Minabella ALWAYS rocks out my nails. Their facility is clean and full service including hair, nails, toes, eyelashes, massage, and even waxing! I can't say enough about the great staff and service. They earned my business. I see Vanessa but I've had my nails done by 2 other artists if she's not available. They've always turned out amazing. I will say MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Walk ins are difficult for them to accommodate. I see Tiffany for waxing and very nearly fell asleep while she was waxing. I have sensitive skin and I'm used to getting the giant red marks by my eyebrows but I had no swelling at all after my visits with Tiffany. If you're looking for a home salon, I can't encourage you enough to go. The picture I included is my most recent set. I had a funeral so I needed them shorter than normal and a bit more subdued than normal. But they are exactly what I imagined! Side note, avoid Martini Nails. I had a horrible experience with the owners wife. I had 6 broken nails after 8 days with dip. That's crazy! They refused to fix them without charging me again. Gross.

I've been coming here consistently for a couple of months and I have been very happy with everything! I usually just schedule a quick shellac to do on my lunch break every 2-3 weeks, so I've seen a different tech every time, but each one has been great. They always seem invested in making sure the color and details match my original request. I never feel rushed, yet they are always so efficient that I can get a lovely, relaxing manicure and still be back at work within an hour. Pictured are the icy blue nails that April did for me last week for the holiday. I went for a simple look this time, but I chose this photo so you can see that they are neat, even, and not bulky. Great work 😊

Genuinely the BEST manicure I’ve gotten anywhere. Daisy was amazing and took her time. She went above and beyond to make sure they were perfect whether it was filing , applying the color, or length. I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment!

Love them and will definitely be back!! Raz did my dip manicure and Mai did my 3 year olds polish manicure. Mai was very patient with my 3 year old and so sweet to her. Raz was also very sweet and pays attention to detail, making sure nails are even, smooth, and just the right shape that I asked for.

This place gives the best service. I have gotten manicures done here and had never done a pedicure… but just did one today with HaiLe and he was incredible, professional and very kind. Definitely made me feel comfortable even though my feet tickled a bit and my toes like AMAZING. I will continue to come here! It was more pricey than I wanted but all in all- with the package and the service I got- it was definitely worth it!! 😍

I love this place! I get pedicures here about 3 or 4 times a year. Ask for Henry! He does the best of any pedicure Ive had in my life. I'm super ticklish and his pedicures don't tickle at all. And I don't know why people want to grind into your shin bones during the message, but Henry does not. He takes pride in his work and wants to do a good job. They also have a private pedicure room we've used when getting pedicures for my birthday. They also serve beverages while you're there, including adult drinks! Ask about their pedicure special, they are always running something seasonal. And I'm here every 2-3 weeks for a nail dip. This place is always packed and I give gift cards to this place all the time. And it's in a great place to get a bite to eat before or after. Highly recommend!

I left an original review of 1 star bc the nail tech I originally had was TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. But on a whim, I came back and I got Tracy as my nail tech. Tracy is FANTASTIC. I come back every 2 weeks to get a fill and a new design now!

This was my first time EVER going to Minabella Beauty Resort. I've been going to nail techs that worked from home. As soon as you walk-in, you're greeted by staff and offered a drink. Amy did my nails and did an amazing job. I will definitely be back.

Kim is the BEST! She always takes her time, doesn’t make it feel rushed and my dip lasts so long. She knows what she’s doing! She doesn’t do it too thick and takes the time to make sure your nails are perfect and that your happy before you go.

