took this away from their guest.

I came here with a friend to get my nails done after moving to Tampa and have been coming here since. There's always at least one person at the front desk to help get you taken care of. The nail salon looks deceivingly small on the outside but it's actually massive. There's hardly ever a wait when I'm here but i do prefer to go at odd hours. I highly recommend making an appointment because it's almost always decently busy. It's so easy to book an appointment online and check upcoming availability for nail techs. There are some very talented nail techs here. I've never managed to grow out my natural nails long enough to not need tips when getting dip or acrylic so they're the best in my book. ❤️

Very busy nail salon. With highly trained and skilled nail technicians. They're quick but efficient. I highly recommend Tammy and Laura. Price-wise they are very competitive I drive all the way from Brandon to them because their prices are better than anyone near where I am and they do a better job. Most importantly they're very clean. Update: I had my gel nails and pedicure done today. Magnificent job once again by Laura. See photos. Unfortunately my daughter was not as fortunate. The tech Nancy was to rushed and results were poor. When I asked her to correct the problem she didnt know how. Well I will never let her do our nails again. And yes I did tip her unfortunately before I saw my daughters pedicure.

Heavenly Nails has been my new nail stop for the past year. They have given me the best dip manicure on my natural nails. The polish is thin and smooth and last a solid month without lifting too badly. My girl Sally always hooks me up with a fresh look and is super meticulous on the shape and filling. Love this place!

Heavenly Nails is the best example of the saying, "when you find a good thing don't let it go". I used to get gel on my natural nails here, but ventured to other salons closer to where I live and after a lot of trial-and-error, came back to Heavenly. I just had dip powder on my natural nails by Eva and I am never going anywhere or to anyone else. She listens to what you want and is very meticulous with the entire process. Eva is the best!

I'm extremely picky about getting my nails done because I have short stubby fingers and wide nail beds, but Sally made my nails look beautiful and knew exactly what would look best for my finger/nail type. I tried a lot of places and was skeptical given the varied reviews but I would listen to the sites suggestions and go with the tech that has "master" next to their name. Highly recommend Sally for dip powder nails!!

Heavenly usually comes in clutch but this time words can’t describe my pain….I asked for a checker design on all my nails and the older gentleman told me that’s going to be 20-30 dollars more, i said no problem yea i can do that then, he switched up and said it’s going to be 40 dollars more. He told me it’s too expensive and to save my money :/ so I decided to do something simpler and asked for a sheer base with brown hearts….at the end he slapped some oil on my hands and called it a day, I low key thought he was going to do more but, no he took me straight to the cashier. Overall paid $70 +$5 tip, not the best but I appreciate the effort. 👌🏼

I couldn't believe how big this place is and how many nail artists there were here. I didn't immediately find out how to check in and get my name on the list. It took me a few minutes before I figured out what to do and where to wait. Once I had a massage chair and nail artist working with me, I was good to go. They offered me a drink and I chose a lovely cold and refreshing tea. I also got a gel pedicure which included a massage scrub, mask lotion, hot stones. It was quite nice and lasted about 45 minutes. My husband got a pedicure too and he enjoyed getting pampered and his legs massaged.

Heavenly Nails is the go-to place in Tampa for getting your nails done. Whether you are a walk-in or have made an appointment, you are always tended to promptly upon arrival and every interaction I’ve had with the staff has always been a positive one. SOPHIA and EMMA are the sweetest girls and do an amazing job every single time. They never make me feel rushed and are always willing to explain different services they offer when I inquire, and are super patient when I have trouble selecting a color (sorry ladies! Haha). I recently went to the new second location and the extra parking and smaller salon size was pretty nice, as the original location is always poppin’. Lastly, I have been told that the management is awesome and works with each staff member to make sure they are not working too many long hour days, have time off, etc. Couldn’t be happier to have Heavenly Nails in Tampa!!

I just had my first appointment at Heavenly Nails and was very impressed. I booked the appointment after my current salon (Luxor Nails) cancelled my appointment at the last minute. I was first pleasantly surprised when they were opened when I got there (even though I was a few minutes early) and they were ready to take me right away (complaints I already had with the previously mentioned salon). Fast & reliable with a huge selection of colors, gels, dips, etc. This is a large nail salon with two rooms for manicures and probably 20 pedicure seats in case you’re going with friends. Highly recommend!

These are my nails 3 weeks and 2 days after getting gels for my wedding... despite swimming, washing dishes, showering, hand washing for my job, etc- not a single chip, only my nails growing out. Angela did a fantastic job, could not have asked for a better manicure!

