Walked in and staff seemed really stressed out. It did not seem that busy and I had a reservation but maybe they were understaffed. The woman who did my nails was rushing and not focused. She was filing so aggressively she cut both of my pinkies and they were bleeding profusely (pics were taken 3.5 hours later). My nails are lumpy and uneven. Also color did not match the example but maybe that was my bad. Overall not a horrible experience but unpleasant. However, the price was reasonable.

I had such a great experience! Jackson did a fantastic job on my gel pedicure and dip-powder manicure. I came an hour before my scheduled appointment and they were able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. Though they were busy, they didn't rush or sacrifice quality of services. The salon was so clean and sanitary. Awesome selection of colors and wide array of services. Free parking in the garage was also awesome. Will certainly be back!

I was satisfied with my visit. I came for a mani pedi. Before I came here I spent significant time trying to find a nail salon that could take walk ins or even had a menu of listed services. West End Nail Bar met this criteria which is more than I can say for the handful of other places in the area I tried to go before coming here. Complimentary mimosa and nice leg massage helps!

Came to get my nails done before an event. I came in as a walk-in and there was a bit of a wait, which is expected on a Saturday during lunch hours. Chloe did an amazing job and I will definitely be back to see her.

Best manicure I've ever had! Top notch service, I didn't have an appointment but my wait was less than 5 minutes. The pregnant lady who did my nails did the best job I've ever seen on my flimsy brittle nails- and she ran the entire shop while she did my nails. She greeted every person who came in and told them which seat to go to and called people over on a radio to go help them. She also thanked each person on their way out. Also this is the first time I've been offered refreshments when I walked into a nail salon. Other salons need to step it up. This is now the bar that I am going to compare other salons against.

I have been going to West End Nail Bar for months now and I’m never disappointed with my service. But I’m pretty sure this past experience was the best. I got dip powder with ombré design and the polish was used for my pedicure which turned out equally as pretty.

Just moved here back in June and this place is awesome. Clean, friendly, and they do a great job. Drinks are offered to which I often welcome with open arms. I tried another popular salon in the area and this place is leaps and bounds better. Prices are typical in my opinion. Highly recommend. The photo is 2.5 weeks of grow out.

Very nice staff, friendly and accommodating. Comfortable massage chairs for pedicure service and a large bar used for manicure service. They also have a large selection of colors to choose from. I love the service and have chosen this location out of several others I have visited my go to location for pedicures.

Came to Nashville as a tourist and chose The Nail Bar for an afternoon pedi. Best decision ever. Clean, professional, & they took their time! Fully staffed & Got us right in on a Saturday. Amazing paint job and overall so relaxing. The massage chairs were also top notch. Discount for cash payment and free mimosas are a perk. The ladies were very sweet and we will definitely return next trip!

I found this place based on other reviews and got there as soon as they opened. They were welcoming and did amazing work! It got really busy later in the hour so I think that’s telling of how good the services are. Even though I don’t get my nails done often, the tech was patient with me and fixed my nails when I realized I didn’t tell her I wanted them longer than my actual nail. Overall, really happy! I’m just a visitor to the city but if I ever come back I’ll definitely return here :)

My pedicure experience at West End Nail Bar was just ok. It is $40.00 for a very basic pedicure - I thought most basic pedicures typically include scrub (unfortunately I didn’t take a photo of the menu to remember whether this was included); however, there was no exfoliating scrub… it was definitely a very basic pedicure. 🤷‍♀️ Maybe West End Nail Bar is better known for their manicures.

Wonderful new place! First place I have been in Nashville since moving here, and this will be the place I continue to go! Service was great, I did not have to wait at all, and they have a 20% off special going on since they just opened a few weeks ago! They even offered water, wine, mimosas, etc. Very nice, clean, and relaxing place!

Love going here. Their manicures for dip typically last me a long time. Pedicures are super fast so if you need one done fast this is your place. Always can get me in when I call as well.

West End Nail Bar is by far one of the best nail salons I’ve been to in my life. Jackson did my pedicure and he definitely understood the assignment. I got the Jelly pedicure and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The whole experience is what was very much needed after a long year of 2021! I highly recommend West End Nail Bar when looking for a salon in the Nashville area and ask for Jackson when you come. 10/10

I love this place. They do an excellent job and are kind! The first two times I came here my Gel manicure lasted for a month without chipping. My job requires frequent use of hand sanitizer and hand washing, so I was very pleasantly surprised that it lasted so long!

