They are amazing. I was getting my natural nails done with gel then decided to start getting acrylic and they do such a great job and I’ve never lost a nail. Sometimes my kids join me and want a clear coat on their nails or a pedicure and the ladies are so good with my young kids. I always get exactly what I ask for. They would never let anyone leave dissatisfied. There are a bunch of workers so when I go with other family members we get to get pedicures together. The owner has to be the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. I won’t go anywhere else and it took me a while to find a new place that I liked after my old nail place moved to Massachusetts.

I have been looking for a nail salon, as my nails have been breaking. I was reluctant to come because of the reviews- if you are reading this and feeling the same way- check it out! I came as a walk in and waited about 10 mins and spent that time picking my color. I had a lovely experience with Solita, she was friendly, kind, and made sure my nails were perfect. I love my nails so much and I look forward to returning!

No complaints, which is literally a first for me with acrylic nails. Every time I get acrylics I leave feeling like the tech didn’t listen to me and just gave me clunky super fake looking nails. During the process of my pedi and the acrylic nails, I explained what I wanted and that’s exactly what I received. I think the techs name was Lap. She wasn’t super talkative, which I appreciated. She very clearly took her time and paid attention to detail, and checked with me regularly to make sure I was happy with what she was doing.

Sandy is the best, I've been going to Sandy for many years. Started when she was at another nail salon. And now she is the owner of her own. And yes I've followed her, and she's the sweetest nail professional I've dealt with. And I must say ever whom ever I send there they aren't disappointed..

Awesome experience from the time you enter ,very welcoming until you leave .My niece got a full set Acrylics done & i have had manicure & pedicure done by Sunny,who is very articulate. The staff care & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. My favorite is Linda,she's amazing.

I have been a client here several times. The nail techs are very pleasant, & the salon is extremely clean. I usually make an appointment to see Ty, his work with acrylic ombre is exceptional. He is very talented. I did have to wait a few minutes, but the result is well worth the wait. My nails have been beautiful every time I have visited this salon. Had an appointment @10 for 2 pedicures. Was taken on time. Nail techs were polite and friendly. Amazing pedicure, great massage chairs. Following proper COVID procedures, (waited outside, 6 feet apart, windows between customers and nail techs) very clean place. Would highly recommend and will return.

I was looking for a new place to have my nails done and decided to try this nail salon. So far so good – I really like it. They do an excellent job are polite and the place is really clean. A huge plus is there’s no loud music or kids running around. Excuse me but when I get my nails done I don’t want to listen to kids or be watching kid videos on TV. I’ll return again for sure. The only suggestion I have is the photos hanging in the bathroom – they’re just frames fill them with some nice flower photos.

I was at Queen Nails-Spa in March of 2021. It is under new management. the new manager, Sandy, used to be at Got Nails down the street. She is the best and does an awesome job and I got excellent service at Queen Nails-Spa! Her team there is great! I would highly recommend Queen Nails-Spa!!

Service was pretty nice. I got the deluxe pedicure so it was relaxing. I got manicure as well idk how much it is somewhere else but i pay around 80 something for both so. Place looked cleaned, there was barley customers, which is okay. Everyone is wearing a mask. Overall, it was okay.

I got a pedicure there love that they use the plastic liners for the tub. And it was very clean. But for the price i paid (60.00) I thought i get a lot for the money but I didn't even get time to soak my feet. They barely massage them and i was in and out in no time. Paid a lot less for more time on my feet.

I really loved this place. All the girls were so pretty and so nice. Great selection of colors. The place is fairly new so is super clean and things are still super organized which I love. The colors are great and they shaped my nails perfectly. I will for sure be back again and again.

I recommend anything but the pedicures!!! They are absolutely awful, the pedicures are very rushed i kid you not the leg massage is 5 seconds long! I’m not exaggerating either! Just had a pedicure and it was awful i didnt feel relaxed at all for 28$ not worth it at all! I can go to t-nails in riverside get an amazing pedicure for $30 and get a back/neck massage for free! Truly disappointed this was my second pedicure here, thought about giving them another chance and it was an awful decision 😩 also last minute note: i must add my pedicure was a total of 13 minutes!!! Its gonna take longer to dry than the actual pedicure itself!

Second time I've had an appointment and the tech must overbook so another tech will take over. Waited two hours last visit and this visit had to be done by another tech. Claimed i didn't have an appointment even though I showed the text message telling me what time to come. Won't be going back.
