I love this nail shop! I walked in here not knowing what to expect, but the atmosphere and the quality of work done was impeccable. The staff was friendly and genuinely cared about how I was doing; laughing and talking to me during my whole appointment. I got a shellac manicure and normal pedicure for a pretty cheap price. I also expected this to take a long time but instead it finished in under an hour. They have great massage chairs to sit in and relax when doing the pedicure. They took their time to do a really good job; making my feet feel softer and look better than ever before. For my nails they had several options of shellac to choose from, and I chose a mood changing color. I loved the color and it has been a week and the shellac has stayed on! Overall would rate this experience a 5/5 and recommend to everyone I know!

Best price for shellac in town. Very pretty, too! Tammy took the time to make my nails even and well-shaped. This was my first time there, but it won't be my last. The regular customers seemed very happy. I was seated immediately no wait. Tammy was very kind to me. We talked about our family and our churches.

They were so nice and welcoming. I got a pedicure and shellac manicure. 2 people worked on me simultaneously (the owners, husband and wife I believe) so I was done quickly. They offered bottle waters which I thought was very nice. To top it off, I've never had a shellac manicure last more than 5 days. Mine lasted 10 days! I'll definitely be going back!

This is a hidden gem in Omaha! I have referred all of my friends here and they always thank me for it. The staff is so friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and they are quick to get you in and out. I get a shellac manicure every 2 weeks and every once in a while, I might get a chip within a week. Anytime that happens, I just go in and they fix it at no charge. No arguing, no fussing. So friendly and professional. Also, they give amazing pedicures!

THE only place I go to to get my nails done! All of the staff is very nice and attentive. Lisa even remembers my mom's favorite gel polish color each time she comes in. All services are completed in a timely manner, but the work done is flawless. Plus, their prices are more than reasonable. I was visiting from out of town and myself believe it was the owner or manager who did my nails. He didn'ttake the time to shape them nor cut them down nor did he do a good job with my cuticles. The who process was very fast. It seems that he just wanted to hurry up and get it over with. Also, when I wanted more than one color on my toes, he charged me an extra $10 per color even though I didn't put any polish on my fingers. Two days later I went to another salon where they did a wonderful job. I will not return.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and will greet you with a smile. I mostly come in as a walk-in but would recommend any of them for an appointment. I absolutely love Z-Nails : )

I like this place, but I have been tempted to find another location because every time I go in, Tammy keeps trying to sell me her "life water" or egg rolls or some other product other than nail services. I saw her make a couple wait 10 minutes because she was busy selling that dumb water. Who is the owner? I think this person needs to do better oversight with Tammy. Her demeanor is very off-putting and I try to go in when she is NOT working.

I dont normally write reviews, but I found Z Nails on a Google search. When I walked in, the staff directed me to sit down immediately. The manager, Tammy pulled out a bag of chips and a banana and gave it to me! As she started to do my nails, it was apparent that this nail salon was not like your normal nail salon. Tammy was speaking vietnamese to her coworker and translated for me so I didn't feel left out. Every patron in the nail salon knew Tammy and they joined me in their conversations. Tammy offered to give her guest a ride home. Talk about 5 star service! When I went back 2 weeks later, Tammy remembered me. Not to mention, the facility is clean and my nails were beautiful. You must go to Z nails. You will not be disappointed!

Tools are sanitary, massage chairs comfortable, and nails always look fabulous!
