It’s always nerve racking to try a new nail salon after you’ve been loyal to another shop and tech for over 5 years.. But when “my girl” moved back to Korea, I started researching a spot closer to home and Shayna’s came up with rave reviews, customer pictures, etc so I made an appointment online (which i loved!) and went in today to be greeted by EVERY tech. Although this shop is smaller than my old place, it was clean, comfortable, welcoming and my tech did an AMAZING job! i am blessed to have my new place in one try! my nails look just like the picture that I showed her and my toes look even better than they did before! Can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time at Shayna's and definitely won't be my last. They are super nice and the environment is relaxing (I came in around 930 am). I came in for a fill and pedicure and it didn't disappoint. I had Linda for my pedicure. She gives a great foot massage and is easy to talk to. The manager Tu (apologies if spelled wrong) did my nails. She is also easy to talk to and her work is great. I am super picky but her attention to detail was amazing. I've attached a photo of what I asked for vs what I received. Pricing was average. I think I found my go to nail salon. Thanks so much.

My search for a nail salon in Phoenix is over!! Kim did such a wonderful job doing my nails today. She listened to what I wanted and took her time to make sure I had a perfect experience. I called on my way over and they were able to get me in right away. They had plenty of colors to chose from and the price was right. Overall best nail salon experience I’ve ever had! Thank you Kim!!

First experience here and they are lovely. They got me in the same day for a gel Mani Pedi. I’m a camping kind of woman, so I don’t have the most delicate feet or hands. When I do make it into a salon usually they need some help… A lot of help. Three different nail techs helped me throughout the process and all of them were skilled and kind. They listened and helped scrub away the world while creating a delicate, pretty pink nail set. Toes pink & hands with pink tip French manicure

I love Shayna's nails, I've tried several spots around but after going to Tina at this salon I will always come back! She does my nails perfect every time and I love the designs I ask for. Definitely recommending this spot to anyone looking for a great nail salon. My boyfriend also comes from time to time to get pedicures and he loves it!

Came here for my wedding nails and they treated me like a princess!!! I came here with 8 of my family members and they had all the pedicure chairs ready to go for us!! We had such a fun and relaxing time! Thu did both my pedicure and my acrylic manicure and did a FANTASTIC job!!! She is soooo talented and paid so much attention to detail! My mom and I definitely plan to come back!!! The nail salon manager was so nice too!!

I’ve been getting my nails done here at least 3 times and they’ve always done amazing work. Thu has been doing my manicure each time and it looks great every time! Everyone else at the salon is also so nice and very accommodating. The customer service is the best I’ve had at a nail salon. Only downside is that this salon seems very popular meaning that sometimes the wait is very long on their busiest days/times. However, depending on when my appointment is, I plan for it anyway. Other than that, definitely my favorite salon in Arizona :)

Best Nail Salon in Ahwatukee! I request an appointment just in case, but have never had to wait. It’s clear that the staff here work so well together teaming up to make sure the customers are served. They treated my daughters like VIPs when we visited last month too. The salon is bright and inviting. The chairs are so comfortable and it is so easy to relax there. Check them out!

My daughter and I had a mommy daughter day here. Loveee that you can book your appointment online, it's so easy. I have a young daughter so waiting doesn't work for us. The prices are great. The work is great. What really sets this place apart is the customer service. Tina and Thu were so nice and accommodating. I did the dead sea pedicure and my daughter did a little princess pedicure and manicure. Thu is so great with kids and Tina is so sweet and worked really hard on my feet (my feet were so bad). My toes look so cute now 😍 the gentleman at the desk was also very friendly. My daughter can't wait to go back and we will definitely return soon!

Today was my first time visiting Shayna’s and it was great! I did the Dead Sea pedicure and it was nice with a long massage. Vinny was great! It was the first time in my life I could sit through the foot scrubbing without squirming (I’m very ticklish) but Vinny did the perfect pressure so I could handle it and finally get the full effect of soft feet! I will be back!

My appointment was with Tracy for a fill (nails) with nail designs. I provided her a picture reference of the type of design I wanted and she did not disappoint. I don’t write reviews unless it’s really good or really bad. In this case, this was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Tracy did not rush and spent the time needed to remove stubborn callus heels with care- Last place I went with was too aggressive and cut me. Also, everyone there was so friendly which is a huge bonus. I have found a great nail spa and will not go anywhere else from now on.

I was in town for 1 day only and wanted my nails done before coming back home. Went this morning and Linda was my tech.. WOW! She was amazing!! I do acrylic and gel polish on my nails and she asked if i wanted "natural" and everytime i get my nails done ther are always too thick and i hate it. I got a French pedicure with gel polish. They massaged my feet, used hot stones, and a hot towel ($48). My husband got a special mani/pedi with buff. They massaged his back/shoulders, used hot stones, put wax on hands/feet, massaged his calfs, and soaked his hands prior to manicure ($70). We are very pleased with the quality and service. This will be my new place to come for my nail needs. My only wish is that their prices on their website be updated to match the prices in the salon.

This was my first time going to Shayna’s and my nail tech was Anna. Right when you walk in they are super friendly and communicative. I went with the dip powder and I am super happy with them. They are very natural looking and delicate. Anna was also so sweet and you can tell she is good at what she does. Normally my cuticles get destroyed but she was so gentle yet effective. Regardless of where I’ve gone, I have really long hair and when I wash my hair it would typically get stuck in the corners of the nails which is one of the reasons I choose not to get them, but with Anna’s work not a single strand pulled out/got caught when I washed my hair this morning(which is a big deal to me :) ) She really went through each detail even though my nails weren’t super fancy, which I really love and she was very quick about it. All around super happy with my nails and will be back :)

I went to get acrylics for the first time here. The nails nails were done very well. I got regular acrylics and 5 different colors. The total was $60. My friend got normal polish done and even though we booked ahead her nail tech didn’t come to help until 20 min after we arrived and had not let the top coat dry enough before telling us we could leave and it smudge in the car. The place was clean and there were lots of people. Everyone was friendly too. I would recommend this place and they them.

Everyone is so friendly. You walk in or out and you hear a chime of voices greeting you by name or saying goodbye. The place and tools are clean and I never worry about fungus or any other issue. They are not rushed, so if you want in and out in 30 min., go elsewhere. They take their time with great leg massages. They are also the only place I trust for facial or arm waxing. She does hand drawn designs and I love getting her one of a kind artwork. She was so polite and friendly and remembered me from the past times I’ve been in. I recommend making an appointment because they are always busy but always accommodating.