Came in for a mother daughter crystal combo where Kimm helped myself and I’ve never had someone put so much detail and effort into a mani pedi it was an amazing experience. Emma helped my young daughter and was so helpful and kind my 4 year old loved the little girls chair and felt so relaxed and loved her nails afterwards. Great experience definitely will be booking this combo again and recommend the amazing staff kimm and Emma

There are things I love and things I didn't really like about this spa. First of all its a nice place for groups. Absolutely fantastic because of how open it is. However, with how wide open, you lose that sense of intimacy. We went for a hot stone couple's massage and 2 drinks (Groupon that was available, but useable only Wed and Thurs, read the fine print). I feel like this is a very laid back spa. Not very pretentious. They were running behind. The response given when I inquired was not the most pro, but they were very friendly. My massage therapist was decent. He did listen to me and adjusted as I asked. My husband liked his. Rhonda and Tim I think? There were no robes. It was more of an in and out experience. We were escorted to the couples massage room where they had heated massage beds. They didn't instruct us on how much to undress, but I had been to massages in the past, so I let my husband know the protocol. The beginning lacked information, but once the therapists rejoined us in the room, they were very friendly and chatty. We had a good time talking with them. I think if you added the steam shower experience it would have felt more spa like. There is an area where there is a bar and seating area, but we were told it was cold, so they recommended that we sit in this other waiting area that overlooked the spa. I like that they are honest but it would have been nice if they had done something so the area that had the bar was useable (such as add a heater). Our package came with drinks. It seemed a bit disorganized with when we were to receive it. We did really enjoy the hot chocolate with peppermind schnapps which was this months feature drink.Its not exceptionally boozy, but it tasted very good. The service level isn't that of a high end spa (Like the kinds you find when you go to Vegas on the strip). Its not the most relaxing place I've been, but it is a great place for parties and group events. The massage as I said was good. So far this is the closest thing to a full day spa that I found (similar to back home).

Only place in Omaha I’ll ever go for any of my nail services. I’ve never had a single complaint and the entire staff is very kind and efficient! Fun and clean atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Louis always does a great job & also does nail art for those interested. Today in particular my nails had been done at a different shop & he was able to fix their mistakes to give me a great looking result. I've been to this salon several times for both acrylics & pedicures - I've only had 1 appointment with any issues so I ensure to schedule with techs I've seen before.

I have gone a couple times now, first on my own then with my husband, I adore this place. I love the monthly themed specials. The pedicures are so relaxing, the massage chairs are amazing and my toes always look so cute. My husband's polish on one toe (not that he really cared, he just loves getting his legs and feet massaged) got smeared as we were leaving and the woman rushed him back to a chair to fix it before he left. Always so great!

The staff were very polite and I was helped within a few minutes of my schedule appointment. However, I do feel my manicure was rushed. It hasn’t even been a week yet and the shellac is peeling off of nearly every nail. I had them done late Monday evening and they began chipping and peeling by Thursday of the same week. Aesthetically a very nice salon, but I’ve had better work done other places.

Blue was an awesome nail tech. They made sure I was comfortable though out the process (which I appreciate)and we had a pretty dope conversation about tattoos. Afterwards Raz had come and got me to do my eyebrows, super kind and professional. My eyebrows turned out amazing. I told her I will definitely be coming back after such a great service.

Easy to reserve appointment online. All the ladies and gents I've had my nails done with have been pretty good (haven't really made a point to request anyone). Haven't asked for anything too complex however. And I generally just grow out my own nails with shellac... but I also take breaks throughout the year. They also have spa services here (never tried them) and they had a younger slim blonde lady that had worked the at front desk who was very polite and friendly. They have different staff at times but all are pretty nice. One of the nail technicians that has worked there was also an ER nurse and gave great suggestions on nail fungus remedies for a lady visiting. I only saw her there once but she wasn't a regularly staffed employees. **Update, my daughter had acrylics put on that all came off within 2 weeks. She got black French tips that had wobbly lines.

I saw an add on FB about this place and it looks so luxurious so I had to book an appointment. The person they gave me didn't live up to what the website said they provided. The tech was horrible. I chose the Crystal pedicure which provided the most. I had no enjoyment in anything that he did. Ti had a lady next to me who started before I got there and I was done right as she was done. He did scrub my feet well. When I went to the dryer the was a card I looked at my package and noticed that I did not receive the hot towels. I was underwelm with the service provided. I was seen on 6/2 @ 5:00 pm. To verify that I'm a legitimate customer.

