The staff here are absolutely amazing. My family and I had a bad experience at a previous Salon which left us without a good dependable salon. We had called to see if they could squeeze in three appointments and they were able to accommodate. After that we were hooked. The staff member Nat is fantastic and does a great job each and every time. She is always on time and takes her time paying attention to great detail. Definitely not changing anytime soon!

Got Nails is the most pleasant nail salon I have been to. All staff are very nice, friendly and do a great job. The place is very clean and kept clean in between customers. Table # 9 Niki, she is my go to nail tech who was referred by a friend and has not dissapointed. I have also had the pleasure to get nails done by table #1 and my daughter with #6. Both ladies very efficient, and great work.

I’ve been coming to Got Nails for quite sometime now. They’ve switched owners but the service has remained incredible and the prices are fair. All the techs know you by name and when you walk in they treat you like family. There has not been a time when I’ve gone and they haven’t asked about my children by name. They do great work and you never wait long u like some places. The waxing is always great and the showing is even better. I drive 40 min to come to Got Nails and it’s worth every minute.

I have been going to Got Nails and Spa for over 15 years so when the new owners took over I was leary since the previous owners set the bar so high. Well I could not be more pleased with how it turned out! Mark does an amazing job and really does put his customers first! I plan to continue being a customer for another 15 years!

My first time at the salon today. I’m very hesitant to doing a pedi but my daughter wanted me to go. This is only my second experience having a pedi done. Lena was amazing and very gentle. Kevin, who did my daughters’s pedi was very friendly and held well in conversing with my daughter and I. His act of kindness towards me was very humble and sweet of him. He also did a great job on my daughter’s pedi. I definitely will go back. They convinced me it’s something I should do for myself every now and then. I’m very happy with the service they gave us. Kevin has been doing my nails for almost 3yrs now. We met at a previous nail salon and when he told me he was relocating to Got Nails well of course I had to follow! He is a great nail tech and very artistic, always gives me exactly what I want if not better, most importantly he takes great care of my both my toes and hands and he does amazing. Got Nails is a really clean, organized and friendly place as well and I enjoy going in for my appointments! Wherever Kevin goes I will for sure follow 💜

Everyone that works there is awesome. They treat me and my daughter great. The best 2 nail Techs are Sally and Sandy. They both take there time and really do a great job with my nails and also with my eyebrows. I love to go and get pampered. Never once do they not make conversation with you and all we do is laugh. Great bunch of workers. Price is very reasonable also. Highly recommended. Very clean and always a great atmosphere.

Really good service I don’t know what happened with everyone else in this review section but they’re definitely clean and do their job really good! We got our nails done together and are really satisfied we got ombré glam nails and they’re absolutely beautiful

I got a pedicure which was great! But my acrylic fill with gel is awful, my nails were paper thin to the point wear I feel like there’s no acrylic even on them and I had to completely file them to get the shape I wanted. I DO recommend for a pedicure if your regular salon is too busy for you.

You are temperature checked and given hand sanitizer at the door before entering. 👍🏽 And ask to wash your hands. 🤚🏽🤚🏽 It’s clean and they have safety glass at every nail station. My feet left so silky I couldn't believe I was walking on them but check this out at home girl try to finesse me and asked if I wanted the deluxe knowing I never get my feet done so you know I'm going to go with that basic!

let me start by saying I LOVE THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE AND I MISS THEM. I had to find a new place cause I can’t stand how the man owner speaks to his staff in front of customers. It makes me uncomfortable so I can only imagine the girls. Never really waited too long but that’s the only reason I had to find another salon. It’s funny though cause while doing so I found NICOLE who used to work at got nails!! She’s at Red Nails in North PROVIDENCE!! Bingo.

I’ve been going here for years. No appointment needed, but if you go on a Friday afternoon, plan to wait a bit. Otherwise you can usually get right in. The employees are very friendly, the place is kept clean and there’s plenty of parking.
