Give this place a try. Cute salon in convenient location. Relaxing spa pedicure experience with nice massage chair. Results are holding up nicely - photo from day 6! There is opportunity to improve pricing communication. I pointed to the Basic Pedicure ($28) on their menu but didn’t realize I’d selected a gel color rather than standard lacquer and nobody mentioned there would be a $15 up charge so I was surprised at the register. Overall though, I’d go back again for sure.

From the moment I walked in the door I had an amazing experience at Nailish. My best friend and I came to get acrylic sets and pedicures for our friends wedding. Chi is a bright ray of sunshine and had us laughing and smiling the whole time. She helped us with colors and knowing about all the services. Felt like we were besties by the time we left. Lisa did my nail art and my pedicure. She was checking in on me the whole time to make sure I was comfortable and liked the shape and art. Can’t say enough good things about them both and the whole experience. Thank you Nailish!

My niece referred me to this salon and I have been delighted with the service every time! They are fun, fast and growing in demand! I was a little skeptical of this place on my first visit as there was a mix up with my polish but it was quickly and emphatically corrected. I love the vegan/cruelty free gel options and the quality of my manicures have been truly outstanding. I even came in after getting my nails done at a different place to have Nailish redo them. I get compliments on my nails when I get them done here. I actually can’t speak highly enough.

I got my nails done here about two weeks ago for the first time and I fell in love with how gorgeous my nails turned out. The manicurist was so kind and welcoming. I loved my experience! Today I was clumsy and got one of my nails caught in something and it snapped :( I called Nail-ish to see if I could come in and get it fixed. They said absolutely! I got there and they took me right away even though they were pretty busy. My stumpy nail now matches the others and I couldn’t be happier :) highly recommend this place! You won’t regret it!

It’s a small place for all the people that they are trying to work with. First of all, I loved my nails, Katie did a great job and she was very patience. Here’s the problem. When I arrived, Chi received me and I show her a photo of a mani that I was interested but I wanted to know if that was gel or acrylic, she said that was acrylic but they can do the same style in gel. So she told me to go and pick the color I wanted. When I sat in the station Chi started to take out the acrylic that I already had AND IT WAS HORRIBLE AND PAINFUL. She was rushing all the time and then I heard her saying “bye” and she just left and I was sitting there wondering what’s going to happen with me. So then Katie came and started working with me. She was very good at her job. The only problem that I had is that she started to do the style that I wanted but with the wrong color, she never asked what color I’ve picked. The photo that I show to Chi at the beginning had white but that doesn’t mean that I wanted white, I just wanted the chrome effect with PINK. So she put the wrong color but I didn’t told her nothing cause it was cute too so nevermind. I loved my nails but the have to improve their communication and communicate more WITH THE CLIENT. Pd: I liked it but I think it doesn’t have any sense to paid $77 for this, one color gel and chrome, and just the hands, not even hands and toes.

I saw Nancy for a dip manicure & she was amazing! Took her time with each individual nail. I had dip on before and she was very gentle taking it off. I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out! We did a clear coat and then pink tips. They look just like the photo I brought in to show her!

Wow. I don’t have enough good things to say about this salon. They opened early for my bridal party on a Saturday so we could all sit together and have some fun and privacy. There were 8 of us getting manis and pedis of all kinds. Every single one of us had an amazing service. Nailish is all of our new go-to nail spot. Besides the incredible quality, every staff member was friendly, kind, had an attention to detail, and made us feel amazing. We brought Prosecco to pop and they even went next door and got us OJ to mix with. The salon itself was clean, cute and comfortable. She took group pics for us when she heard us talking about forgetting to get pictures all week! She checked in with me week of and just shared sweet happy vibes with me which got all of us so excited. Honestly 10/10 recommend for special occasions, casual nails, and anything in between. THANK YOU NAILISH FOR HELPING ME START ME WEDDING WEEKEND OFF WITH A BANG! ❤️

This was my first time visiting Nailish Salon. I had a gel removal and a new gel manicure. Vivian took care of me, and did not rush me to pick out a color before sitting down. She was super kind! She soaked my nails before buffing the old gel polish off. She trimmed and shaped my nails to my preferred shape and did a great job with my new polish. I would recommend this salon.

We were able to host my entire bridal party for some pre-wedding day pampering, which is no small task with 11 people. The staff was so accommodating and so kind to us all. Jenny is my go-to, but everyone there does a great job!