I had a great pedicure here when I was pregnant several years ago and I’ve started going regularly in August. The first time I had Milee and she did a great job, she wasn’t too rough and she also let me relax in peace. I’ve tried a couple of other people but I like Milee the best because she isn’t overly rough with my feet. Will keep coming once a month!

After trying this salon i am not going anywhere else! The salon is always clean and the service is always friendly! They offer you drinks right away when you sit down and i love that kind of customer service! They have many colors to choose from and nail techs that do designs always execute perfectly! Tommy is my guy! Beware you must book in advance as you could probably guess they book up fast because they are amazing!

Being new to the area and after have a long relationship with my previous nail technician of more than 10 years, trying a new place can be a little worrisome. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and really enjoyed my pedicure Hai Le was very good and I love how my toes turned out, just how I wanted them, he took great attention to detail and free handed my french tip perfectly, I'll definitely return for another pedicure. Rachel did a great job on my eyebrow waxing as well. I felt like for the cost of a refill a little more attention could have been given, it was over and done with very quickly and for $55(addtil $10 for French tip) seemed rushed. I've never had a fill take less than 45 minutes from start to finish even with shellac nail polish. Maybe the tech was in a hurry or had something else better to do. I'll give it a other shot but maybe with someone else. The nails came out ok. Not 100% how I wanted but maybe that's how they do them there. We'll see next time. It is a little pricey so you expect a little more. Based on my pedicure and eyebrow waxing I'll be back. Hopefully the nails are better next time.

I've been here a few times and just had the best experience with Haile for a shellac mani- pedi. He was great at massaging, friendly and detailed oriented! I wish I still lived in town, I would come here and specifically ask for him. The building is clean and the rest of the staff are friendly as well!

This was my first time going to Minabella. I made a reservation for myself, my daughter and my maybe daughter-in-law someday about a month and a half prior to going. I wanted to ensure we all got our Diamond Mani-Pedis at the same time. Only two people were available to begin with. So, I wasn't started o. For at least 15 minutes after them. The manicures were done simultaneously as our pedicures. We had to reach our arms across our bodies and stretch to get our hands in the right position and stay that way until our hands got the paraffin wax. Once our hands were incapable of using, we were asked if we wanted a drink. We got the drinks, but had a difficult time drinking because we had no straws. Picking up a small plastic cup while your hands are in baggies isn't easy, let me tell you! My Mani-Pedi was completed at the same time as the other two. Somehow I got jipped of an extra 15 mins. Over $275 for the three of us for under an hour. The only other bad thing was my polish was very thin on my finger nails. I knew it wouldn't last, but thought it would at least take a week. Nope. Three days later half my polish was gone. Kind of disappointing 😞

Vinh is amazing! I love his artistry! I wish I had a photo of the hibiscus flower he created at my last shellac pedi. I was impressed how he removed my old shellac without ruining my nails! Minabella has a HUGE variety of colors (shellac and other)! I highly recommend you try this place out…please don’t use Vinh…he’s all MINE ! 😜 …

Did a GREAT job on my pedicure i really felt like i was attended to VERY well. my nails not so much didnt do ANY work on my cuticle and left spaces between my nails and cuticles . Overall not bad.

I have been going to Kim a long time. She is professional, pleasant and does a wonderful job. Both her manicures and pedicures last a long time. I always get compliments on my nails and her pedicures are to die for. Request Kim. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I absolutely love this place!! They have monthly pedicure specials with some amazing products that smell so good and to top it off you get a cocktail with your pedicure. Who could ask for more. The place is very spacious and you can make online appointments. The new massage chairs they have are spectacular. I have never had a bad experience there!! Highly recommend to everyone I know!!

I had an appointment recently and was a little frustrated with the language barrier I had with my nail lady. I was trying to explain to her what I wanted regarding the ombre design I chose. She seemed to agree with me but ended up doing the opposite of what I asked. It wasn't a big deal so I just went with it because I don't like conflict and I'll just get them redone here again anyways in a couple of weeks. I've always loved coming to Minabella for my manis and pedis since I moved here in 2017 and I will continue to do so.