This was my first visit and I loved it! As soon as I walked in I was assisted and Candie was even able to start my appointment about 10 minutes early. I get the dip on my nails and I have never seen so many options, they have at least 400 different colors in dip to choose from. During my service I was asked several times if I was pleased with how my nails were turning out which I really appreciated. I have already booked my next appointment, highly recommend!!

I always have a positive experience here, clean and professional. You are checked in and given a nail tech quickly and efficiently. I always make an appointment but doesn't seem like the wait is long if you don't have an appointment. They do good work and the prices are reasonably comparable for the area. Only thing is the parking, the lot is busy and tight with many businesses. Since there are so many people working here at the salon they all seem to park right in front of the business when they get on for the day as I saw when I came in early for a morning appointment. So when you get there you can't really find a spot to park, you'll have to drive around the lot a bit to find parking so just keep in mind to give yourself extra time.

Everytime that I have gone has been a great. I love having Chi Chi do my pedicure. Her attention to detail is spot on. I love the hot stones and the extra massage is awesome. The lavender scented products are my favorite. Anna does a phenomenal manicure. I suggest finding your favorite and than make appointments to ensure you get in. It's a nice space but they are always busy. Very clean and hygienic.

Simply the best place in South Tampa (if not all of Tampa) did get anything related to Pedicures and Manicures. The place is Giant, (They have 4 dedicated suites, each focusing on a different service) they have a great staff and are very reasonably priced.

Krystal is my absolute FAVORITE! If you're anything like me - time is money...and I actually dread getting my nails done because I hate to sit still. Not only does Heavenly Nails have a super easy and convenient texting/appointment setting system in place, but they literally are always so accommodating of my fluid schedule. They allow me to get a mani/pedi at the same time and do a quality job in less than an hour. I have used Krystal for months and won't got anywhere else! Thank you!

Everyone I’ve gone to here is fantastic - most recently Sally and she did an awesome job with natural looking dip nails. She makes it look effortless but does detailed and super clean work. My original appt was on Monday and I left very disappointed by how my nails turned out. I got them done for my engagement pictures a few days later, so I was definitely stressing about how they looked. I ended up calling Heavenly Nails the following day and asked if they could fix my nails. They were more than willing to help and I’m so glad that I called! Van fixed my nails and they look amazing! Exactly what I asked for. The staff is so friendly and professional, and I can’t wait to go back!

Update: yep third time is the charm. Came here and gave this place one more try and I shouldn’t have. Less than a week later and my dip manicure is chipping and discolored. During the manicure they were out of 3 of the colors I had wanted until I finally settled on a color I don’t even really like. Tried to give this place multiple tries since I loved my nails the first time I came, but can’t keep paying this much for poor quality nails. Original: Quality of your manicure and experience completely depends on who your nail tech is. The first time I came here, I had a really friendly girl who took her time and made sure my nails looked great. The care she put into it paid off because they lasted over 3 weeks without cracking. Today I had a male nail tech who rushed me through every part of the process (literally got me out in half the time of my first nail appt) and it’s apparent when you look at the quality. When I got out of the salon I noticed my nails look very sloppy in comparison to the manicure I got last time and I’m sure they won’t last long. I will make sure to request a specific nail tech if I come again.

I think your experience here depends on who your technician is. Some are better than others. I prefer to go to Macy or Tammy. They always do a great job on my nails and pay attention to detail. Heavenly Nails is also very clean/sanitary. I've been to a few other salons in the area and they're the ones who are taking the most COVID precautions!

Today was my 2nd visit. Excitedly I booked the signature spa. Waited 15 min in the chair and got serviced only after I asked if they forgot my appointment. Didn't get the person I booked with. The lady rushed through the appointment. 45 min per their service menu, lasted only 25 min. The technician didn't use toe separators for the polish and one of my big toes got messed up. They fixed it, but it now has a groove in the polish. I politely addressed the situation, but they didn't offer anything to rectify it. $43.00 plus 20% tip was high for this service.

I love heavenly! Last night I completely ripped off one of my acrylics trying to open a drawer. So much pain. I came in and was helped within the first minute I was in the store. Then, Seven came, helped me find my exact color, and took care of me. I’ll definitely be coming back when I get my whole new set!!

The atmosphere in this place is so amazing. It’s clean and there are barriers between you and the nail tech, they make sure that you have masks and wash your hands before you come in. I got my acrylics done by a wonderful nail tech, I don’t remember her name but she was really nice, she made sure that I was satisfied and happy with what I had and was quick with her service. Best nail salon in Tampa!! Sally is the best dip manicurist I’ve been to- I continue to go back in just to see her. My manicures last 4-5 weeks when she does dip for me- she is super fast too! I’ve referred several friends and everyone has been beyond impressed. The salon is very clean, extremely large so you can always get in to see someone if you’re in a pinch, overall just highly recommend!