We had a great time at Nailish, both getting Unicorn Pedicures on our 31 Anniversary, and walked out with Colorful, Happy Pride toes. Front door presence is sorely lacking which overall became part of the charm. Good pricing, friendly technicians and a bustling little business with repeat customers galore pointed to my own return one day. Give this spot a shot!!

After being at the same nail salon for 4+ years, I decided to try Nailish as recommended by a friend. I’ve been seeing Liam for the last few months now and he’s…..amazing!! He gets it right every time! I also appreciate Nailish having Sunday availability as my previous salon did not.

My nails turned out acceptable and my nail tech was sweet but my entire appointment felt really rushed. It seems like they take in more clients than they can handle. There were steps that were skipped such as not cleaning my cuticles and washing hands (in preparation for a smooth surface to put gel on.) When I got home I had to do some of my own filing to smooth out the edges of my nails. Their pricing is also a bit higher. I paid $56 for a acrylic fill and $20 for simple swirly designs on all 10 of my fingers (online prices said $51 for fill and $15 for nail design on all fingers.) I tried Nailish due to not being able to get in with my original nail tech. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be back.

Called for a same day appointment on the weekend and they were able to squeeze me in. Chi did my dip manicure and her attention to detail was phenomenal. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a manicure I was that happy with. I’ll be back for sure!

First time getting gel manicure/pedicure. My friend brought me, it’s her usual place. Great experience! Good vibes, the employees seem to get along. Manicure - Chi did an amazing job! She’s very funny/interesting to talk to, helpful, and honest (ex: she helped me decide what color to get and whether to get a design (we went with a gorgeous green sparkle and she rightfully advised no designs bc it would have been too busy). Pedicure - They let me add on a pedicure as a spur of the moment request, and Nick did an excellent job (and was very nonjudgmental regarding my ridiculously ticklish feet). Overall great experience, will definitely come again!

I have been getting acrylics done for 7 years across multiple cities and multiple salons, and Mary at Nailish is by far the best nail tech I have EVER worked with. I have been seeing Mary every 2 weeks for the past year and our appointments are still the highlight of my week every week. My friends and family are shocked that Mary actually helped me stop my 20 year old nail biting habit!! I love Mary and have come to consider her as a friend; she is so talented, professional, and personable. She always takes her time and does an incredible job. You can tell that she is passionate about her work, so much so that many of my friends have started to see Mary on a regular basis after seeing my nails week after week. I am moving to Los Angeles this month, but every time I come back to visit my family I will be stopping at Nailish to see Mary. She is just THAT good. My first gel manicure! I went to Nailish for the first time today after a neighbor recommended it. They convinced me to do the gel instead of regular polish, and I don’t regret it. I personally feel as if Nailish was better when it first opened, I used to come here regularly before finding my current nail Tech at another salon. My current nail tech was out of town so I decided to go to Nailish for my service. Now I will say the salon is beautiful, always clean and the staff is friendly and always respectful and kind. I just was not satisfied with my experience this time. During my service my pinky finger was cut which I know can happen but it really shouldn’t. The polish was applied unevenly causing a bumpy splotchy look to my nails. On the edge of my nails isn’t even fully covered by polish. I feel as if the they didn’t paint all the way to the cuticle making it look and feel like I need a fill/ polish change sooner then normal.There were air bubbles in the nails as well. After about a week one of the nails started to lift and peel. And two of my other nails broke off. These are my natural nails, if they were too weak it seems weak enough that they would break I wish the nail tech who did them would have suggested me to either give them some time time heal or cut them shorter to prevent breakage. But that did not happen

To overpriced. I got acrylic nails in the month of February and no rhinestones just french tips with very little nail art for $120 I don’t have a picture since this was a while ago. But i’ve seen other nail techs charge less than $100 for nails with rhinestones and everything’s. the nails were okay

I decided to try this place because it's a new location near me. I was pleasantly surprised. Typically nail salons can be loud and chaotic. This place was the exact opposite. There were quite a few people being serviced, however it was quiet and calming . As I looked around I noticed everyone just relaxing and not chatting. I didn't even notice anyone on their devices. This is a very relaxing atmosphere with music playing softly in the background. The place is also very clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing. Behind the pedicure chairs they have a living wall (actually faux, but looks very nice). The nail tech did a very good job, with very little chatting (I think her name was Jenny). I appreciate that. I actually noticed that all of them did very little chatting, giving clients the opportunity to relax. I'm quite pleased with my pedicure and will definitely return. This is my new go-to place, and I highly recommend it. If you need a coffee or another beverage, conveniently there is a Starbucks right next door (also newish). This is a high traffic area now, but I had no problem finding a parking spot.