Went here with a friend today and the atmosphere and service was phenomenal. Me and my friend chatted basically the whole time and the staff was so sweet and gentle with us while trying not to interrupt us haha. One of the best pedis I've had. I had a male tech and just asked him to do some type of design on my big toe and he did a cute little flower. Already scheduled my next appointment. Will recommend to all my friends :)

I desperately needed a dip manicure. My usual place isn't open so I found Minabella and I'm so glad I did. Jeany did an amazing job. I felt so pampered and my nails look so good. In addition, the dip manicure I got doesn't feel like it's putting as much pressure on my nail as the one I got at another salon. I loved using the heat to help remove my old manicure and the nail oil she put on at the end smelled so good. Those were 2 unique touches I appreciated. I definitely plan on making this my regular place.

First time going and I'm pretty sure she didn't do the callus remover. She said, 'oh they so smooth can't u tell I used it?'....um no, u never brought out a paddle etc. I was going to complain, but I felt rushed and just wanted 2 leave. Drink was good though. I've come here quite a few times for manicures. The price is good and they can generally fit you in any time of day without an appointment. I have noticed recently, however that my manicures are incredibly rushed. I feel like they are just trying to push you out as quickly as possible. The cleaning and shaping is rough and not done with care like it was in my experiences before. I've struggled to find a nail place I really like and this was my go-to place for a while, but not if it continues to go in this direction. I understand all businesses get busy but it doesn't bode well with your customers if you're obviously just trying to get the job done and get them out the door.

I’ve been coming to Minabella monthly for almost 2 years, after frustratingly searching forever for a nail salon in the Lincoln or Omaha area that had consistent high-quality standards and service. I finally found that in Minabella. I primarily come here for dip manicures and/or pedicures, but I’ve also had a couple of massages that were relaxing and affordable. The interior is classy, clean, and relaxing, and all their staff are detailed and professional. I absolutely love being able to have a drink and get a pedicure alone or with friends. They have a large space, too, so it’s easy to book bigger parties. I would also like to say that the owner, Mina, is the kindest most hardworking person! I’ve silently watched her every time I come into the salon: she does all the same things her employees do from reception and nails to cleaning and organizing. I always admired her because no matter what day or time I come into the salon, she is there and working. Today, for the first time, I finally had the joy of meeting her and have her do my dip manicure! She was just as meticulous, careful, kind, and hardworking as I imagined. As long as Mina is the woman behind Minabella, I will continue going there forever! Anyone on these reviewed who is saying otherwise must have had one off bad experience that is absolutely not the norm for this salon. Please give them a chance (or two). I promise you’ll want to come back!

I have been a regular for years at Minabella. I always leave happy and feeling fresh. I have always had a great experience with the staff. My nails are always done very well, if not absolutely perfectly. The atmosphere is glamorous and relaxing to me. I have tried many salons around town previous to going to Minabella. I never found anything comparable to the quality of the work I get at Minabella. Regularly, I get acrylic full sets with shellac; they have lasted as long as 3 weeks before any chipping or lifting. Couldn't ask for better!

There friendly staff and experienced nail techs will make you feel like a pampered queen from the moment you walk in. I have had multiple different nail techs and esthetician’s over the years and all have exceeded expectations! If you are looking for some amazingly intricate and awe inspiring nail designs ask for Vanessa, Tracy, or Tyty!! They are incredible artist that can do anything you can dream up. If you are looking for a manicure or pedicure to relax from a hard weeks work or just to treat yourself any of the nail techs will be sure to give you the luxury treatment. They even do monthly special pedicures that come with a free drink and theme scented products! The spa!! Don’t even get me started! Facials ✅ massages ✅ tanning ✅ immaculate! They are running a special now through December 1st 2021 where is you bring in 5 canned goods they will give you $5 off!! 💥💥

First time here with my best friend for my birthday, second pedicure ever. We got the Chocolate Strawberry Pedicure special. It came with a free glass of Moscato, which was yummy. The girl I had was friendly but she skimmed through the procedures I guess because my heels weren’t “that bad, trust me I’ve seen a lot worse”. I got one of the bigger packages for my birthday, the facial was amazing and I highly recommend it. I received a facial, body massage, manicure and pedicure. My manicure was not acceptable. While cutting my cuticles the nail technician had cut wayyy too much causing 5 of my 10 fingers to bleed. Also, she did not apply the color I requested. My nails hurt so bad after this experience I broke down into tears. The receptionist was very professional in handling the situation. Very disappointed in the manicure, other than that it was an okay experience altogether. I don't think I will be returning, however.

