My first time at Elegant and it was so great! I had a 5:15 Appt and I was greeted and attended to within two minutes of walking in. I had Carol and she did an amazing job!! I like my natural nails, short with dip and she did so good. I wanted a light pink and the color I chose originally was not right, so she helped me pick out a different color and it is perfect! She was attentive and also made sure to let me know she was trying hard not to hurt me when filing (because I have short nails) and she didn’t hurt me at all. I will 100% be coming back and making this my new go to spot with her!

I went with Apple today and she did such a good job on repairing my one broken nail and doing my fill. She was friendly and took the time to find a color that matched the photo I showed her in my phone. She was talkative and kept me engaged the whole time. She made sure I liked what she was doing. I’m for sure coming back to her

I love this salon so much. Lee Hai did my nails and they came out perfect! She also did my pedicure and she is so nice. She is so good at designs. However, I have had different artists before and they weren’t great. Highly recommend going here, but ask for Lee Hai.

A group of us went before out Florida trip....I've bee here a couple other times and had no problems. But this time it was not good....my grandma told them she wanted a regular pedicure. They gave her colors to pick, then put gel on her toe nails. AFTER she both of us told them she wanted REGULAR polish her nail tech said "it's okay, and continued to finish them with gel"....then THEY CHARGED HER $20 EXTRA FOR THE GEL SHE DIDN"T WANT!!!! As for me, I did dipped powder and a manicure, my nail tech cut me in multiple spots....enough that I was bleeding, he rushed through everything. My cousin and I got the exact same thing and started at the exact same time and she was done 20 minutes after me and got a nice hand massage and all. I had a 20% off coupon for my birthday...they took 10%. After I messaged them about my complaints, they did give me an extra 10% refund to make up for the loss on my coupon....but 3 months later and my cuticles are still peely and hurt from being cut so many times.

I had an appointment at 12:00 but they didn’t touch my nails until 1:15. I didn’t mind waiting but I was getting a little antsy since my sister was already done with her nails. I love my nails and they look really good but after a few hours they really started to hurt. I’m not sure if this is normal for getting acrylics or what. I liked the atmosphere in the building, had music and the gals asked if we wanted something to drink multiple times. Their customer service was great besides the wait.

I moved to Sioux Falls last year. I love Elegant Nails! The salon is beautiful and kept very clean. All the nail technicians are so sweet. Tina does my dipped nails. She is an amazing technician! My nails always look fantastic. Tina gets my nails done quickly which is great because I usually pop in on my lunch break. Love this nail salon!

I have been going to Elegant Nail Bar & Spa for over a year. I always feel welcomed when I arrive and absolutely love my nail tech. I come in every 2-3 weeks not because my nails are in bad shape but because I like to change the color. I haven't had one mani that doesn't get a ton of compliments. Sometimes I know exactly what I want and other times my nail tech has to help me decide but I always leave happy. If you are new to the area or looking to find a new place to get your nails done this is the place!! I will warn you on one thing, they are busy so it's best to call ahead and get an appointment.

The place was very nice , my artist did a very good job . The only thing that put me off and made me feel very uncomfortable is the argument three workers had In front of me while the artist held my pinky, I finally took my finger away and asked if they needed time. The work was good but I will probably not return due to the unprofessionalism. Thank you I hope you can find a different way to work out your differences in front of clients.

This was our first time using this business. I called Friday for a Saturday appointment for four and they were able to get us in. It was my mother and niece's first pedicures. We were all very satisfied with the service. The lady who helped my 3 yr old neice was great with her. She asked her lots of questions and got her a juice box. We will be back again for sure.

I am thoroughly impressed by my experience here! I got a Jelly Pedicure, and the young man who did my nails was extremely thorough. I truly felt pampered. Most places I’ve been before are quick to rush through the pedicure, but they really take their time here to give you a quality experience. Also of note, they offer alcohol for purchase which is a nice touch! I definitely will be coming back!

Super clean and beautifully decorated salon!! Seems like most nail places are dirty, cluttered and in need of an update. Always get the feeling that if a place is “topside” filthy that their utensils are probably not properly sanitized either. But this place is awesome - you will not be disappointed! In fact our own Governor Noem was there the day I had an appointment! I’m just bummed that I live on the other side of the state - please open a salon in Rapid City! Class act Elegant Nails!

I was in about a week and a half ago to get dip powder with a tip put on. Today while I was at work I tore off two of the nails. I go on vacation in a few days so I went in right after work and they said to come back later and they could get them fixed. My technician knew exactly what color dip powder they had used with just one look at my nails. They were redone in 20 mins. AND the best part is they did not charge me anything for the fix! The two new nails look great 😊 thanks so much!!

absolutely love this place. i went in to get my usual fill and i think her name was shayla? not sure but she was a younger girl still going to to school , and i had my appointment at 6, i did have to wait just a little bit but it was no big deal, i got my full set at a different place out of town and i waited about a month to get them filled so my nails were pretty busted, she totally took the time to fix them up and make sure they looked perfect. and how i wanted them. always checked in asking how i was doing and told me to let her know if anything ever hurt. she couldn’t get the nail filed how she wanted it so professionally, she asked someone to come help straighten up my nail. because of how bad my nails were before from having them on so long it took awile to reshape them which she totally took the time and never rushed. even tho it was almost time to close at the salon. she was so sweet and totally recommend here. such nice people !!!!