This was my very first visit here. My sister recommended. I like pedicures but I haven't had a manicure is many years. I went and got the neutral mani/pedi as I like the color of my natural nails. first time visiting the salon and i went to sally. she did purple ombre dip powder on me and omgggg im obsessedd!! she paid so much attention to detail and spent time making sure she had the right colors for the ombré for me, which is something i’ve never experienced before. the nail techs i usually go to never pay any attention to detail or very obviously don’t care, but that was not the case with sally. i 100% recommend her!!!

I moved to St. Pete and will still go back to Heavenly. I never have a problem getting in to get a spa pedicure and shellac french manicure and come out with tip for under $100. All are courteous and friendly. Not all speak english but enough are there to help with those that don't. Always clean and for the most part punctual. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes on an appointment. They care about their service to their customers. I will admit, it did take me awhile to get who I would see on a regular basis. So don't give up, we all have our different expectations and there will be someone you will make your regular.

Love Heavenly! I have been seeing Sally since about 2013. She is the best and I always leave with my nails looking amazing! I usually get ombré on my hands and Sally by far has mastered that technique! She takes her time and does a beautiful job. Definitely recommend her if you want perfection :)

I have been coming to Heavenly Nails for a few years now. I am used to having good service. Today I went in and was let down. I got a regular manicure. She forgot to soak one hand in water (I had to remind her). The nail polish was coming out streaky and I asked another tech/employee to help translate that. The answer to help with streakiness was to add another coat. Mind you I already had 3 coats. I would have rather her start over but was trying not to be high maintenance nor did I want to undermine her advice.The tech finished one hand and realized it wasn’t coming out smoothly so she asked someone to help her. That tech finished painting my nails and they came out way better. She let me dry my nails a bit before adding the top coat. The top coat was done quickly and without precision. I sat under the dryer for 20 minutes to ensure they were dry and was still careful. I have so many coats that my nail polish has indentations from just going about my regular day. Also, it’s still not quite even. I am usually not so particular but $20 for a manicure that was mediocre at best is not the quality I’m used to at Heavenly. I would also like to stay my nail tech was very nice, everyone was. I will try Heavenly again with a different nail tech.

Got a mani pedi for a formal event here and I wasn’t really happy with the results... I asked for French tips and got something more like French chunks... when I paid, the woman doing my nails tried to tip herself $20.00 without asking me. This place was packed and the people doing my friend and I’s nails seemed rushed to get us done and over with. Our nail polished chipped off the next day. I try not to give bad reviews but I paid $52.00 (before tip) for a mani-pedi and did not feel like I got my money’s worth.

I enjoyed the service. The nail tech was very nice. I had gotten a mint pedicure, full set with gel nails and coffin shape and some lennngggttthhh. I personally felt like the coffin shape was not as precise as I would have liked. After I left the salon I noticed that two of my nails were in fact two different sizes( much longer than the rest) and not at all coffin shape. Although this isn’t my biggest concern it was more so that I felt there was a limited amount of the acrylic powder product being used and as a result my nail snapped at the tip only a week later.

I got a quick tour of how things work and not even two minutes in I was seated by Ellie, my nail tech. I was pleasantly surprised that i had no wait time as the place was packed. She took wonderful care of me and was so detailed! I've never experienced such service and attention to detail before. So grateful to have discovered this gem! Anytime i'd look around, I noticed that everyone's nails looked phenomenal, I think they all follow the same set of guidelines which is awesome. The salon is pretty big too. It's not your average spa. They have so many colors, a great set up to pick your nail color, the attention to detail is awesome, and everyone there looks happy. 💅 The only suggestion that I would make is that the clear top coat isn't the best. It looked like a generic brand instead of what most salons use. I can see the difference as the coat kind of pulls which leaves some of the nails matte. Its a simple fix and not the nail techs fault, I watched her apply it perfectly. I will apply my own clear coat when I get home... Problem solved! It's worth going here for the quality. All my nails are smooth and completely covered with polish!