I had an amazing services done by Sary and Sophie. They were both amazing. They served adult beverages and held good conversation. I felt really bad because I ended closing the place down. I did end up having problems with my dip (I am from out of town and not familiar to dip at all). But the owner/manager/Sary did an amazing job communicating and solving the problem. I would still go to them if I end up in that area again! Highly recommend. Just make sure that you give yourself a solid 2 or 3 hour period so that accidents like mine are avoided. <3

I went in on a fluke and was lucky to get in with only a 10 minute wait, 45 minutes before closing. They immediately had a chair for me and explained the wait. I was quickly (under 10 mins) greeted by my nail tech, Kim. He was wonderful. Friendly, polite and professional. He communicated well and my dipped nails are awesome. I paid a bit more than my last experience in Orlando, FL however, it was 110% worth it. I will gladly pay to have such great service!

I’ve been going to West End Nail Bar for over a year and have always loved it! Even when they are super busy they make sure you’re well taken care of and never rushed! I had a dip manicure a week ago and fell and cracked a nail in half and I went back to see if they could fix it, not only did Sophia fix my nail but she didn’t charge me at all and made it look good as new! Always a wonderful experience here!!

Came in for a dip manicure. Lasted about one hour so it was quick but Sophia did a good job! Definitely on the pricier side, with tip extensions, French nails, and special shape plus tip it was almost $100. What was a little frustrating was they used a communal dip pot and for that much I would definitely expect a nice salon like this to be using individual powder. I love the manicure, it turned out great! Don't know if I would return based on the fact that it didn't feel totally hygienic, especially for what I was paying. Pros: beautiful nails, nice atmosphere Cons: pricey, unhygienic dip

I went with my two sisters and have to say in general, and especially for the price, I’m pretty disappointed. This was the most expensive dip and tip set I’ve paid for and didn’t turn out very well. She seemed to be rushing because people were coming in and no seats were open. I understand wanting business but when it distracts from doing a good job on your current customer it isn’t good business. My nails aren’t shaped well and one of my sisters sets came out even worse and was the thickest dip I’ve ever seen. When she was cutting the cuticle on my thumb she went way too low and I actually yelped a little. It hurt for days after. Giving a 3 star bc one sister was happy with her nails and we all did gel polish on our toes and that came out well but again for what you pay it wasn’t a great experience.

This is by far the best nail bar ever. They were very professional, fast and attentive as soon as we walked in the door. The offer services and wine almost immediately. I got a manicure and it wa a the best ever she did an excellent job on my feet 🦶 and was so relaxing the massage the polish everything was perfect 👌🏾. I give this 6 stars if u could. Great spot if you don’t know where to choose choose her because they go above and beyond. If you’re hit in customer service then this is your spot ! The also have wine and mimosa or soft drinks 🍺 ....

I have been getting my nails done here for the past few months. I can't say enough positive things. My dip manicures last so much longer when done here as compared to other salons and the prices are more reasonable too. When I accidentally chipped my nail recently they let me come in without an appointment and have the defect fixed at no charge. The place is also very large and I have never had to wait long. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon.

I just found West End Nail Bar after searching for a good nail salon for so long!!! I came in with no expectations because every other place I’ve tried had 4.5+ stars and was pretty horrible even when scheduling an appointment a week in advance. I walked in here with my friend and was seen right away and had the best manicure/pedicure I’ve had in so long!! Sary did my pedicure and was AMAZING. Seriously I’ve never had such a thorough amazing pedicure!!

I am so pleased I found West End Nails! Their business was super clean and modern, they had lots of polish colors to choose from, and it was quiet and peaceful while I was there. That being said, they had 20 pedicure stations and 19 manicure stations, so plenty of capacity to serve more people. The owners were so nice and my manicure/pedicure was done with excellent quality. After trying to find my go-to nail place since I moved to Nashville in January, I’m happy I finally found it...I’ll be back!

The best gel manicure I have ever received! It’s been two weeks and my nails are still almost perfect, which never happens for me because I work out every day and am very hard on my nails. The gel was so well applied that almost looks like normal polish because it’s not overly thick. I hope this business sticks around!

Such a great new place! Got a dip manicure (normally 60 but was 45 for the grand opening discount) - the staff was friendly and super detail oriented and the salon is beautiful/clean. I also noticed staff disinfecting after each client :) Definitely recommend!

So high class, and the girls who do the pedicures are so sweet and funny. We went in at 3ish, which was a slow time for them, and we immediately got placed in excellent massage chairs. Parking is out back, don't be fooled by google maps. 10/10 would recommend

So good. Technicians really listen thoroughly to what you want and make sure you’re comfortable with shape/color/length along the way. The staff (and a few guests) convinced me to get a dip manicure and it was worth it. Not to mention, complimentary wine/mimosas. Hello!!!!!!!
