This is one of the best nail salons in Brooklyn. All of the nail technicians are extremely talented, and everyone is really nice. It is usually packed because everyone loves the work that they do. My nails are always done beautifully and they last for a full 4+ weeks. Alex does a great job at making everyone comfortable, and frequently offers drinks and snacks. I highly recommend this place!! :)

Recently went back to get my nails done. Merry was extremely professional and detailed to attention! Always confirmed with my satisfaction after shapes and each design. I originally provided a picture for my wanted marble nails but turned out one of them did not look good on me, Merry was patient to remove and redo with her free style (I actually liked her free style too!!). I would highly recommend this place because the quality and great customer service!! Even though I only went there twice but I already know that Sally is my only to-go nails salon as long as a live in current neighborhood!

My friend and I came here today to do our nails together and we honestly had a very positive experience. We were greeted by the owner who offered us water and made sure we were being well taken care of while we waited. Lucy(blue set) and Jason(ombré set) did our nails and they were very patient, friendly, and talented. My friend and I had different ideas for our nails and they were both patient in making suggestions. They both made sure that our ideas were also considered and that we were satisfied with the outcome. Moreover, I think the prices were reasonable and I would definitely come back. We highly recommend Lucy and Jason!

When i tell you Sally’s is the BEST.. I’m not kidding. The customer service is out of this world, everyone is so sweet but the service exceeds everything. They know what they’re doing, best pedicures, best nails in the NYC! Oh and they have snacks (amazing if your appointment is after work) All in all, if you don’t get your nails done here.. you’re doing it wrong!!! They are the absolute best and I’ll never go anywhere else!

Awesome service and friendly owner. I’ve been to a couple of places in the area but they seemed to have the most talented nail artists at an affordable price and that was what I cared about the most. I brought in a photo from social and they matched it exactly, also asked for an additional sticker last minute which they added with no issue. If you’ve got a little bit of a wait, you can look thru their extensive nail sticker books to pick out a design ahead of time.

This became my go to nail spot even though it’s more than an hour commute to get here. Great service, talented nail techs and cheap! Owner is very responsive on IG as well, always responds to me quickly whenever I have a design request or questions. However, sometimes it can get busy with a long wait but honestly it’s worth it for me.

This is my go to place in NYC! I come here all the way from Manhattan because I love the service and work. They never fail to disappoint and are able to get such fun designs completed. I have gone to Mary and Lucy who have both done a great job. They are so talented and you can tell they are well loved because they are always packed! Saw this place right here on Google and decided to give it a try as I'm in between nail places, and I'm pretty sure this is my new spot. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, and I loved being offered a soda while my nails are done. Sometimes, I dread so much getting my nails done but, at Sally's it was quick, easy and the most non excruciatingly boring gel manicure I've ever had. The workers are super passionate about their work and it shows. Lucky me, I just walked in today and got Sally herself to do my nails and she was just amazing. Thanks so much!

This nail salon has to be my favorite!! I’m not from New York and was worried that I wouldn’t find a good location to get my nails done. I saw really good reviews and I can see why this nail salon got them. The pricing is very affordable, the nail techs are super nice and welcoming, and they’re very clean. I don’t think I’ll try any other nail salon but this one 💞.

Made an apptment with my friend the day before we went in on instagram. The owner was responsive and broke down the prices for us through ig so we had an idea of how much we would be expected to pay. My nails were done by Tomy, very meticulous and detailed, super nice. Would definitely go back

I’ve lived in Bay Ridge for over a year now - Sally Beauty Nails was the first place I went to and I haven’t gone any where else since. Lucy, Merry, and Sophia do incredible designs. I bring in simple, or complicated, detailed pictures and they always do a fantastic job. The owner is wonderful too. Overall great service and professionalism here.

This is hands down my favorite nail salon! They’re super nice and friendly. They offer an assortment of nail art and will always try to fulfill all your nail wishes. First off, wow!! I have never had service like this at any other nail salon. The owner/manager offered my friend and I water at first and then offered us wine. What other salon offers wine while you wait? Mandy did my nails and I am completely obsessed. She took her time to shape them, color them and give me a nice hand massage at the end. They are very kind and Mandy who did my friends nail even stayed 45 min passed closing time to make sure her nails came out perfectly. I cannot say enough about this place except to go and check it out for yourself. I also did a green tea pedicure and it was pure heaven. Thank you so, so much! Love you all 🥰

Came as a walk-in today after seeing their yelp and Instagram pages. They were able to take me for a pedicure right away but I had to wait for my nails. That is to be expected as a walk-in though. Better make an appointment ahead of time haha. I'm super happy with how my nails turned out. Merry was such a perfectionist and spent a long time to bring my request to life. I absolutely love them! They did end up a bit on the expensive side, but it was well worth the price.

I discovered this salon right after Covid & I am very glad I did because the customer service is on point! I’ve tried several nail salons through out the neighborhood & they don’t compare to Sally Beauty Nail Spa! They make sure their customers are happy by providing drinks, snacks etc. The nail techs are understanding of everyone’s creativity for their nails and that’s something you can’t beat especially at the prices. This place came recommended. They did a great job on my nails. She originally forgot to top coat my design nail but took care of it right away. My only concern was I didn't see much in the way of sterilization and cleanliness. It's very cramped compared to other nail salons. They took me as a walk in later in the day. They joked on the way out to come in earlier but it didn't seem mean. I'd really like to see them improve on a few things. They're talented. I really want to give them a 4 star but that cleanliness issue.

This is my new favorite nail salon. I used to go to Unique U Nails on Flatbush Avenue but after quarantine they became so expensive. My friend referred me to Alex and sally the salon is under new management and they are so welcoming and sweet. They also gave us drinks and snacks and Sally gave me beautiful acrylic tips. I would come here from time to time with my best friend to get our nails done. And I went there just yesterday to do my nails. Everyone is equally friendly and generous for having free snacks and drinks for you to be served. They are very flexible especially with appointments and walk-ins. I’d give a five stars from the beginning, when I first got my nails done. In the beginning, business was slow for them, but when everybody started coming here, the place was flooded with customers. I appreciate all the new customers and current customers coming here often to get their manicures/pedicures done by these lovely workers at the nail salon. They are really understanding if you come late or before your appointment time. They will understand your situation if you do happen to reschedule and they are very helpful in many ways. Everyone feels happy and gets the special treatment equally. If you like to get your manicure or pedicure done by this nail salon, I suggest you do so since they are really piling up a lot of new customers coming in and if your nails are a little damaged when you left like hours ago or last night even, they have free maintenance for you to get them redone and freshly new. ☺️☺️☺️