I've been here a few times recently, very clean, and so many colors to choose from it's overwhelming! Kim has been my tech, she's thorough and very caring, she's kinda like my mom (since I live far from my mom it's nice to be pampered!). However the last time I was here I asked her to massage my neck (it's an add-on service) and she had done all the prep work on my mani, the only thing left to do was paint my nails. So one of the managers had another tech paint my nails while Kim did the massage. And I was very disappointed in the fast sloppy job they did just to hurry up and get me out. This was for a wedding, and my nails just didn't look the perfect way Kim always does them. Lesson learned - I will only let Kim do my nails from start to finish! Five stars only bc of Kim! UPDATE: I had stopped getting my nails done for a year or more, but recently started again (not gel - I only get regular polish). I only see Donna for both manis and pedis. She is a perfectionist. My nails always look 100%. I love that she doesn't rush, so if you want to get in and out fast, she is not the person for you! But that is what I like about her - she will take her time to get it perfect!

I love THIS place I live in Riverview and for 3yrs couldn’t find a PLACE that I loved either the nails were done great and the pedis were trash or vice versa. Literally, this place is ok. There are some good things about it, and the manicurists are friendly. However, I hated that they didn't use a better top coat—specifically the OPI UV binding top coat, which makes manicures last way longer than most home options. They used a generic top coat and I ruined a nail before I even left the dryer. She fixed it for me, but she didn't redo the whole nail and there is a visible/feel-able line in my polish. I was extra careful, and my nails still got messed up when I got home. I had to put my own (Deborah Lippmann) top coat on, which finally solved the problem. My pedicure also dulled really quickly, so I had to re-coat that as well.

While the gel on my fingernails didn't make it 4 days, my pedicure is still in tact. I'm pregnant and bending over to do my toes right now is not a thing. Yes the nail has grown a little so I will be returning to have the gel removed and fresh gel put on. Contemplating what I'll get done with my hands as they take a little more beating- always in water. Don't remember the tech's name, but at least the pedi was worth the money spent!

I used to love this place but the last nail tech I had was awful. My appointment started out by her getting frustrated over the colors not matching my photo for reference. I told her it wasn't a huge deal and that I was just ready to start, she gave me big attitude. Initially she sat me across the room away from my friend and was like "oops" that really struck a never because she was just not caring about how I was treated. I asked my friend to ask her nail tech if she could move her to where I was & she did so politely (since she hadn't started). So as she's dremeling my nails she not only scratches my cuticle area but she also burned my nail bed. She seems to be dremeling the tops of my nails WAY too much and I had already told her she was hurting me. So marble polish was supposed to be incorporated in my manicure and she ended up having to restart maybe 5-6 times because she had no idea what she was doing, it looks nothing near like marble and sadly I paid extra for it. Fast forward to 2 days later 2 of my natural nails snapped (I have very short claw nails ) because they were so freaking thin from the dremeling. Fast forward again to the moment I'm writing this and I have lost another the same way. You can see my nails are beyond thin from the job she did. I have spent a lot of time growing my natural nails, all for someone to ruin them. I have had natural long nails for quite a few months and they have never broke before like that until now. I probably won't return just because there's so many nail techs , it's hard to know if you're going to get someone that will do a good job. I'm not wasting another $50 just for a hack job.

I used to see Donna before she retired and then I saw a couple of random technicians before I found my go to girl Vee. She is shy but she is precise and kind of a perfectionist lol. I usually do gel manis and express pedis which average 1.5hrs with her but my nails look great for 3 weeks plus I have never ever gotten any infection 🤗 she memorizes what I get but never minds if i feel like changing it up. Also I love the staff ! I have never had an issue really but if Vee is running late, they accommodate me well, and they always remember me and make me feel #1. I have been going to Heavenly for almost a year religiously now and I have seen Vee for at least over a half year. I will continue to go here.

Heavenly nails is one of my 2 go-to nail salons. Mai is awesome (pronounced like the Mai Thai drink, not sure if I spelled her name right though). My gel mani and pedi look perfect. She takes her time and does an excellent job. Also on a whim I decided to trust her to touch my eye brows because I’ve been growing them in for a while, and she did a great job on them too!!!!!! She has really nice brows so I figured she would understand that I just needed the shape fixed and not my entire eyebrow removed. Lam is also good for gel mani/pedi. If you go in groups and you’re particular about your nails, make sure you specify that you want someone who listens well to your particular details. They always greet you right away and provide wine and water. Calling to schedule an appointment is super easy too.

Heavenly Nails is a south Tampa staple and the absolute best. I love being able to book online with my favorite (and very very talented) nail tech Jennifer, she’s so nice and I’m always so happy with her work. If she can’t fit me in on a day I’m a walk in she makes sure her sister is able to! I started going to heavenly back in October 2018, I came in and she fixed my “lumpy” acrylic. The last salon I went to really did a bad job and she not only fixed them but made them PERFECT, as she does every time. She makes sure I am 100% satisfied before she even lets me get up from the chair. Now we laugh about how I came in the first time with lumpy claws.