I did not have the best experience. The nail tech I had kept getting frustrated and it showed through how he handled me and my nails. If I had known he could not do black ombre nails then I would have selected something else. He made me feel uncomfortable and I could not tell him that i did not like the nails he was doing. They dont look anything like the picture. The quality is nit that great either.To help him feel more relaxed I told him that he could add glitter to one nail so he did not have to go back and redo it. He forgot to clean the dipping powder that accumulated under my nails and I had to do that at home. The dip is not even covering the bottom of some of my nails as well.

I'm normally really happy with the service at Minabella but today I wasn't so impressed. I got an herbal pedicure and basic manicure. The pedicure was great for the most part—the polish job could've been better—but the manicure is what I am most unhappy about. I was rushed out before my nails could fully dry and by the time I paid and got to my car, three of my nails were messed up. At that point it was a waste of money for me as I just ended up taking it all off when I got home.

I booked online (which I don't recommend doing) for myself and my God mom. We both had premium peds with shellac. The tech Henry gave my god mom her ped and he was kind, great conversationalist, gave her recommendations for her calluses and her ped is NICE. I had two different people work with myself. The lady would gave me a nice trim and leg massage and a man painted my toes. Everything was good except the painting. First there was a wave which was fixed but now that I'm at home, I see that he missed spots on my toes and over painted the clear on my skin which almost tore the polish off because it snagged on my sock. The place feels luxurious but it looks like I painted my own toes and that's not a good thing. I just know to book with Henry in the future. Also they were $57 each....

Three of us walked in, first time ever at this Spa and there were three girls at the check in desk. We stood there for a few moments and not once were we greeted so we went to the nail polish to look for our polish then one of the girls came over and asked if we checked in. I told her that we stood over there and was never acknowledged. She said they were having an issue. I thought to myself, not the customers problem. I feel we should have been greeted as soon as we came in. The pedis were awesome, however we were expecting to pay $45 and they charged my daughter $5 extra to add glitter polish to two toes because it was considered nail art. I asked them about it so they ended up charging me $5 extra because I had the same thing done to my toes. Felt that if they were going to charge extra they should have mentioned it. I never would have guessed adding glitter nail polish was art.

I visited Minabella bi-weekly for years. I moved out of the area and was back in town so decided to head on in. It says they accept walk-ins but when I came in she said if I didn’t have an appointment I’d need to come back at 7pm. Disappointed because they weren’t busy at all, only 2 nail techs working on someone. Ended up driving to Lincoln to my other favorite spot and they got me right in. I would recommend setting an appointment if possible. If not maybe find a different spot.

Had a shellac manicure. I would rate it above average but have had better. My concern was that it (at least the station I was at) wasn't as sanitary as it should be. The technician appeared to be in a hurry. Shavings from other manicures were on the table/towel. It was a real turnoff. Considering it was higher priced than most places I have been, I probably wouldn't return.

Minabella is, simply put, fabulous. There is a huge variety of services offered: massages, facials, spray tans, waxing, and threading in addition to manicures and pedicures. Even those have a good variety; pedicures range from a 30-minute basic to the decadent champagne and rose, which has paraffin wax, a hot stone massage, callus treatment, and a free glass of wine! The staff is very friendly; willing to accommodate the desires of each client from nail shapes to the craziest of designs. The real cherry on top, though, is the liquor license-- you can drink while getting a mani-pedi! It was so relaxing, so soothing that my mother abandoned her lifelong disdain for salons and declared her manicure at Minabella the highlight of her month. The only caveat is if you're coming on the weekend, you'd better make a reservation-- or you might not get in!