I read a ton of reviews saying this place was the best and that Tina was one of the best technicians. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I get my nails done every 2 weeks, coffin shaped every time. Being out of town and needing a fill, I booked here with Tina. She wasn’t even there for my appointment, they had to call her to come back in. She rushed through my nails, and hardly shaped them. They are thick, uneven, and definitely not coffin shaped. Not even fully polished. I had to go get them redone at my usual place. Please don’t waste your money here.

I originally came in to get shellac done on my nails but they asked if I had heard of powder dipping and if I’d like to try that instead. I hadn’t ever heard of it so they explained it and told me it lasts longer. I ultimately decided to try the powder dipping and WOW it is sooo much better than shellac! This is the ONLY salon I’ve ever had that offered to me at and the girls working were amazing! Recommend! Recommend! Recommend!

It was fantastic! I brought my one son with because he has really bad cuticles. And the ladies were amazing with him, and they look 100% better. He’s a little shy and they made him feel rite at home:) I was getting mine done, which has been years. I was going to do a full set and she told me I can do whatever I would like, but I had really nice nails and there was no need to spend that extra money. So instead of just up-selling me to make money she was awesome and used my natural nails:) the ladies were super nice, and I love my nails.

Pros: This place is so cute on the inside! I love how they were open on Sunday. The atmosphere is wonderful and the owner is welcoming. I had Lexi give me a fill and I love her work. She re shaped my coffin nails to the regular square/ rectangle shape. She took her time and it looks amazing! Cons: I also got the holographic/chrome top coat and left off a star bc it was an additional $28 which seems more expensive than what other nail salons charge for this service. I’ve been to a few salons and it looks like this place uses the same product as other places but normally a holographic fill is around $45 all together, this one was about $10 more. Which I don't agree with since they didn't even have the proper tools to apply the powder with. (normally its done with a sponge, but they tried a silicone applicator thingy that just wasn't working so she applied it with a glove, it still worked in the end but not worth $28)

i brought my mother in law and my 5 year old daughter in to get our nails done. mine were done by shayla (spelling?) and she was so great !! my cuticles needed a spring cleaning (lol) and she was very, VERY thorough. i will definitely be requesting her next time. the ladies who tended to my daughter and mother in law were also very skilled and polite. i was a sitting two safety screens away from my MIL so i couldnt hear much, but at least with my 5 year old, the lady tending to her was treating her like a real person rather than a child. we all three of us left feeling so excited !! thank you elegant nail bar ♥️

Just like a picture (I’m just so picky when it comes to manicure lol) she followed exactly what I wanted! She was so friendly and making sure it was to my liking! I love Elegant nails!!! Every time I go in I feel so welcome. The staff refers to me by name and I’m always offered a beverage. I pick out some intricate nail designs and the technicians always do their best to give me what I ask for. I’ve gone to a million nail salons but now I’ll never go anywhere else. This is my favorite spot!!!

LOVE getting pedicures here! Its clean and all the tools are new out of the bag so no worries about infections. Staff are great and always make time for you even if you didnt make an appointment. So relaxing and my feet are so smooth and pretty at the end. I won't go to any other nail salon.

It was my first time visiting Elegant Nail Bar...I took my teenage daughter to have a "Back to School" manicure. Upon arrival, we were greeted right away and escorted over to their waiting area. The nail salon itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean (including the restroom)!! The gentleman that did my daughter's nails did an amazing job. Extremely friendly, professional and skilled...on top of all of this, their prices are extremely affordable! I give them 5+ 🌟 and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Elegant is amazing. Their entire facility is squeaky clean and it smells good. I forget I’m at a nail salon at times. We love to see Carol, but all the folks there are fantastic! You are greeted right away, offered beverages and the services are explained to you. They also explain the total cost at the end of your service so you know exactly what you are paying for. They are detailed, thorough and friendly. Don’t leave the Littles out! They have an entire menu for kids and special chairs for them to! I treated my 6 year old to a “jelly” mani/pedi and she was over the moon.

Have been on the hunt for a nail salon since moving here several months ago. I have not been having very good luck. However, after visiting Elegant Nail Bar today, I will not need to search any longer. Such a great experience! CLEAN, super friendly and my nails and toes look FANTASTIC. Tried the powder dip for my nails and it looks great - and they had the matching polish for my toes. Can't wait to go back! :-)

I was very impressed with this nail salon!! They clearly opened up their supplies in front of me and used gloves when appropriate. They didnt make me feel like they were rushing to get to the next client, a FIRST for me in my mani/pedi experiences! They did a wonderful job with my services and really took their time with some of my nail problems. They were able to easily accommodate our three person walk in, including my eight year old. The only thing I think I'd have changed was that I wish the nail technician who did my daughters nails had consulted me on her choices. I had told my daughter several times to get my approval due to upcoming holiday pictures, but as such, being the eight year she is, she went crazy with the colors and also somehow tacked on an additional charged design nail that I didnt approve of. But I wasnt paying close attention and she had a blast and really enjoyed herself as well, so its hard to be mad about it. Definitely recommend this place and I will definitely come back here when I'm in the area for my nail needs! Really a life saver for me with my cuticle issues and as a health professional myself, was very happy with the sanitary conditions!