I came here for the first time as a part of a bridal party. The salon is cute and the staff was all extremely nice and professional - plus the chairs have built in phone chargers how cool! That being said, I have no idea what happened with my polish - the colors faded/ran after one day and look nothing like how I left the salon. There is a noticeable difference between the colors on my fingers vs my toes and my pinky. The polish might have just gotten old or damaged some how but after paying around $100 for a gel manicure/pedicure with a tip, I’m not pleased with the result.

I went to go get a full set and it was the best set i had ever gotten! very nice environment. very clean. the employees are extremely kind and they know what they are doing. if you do want to go i definitely suggest making an appointment, they do take walk- ins but depending on the day it could be a small wait.

I've been going to Nailish since they opened. I appreciate that they maintain a cleanliness standard like no other nail salon in the twin city area. Their manager, Chi, is exceptional - she is attentive, caring, empathetic and puts her customers first. I recently had an issue where my gel mani started peeling- something that never had happened before. I told Chi about it. She immediately sprung into action and coordinated a time with me to get it fixed. She even went as far as to test the paint on her own nails to investigate how the problem occurred. Terrific customer service. My message to the owners of the salon: do what you need to do to keep Chi as a part of your team or another salon will! She brings a whole new level of customer service which will keep me returning as a customer! Give that girl a RAISE!

This is the first time I got my nails done since moving to Minneapolis 8 months ago, so that tells you how often I treat myself to nail services. When I do, I like it to be the most relaxing experience possible. Sadly, that was not the case at my appointment yesterday. From the moment I stepped in the door things seemed a bit chaotic. Even though I arrived early for a manicure and pedicure, I wasn't even given more than 2 minutes to look at colors before I was rushed to sit at my pedicure chair. My pedicure was fine and my dip with tips manicure was quick (like, really quick) and turned out nicely; however, it wasn't until after I got home that I realized the technician didn't do any cuticle work or give me a hand massage. Also, there was clearly some drama going on between some of the technicians, which was really awkward to witness. I understand the holidays are a busy time, and I understand wanting to be efficient to get as many people in and out as possible. However, when efficiency comes at the cost of the client's experience, it's time to reevaluate. The people who work here are talented, no doubt. Based on the environment and my experience, however, I most likely won't be coming back. Edit 2/24/22: I visited again this evening because I was desperate to get my grown out acrylic nails taken off (done at a different salon), and they did not soak them - they drilled off the very top layer and pried them off with an artificial nail, sometimes trying to use their own nails. This is NOT what they teach in beauty school - painful and, not to mention, unsanitary.

Treated myself to an amazing CBD pedicure today with Nicholas! I booked online the day prior to ensure there was time for me, and I'm glad I did! The salon got pretty busy around 2pm on a Tuesday - so prebook! Nicholas was very thorough and took his time getting my nails in perfect condition. I don't get pedicures as often as I would like, so I appreciated that he didn't seem rushed and again, was very thorough. He was attentive and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I want to love this place since it is near my home, modern and clean, but the last experience I had was not great- they push gel manicure and pedicure SO hard and I had to keep insisting no throughout the experience. Then, because I have white discoloration on my toe nails, three of the technicians were looking and speaking about it in Vietnamese and made me very uncomfortable. Lastly, when I asked a technician to help me find a light color like Essie's Mademoiselle, she was extremely dismissive and wouldn't help. I feel their regular colors are lacking, they don't have good neutrals or variations of red/orange and don't carry Essie.

I made a weekday pedicure appointment for the earliest slot I could, which was 10am (supposedly when they open). However, when I arrived at ~10:03am all techs were helping other customers. The place was packed. They had me pick my polish and sat me down in a pedicure chair. I proceeded to wait there for over 20min for someone to be available to help me. Very irritating as I was running a tight schedule with a flight to catch in the afternoon. Once someone was available, the experience was great. My tech was kind and apologetic for the wait. I don't know how they go about managing customers with appointments, but I saw no one there verifying appt times or names for anyone that walked through the door.

