I have been going to sun tan city for over a year now and love it! The girls here are sooo friendly and sweet except for Amanda. She has the worst attitude every time I go in there, no customer service skills, and talks to everyone like they are dumb. I literally pull into the parking lot and if I see it’s her working I just pull right back out.

Mia in Customer Service and Natalie, the Assistant Salon Director went above and beyond to answer my questions and select the best spray tan package based on my needs. They worked their magic and helped clear up the confusion I had on my account. So grateful for such a positive experience every time I visit this salon.

Great selection of available beds, rarely have to wait, an if so, it's brief. Staff is friendly and efficient. Salon is super clean. Great specials and deals offered throughout the year! The 1 year Tan 👙 package is a great savings but, the offer expired on May 31st. For example: for the first 10 days of June, any bed is only $1 to members!

Great assortment of Tanning Beds. Friendly staff and very accomidating. Rooms are throughly cleaned between each guest! I have been using the 'Fastest' Bed and my skin looks way better in just 3 visits! They also offer Fast and Faster Beds for those with lighter skin than my deep olive. I'll be back!

I fell in love with Sun Tan City at 6800 Charlotte Pike for a multitude of reasons. Firstly, the customer service I received from Catherine was top notch! She graciously answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough with the details. She is everything you would hope for from a customer service representative. The membership price was extremely fair and this location was spotless. I passed on a couple other tanning salons in the area early in the week. I’m thrilled I met Catherine and Sun Tan City.

Thy have the best beds but pricey. However, I guess you pay more for better beds and bulbs. All in all, the best tanning experiences I’ve ever had.

I really liked this salon! The first thing I noticed was how bright and open their layout is. The west end and goodlettsville locations are dim and have darker paint. The rooms are a good size that have sliding doors with a turn lock, first time seeing that in a salon. They also have full length mirrors in the hallway. Overall great experience that was worth the drive, I suggest checking this location out!

I just left there and after having tanning at multiple sun tan city’s from Gallatin to mcminnville, this was by far the cleanest, friendliest, least pushy and best overall customer experience. Katherine made the experience great and made it perfect to bring my boyfriend-who had just had a bad experience elsewhere the day before-and was ready to never tan again. It’s a bit far for me to drive but worth it and thanks to Katherine’s stellar customer care I now have a bf who will go tanning with me!

By far the best Sun Tan City in Nashville. I’ve been going to the West End location for over a year now, but that changed today! Higher quality beds, super clean facility, and a large well-lit parking lot. Can’t say enough good things about this location!

The ladies at Charlotte Pike are awesome!!! Clean salon and very friendly. One of the best salons in Nashville. I will be coming back here. The new instant bed is AWESOME!!! Will be back soon.
