This place is amazing. The customer service is top notch. I feel like I am special when I come in,everyone knows my name and what I like already. No hassle service. They are knowledgeable about the products which is a relief and they offer products I do not feel like I am being pressured but rather persuaded into trying and buying. I wish more businesses had the customer appreciation that they offer. It seems effortless as well. The packages are a great price.The store is always clean and the beds are available. The re has not been a time that I have had to wait an unreasonable amount of time,no matter what time of day. Everyone knows that at the end of a long day, getting some me time is important and I feel like this is a nice way to end it.Definitely recommend .

We went during rush hour on a Sunday so we had to wait a lot. It was my first time and registration took forever. I don't understand why it would take so long to sign up for tanning but whatever. Corporate needs to speed us the process on registration, it's ridiculous. It's just tanning people not buying a new car or house. The poor manager was working her tail off because she had no helpers. Just her doing everything, checking people in, cleaning rooms and beds, registrations and everything else. It seems like they might need more red lights and spray machines. They do have really nice facilities, beds, and spray equipment once you get to use them. I got great results after one time and can't wait to go back. I will be tan for the summer, woohooo.

The staff was so friendly and helpful my bf, her mom and I all went in. They answered all our questions and helped us all get the right combo. The place was clean and you can tell they change the bulbs in the beds often. Definitely would recommend.

Lot of cool new improved beds! Red light therapy, spray tan, you want it they got it! The girl working the counter the night I purchased a plan stayed open late for me so that I got to use the bed for the first time, very impressive!

I have been a member of At The Beach for two years and wouldn’t even consider another tanning facility. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and very welcoming. During busy times customers are served in a timely manner. Staff are more than happy to help find the right products for the results you want to achieve. Absolutely love ATB!!!!

At the Beach Tanning is a wonderful place to tan! I just became a member last month and since then I have recommended so many friends to become members as well! They’re staff are so incredibly helpful and do the best job of explaining the in’s and outs of tanning to all of the customers!!!! Recently, Gracin has been assisting me and I she has been so much help in the process of building a great tan! The workers at this store know what they’re talking about and know how to help their customers! They also always have great deals which are a plus! I like that this store does not require that you are “locked in” for a certain period of time. This was helpful in determining which tanning store to choose because I was worried about being locked in to other stores! Once again, highly recommend!!!!!

5 stars for the service. Grayson is always smiling, and helpful. I thought she was the only person that worked there. She schooled me on the Red light machine. She was very knowledgeable. Talking of the Red light machine, the one at this location must be the step child of all. Its always got at least 4 to 6 bulbs out, and the rest of them looked tired. The one on 122nd is much better. But, I prefer Graysons service, than driving ALL the way to 122nd. Hopefully get a new Red light machine. 😁

I love this place the people that work here are the best very friendly so helpful and very personable they are well versed about the tanning beds and so knowledgeable about the products they offer very sound advise and won't give you any bad input they are so positive about there jobs and really do offer the best advise on tanning and the products the beds are state of the art the bulbs are always new and the staff work at keeping them clean but not just clean I mean spotless so to rap this up just come into a salon and see for yourself how wonderful the people are and how Great you will feel after your done tanning and red lighting you will honestly look and feel like a million bucks and it is very affordable also and my location at 6900 N.May Ave in Oklahoma City is the best one here.

The guy at the front desk always remembers mine and my roommate's names... all the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and this location really stays on top of keeping new, hot bulbs in the beds, so I get the maximum level of tanpossible!

So I tried to pay my bill that I didn’t know accrued and when I went in and tried to pay the red haired girl was rude and just ranted on that it’s not their responsibility to give me a call when its time to pay in the contract and I should have known. They tried taking out the payment apparently multiple times but yet never called to get the payment to go through or see what’s wrong. All I asked was if I could pay my balance and said it would have been cool to know that my card wasn’t working. I’ve worked for this company and used to really like them and their tanning beds especially the versaspa! The employees at these shops though are a shame. I got in touch with corporate and they actually really helped and I’m super happy with corporates customer service ♥️

A pricy place but if you don't ask then you won't find out about specific packages that I didn't take advantage of for I wasn't informed at the time of signing up -didn't find out for 2 months until I was gonna cancel imagine that lol but no foul. The beds are great and the manager there is great too for info, good service overall but ask cause you can get more for your buck if they fail to mention it !

I've tanned at the stores in Colorado and these are just as good. The store was clean and the staff is fun. I like that I can tan no matter where I'm at and there is no contract either, which makes cancelling easy.

Kind of misleading as there is no beach there but there is reasonable priced tanning beds and spray on tanning and the guy running the door was awesome.
