Pros: - They give you a drink. - Their shop is open later than other shops nearby on Monday. (The reason why I went) - Nail tech was fast and I liked the shape she gave me. Cons: - High cost for minimal work. - I still can’t understand why this basic short nail dip mani cost $70. (Dip + take off) It’s not like I got a massage after or a hot towel or anything. - I asked my nail tech to cut my nails down instead of doing tips on my 3 broken nails, which thank goodness I did, because I found out that it would’ve been another $10-$15. - I was told the matte top coat is $10 (seriously why?) but then my nail tech said she would do it for $5 then took off the price all together, after she had nicked me with the nail file. - They charge for dip take off which ok some nail shops do that but besides the one-two drill passes on each finger and filling the bowl with acetone, I did all the work to get the previous dip off while I was left alone for almost an hour. Cost was too high for a 20 minute job with long wait. I get it, it was already late and there weren’t many people working but I actually called before coming in and was only told about the extra wait after I was already soaking off. The nail tech was fast once it was my turn and was good, minus the cut on my finger. Don’t let my experience deter you from going if you’re ok with the price but I personally will not be coming back.

Kai did a really excellent job on my dip, but, I’ve been coming to this shop every two weeks for almost a year and paid the same. Today, the price went up by $20 with no warning because my nails are long? $70 for a dip? Definitely going to have to find a new shop. I’ll pay for good work, but don’t surprise your regular clients out of no where.

My first time at this nail salon was like Wow! Very nice relaxing clean environment with good energy! They made me feel comfortable offered me complimentary drinks I had the fruit sangria lol very tasty!! My nails look great Trisha did that!! I highly recommend!! They have a new guaranteed customer!

Best nail experience I’ve had in Nashville. I asked for acrylic nails and to make them look as natural as possible. Loi did an amazing job!!! He was super nice and it only took him an hour. Along the process he would ask after each step to make sure they were to my liking. The place was closed when I arrived despite having an appointment for that time… but I can’t help but give 5 stars because what they lack in punctuality they make up for in quality. The ombré is perfect and I will be back for sure. They also tell you the price upfront (unlike many other places) so you know what to expect. Highly recommend.

Came in with an inspiration picture and was treated so well. Nail tech named Kristina rocked it out. You will not be disappointed. This is my fourth time coming and I needing to give this wonderful shop a review. BTW, these are gel nails.

First great experience with this nail spa. Love my nails and pedi. Thanks to Kristina and Kai for hooking me up and being so genuine. Kai extremely funny and kept me laughing and great conversation. Plus never rushed on my pedi. Same goes for Kristina I love my nails and get sooooo many compliments on them…. men and woman. I found my nail home thanks to Kai. Y’all should check them out if your looking to get your nails/ pedi done. And the price was worth it!!!! Thank you V.I.P Nail Spa. And thank you Kristina for my eyebrow waxing. And this is 5 days later.

I came across VIP nails after searching for a nail salon that could accommodate a party of 5-7 to celebrate one of my best friend’s Birthday. VIP nails had excellent reviews so I made a reservation. When we arrived the staff greeted us with a friendly welcome and we were seated in the pedicure chairs pretty quickly. The salon itself is decorated beautifully and is very clean. The foot bowl in each pedicure chair is covered with a disposable plastic bag and there is a plastic shield hanging down to cover your face. Christina did my pedicure & she was excellent! I highly recommend this salon & will definitely visit again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING . Staff was super nice and helpful overall 10/10 I will be returning!! & they also told me what the price would be and it didn’t change ! I showed them the picture of the nails I wanted and they looked exactly like the picture!!!!❤️❤️
