I’ve been coming to Brow Arc for over 5 years for eyebrow threading. I finally decided to get my brows tinted and laminated. Pam did an amazing job! She was very patient, listened to all of my concerns and questions, explained the whole process step-by-step, and made sure I was satisfied throughout each phase of the process.

Convenient location, quick service and the staff listens to what YOU want your eyebrows to look like! My brows looked HORRIBLE because I tried doing them myself (COVID restrictions made it hard to come in) but Shristi took the time to do a fantastic job of getting them back to looking human and stylish again! Look at that difference with one done and the other still wild!

Veena did a fantastic job today on my eyebrows. I told her I was getting married in 2 weeks and she took the time to discuss what style would go best. She was attentive and checked with me periodically to see if I was satisfied with the results. She was very efficient and my eyebrows look great! Last Friday, I had the best threading experience of my life. Sushila was warm, kind, and the gentlest threader I've had. I can't get over how painless and easy it was! And what's more, she gave me some excellent advice on how to make my right eyebrow, which always has been sparser than my left, look fuller and more even. Really an awesome experience! Can't wait to go back.

I go here often to avail their threading services. The location is ideal and they’ve precautions to prevent the spread of COVID by requiring customers to fill out online forms and placing them on a waitlist to limit the number of customers in the saloon. I signed up, but didn’t see a change in the waiting queue for a while; on giving them a call, they mentioned that they were unable to take in customers that evening. So, I’ve not visited since the start of the pandemic. From all of my previous experiences - usually, I’ve a good experience and am satisfied. However, there have been a couple of misses and I’ve been left dissatisfied. Overall, I would recommend this place. After all, I’ve been visiting over a year. Just make sure to clearly communicate what you want and what your expectations are with the services you’re availing and give them a call to ensure that they’re available to take in customers.

Staff is nice and take great care of you. Special recognition to Sushila, she threads my eyebrows better than anyone that has ever done them before! I get so many compliments on my eyebrows because of her. She is kind and meticulous about her work! Thank you Sushila!