Ms. Chi is very detail-oriented! Great customer service. Recommend that you give them a call if you prefer walk-in, but they are always busy. Otherwise, online booking is the way to go. They have a full-service spa in the shop, and you can visit the website too if you would like to see what else they can offer. I would say the prices are very in line with the market, and since they do good work, I think it is well worth it.

A pretty nail salon with a mellow vibe and easy parking. I have now had 3 dip manicures with Cindy and she is fantastic! She is very sweet and also is game to try different techniques upon request (such as ombre). All 3 of my dip manicures have lasted about 4 weeks without any chipping. I also want to give a shout-out to Nicholas, who recently gave me my first pedicure since January 2020. He was unfazed and very professional when dealing with a big toe nail that hasn't quite grown back (it's pretty gross). Finally, Nailish has been great with my 10 year-old's kiddie mani-pedis.

The nail tech who did my pedicure was fantastic! Very professional and polite. The gel was high quality and is lasting a very long time. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is how the nail techs were being treated by upper management. There was a Caucasian male at the reception who was very rude and spoke in quite a degrading way to the nail techs. Not sure if he was the owner, or who he was to the business, but it was very unprofessional. I went with a group of ladies and the conversation was brought up, as I was not the only one who witnessed this behavior. I hope management changes for the sake of the nail techs, as they work extremely hard. As great as my experience was, I will not be supporting a business that tolerates this type of behavior towards their employees.

They handled the new COVID restrictions very well and I felt comfortable and safe with the precautions they have in place. Even better, the pedi was one of the best I’ve had! The thing I value most in a pedicure is the removal of cuticles and dry/dead skin and Jenny (the tech who worked on my feet) did a great job with that and her painting skills are excellent! My first time I got dip and it was pretty awful. However they completely redid it for free after I called. Book with Mary if you want dip. This place is very cute and everyone was nice but my nails just don’t look great. I got a gel manicure and where the polish meets the cuticle is a mess with jagged edges on most my fingers. There are also tons of bubbles/bumps which aren’t super noticeable so maybe I’m being picky, but personally they drive me nuts. I don’t think I’ll go back, not a terrible experience, but there are tons of nails salons in mpls that provide a higher quality service for a similar price.

I took my 5 year old here for her first mani/pedi. I had never been before but it was a convenient location. They treated my daughter like a princess and she loved. At first she was apprehensive of the temperature of the water so they cooled it down for her. Cindy was so great with her. She put flowers on her nails and toes and did gel on her toes even though we didn’t ask for it so she wouldn’t smudge them. I got the basic pedicure and it was great. Tina did mine and had great attention to detail. I get so frustrated at other places when they leave polish on my skin but Tina was careful to remove it. I came here to visit my friend and she talked me into getting manicure. My buddy this place just opened up not too long ago. The ladies here greeted us promptly. Since I am a horrible Gemini, I couldn’t decide on a proper color. I had the lady help me out...I went with a simple nude type color. They made me feel sassier, because I rarely get my nails done. But for $23, I wished I lived closer!

My favorite salon in Minneapolis. Gorgeous space, friendly staff, and zero bad-nail-salon smells. They also go the extra mile. My daughter had a mani/pedi birthday party at the salon with 8 8-year-old girls (no easy feat) and they made her and all her friends feel so special. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks, Nailish!

Very clean and nice, but you pay for it. $40 for a normal gel manicure! That was upsetting because service was just ok. I saw them disregard this poor ladies appointment twice which was not fair to her. Might go back but we will see.

Chi the manager PERSONALLY went and got us champagne as we were celebrating a birthday for my little sisters 17th “big day” us adults got CBD Pedi’s and the prices are incredible! $88 bucks for the longest acrylic gel set I’ve ever seen for my little sis, Cindy massaged my legs like she secretly loves me and Nick told us stories and made sure we had everything perfect to our liking.. not to mention we didn’t have to wait a minute to be helped althoug they were busy and everyone was so friendly I have been to some of the best rated salons in Minneapolis and I have to say ESPECIALLY with the price it’s UNMATCHED AND DID MY HOT STONE SERVICE FOR FREE BECAUSE WE HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME I ADORE THESE PEOPLE

I went here with a friend for the first time early this year and I couldn’t be happier that I found this place! I recommended Nailish to anyone who is looking for a great nail salon! The salon itself is beautiful and very clean. All of the nail techs are very nice and do an amazing job. I received a gel manicure and It lasted 3 weeks without any lifting or chipping. My friends both received acrylic gel and theirs lasted just as long with no chipping or lifting as well!
