I got my first lash lift ever with Leticia at Letjoy and I am so happy I did!! She was so kind and gentle. She talked through the steps carefully and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I had decided to try a last lift so I could go makeup free on vacation (while still feeling cute) and it was such a great decision!! It’s been almost 3 weeks and my lashes still look perfectly curled, even after being in an out of the ocean! Definitely recommend booking your next lash appt with Leticia!

Leticia is amazing! Her salon is very clean and relaxing. Definitely the very best eyelash extension experience I've had, ever! She is very gentle, and really listens to what you'd like to do. She gives very clear aftercare instructions in a cute little pouch with her contact information and a spoolie. She's very efficient, so you won't be there for several hours, which has happened to me in the past. I love my lashes, and look forward to seeing her for fills. A+++++++++++++++

I went in for a lash lift by Leticia, and my experience was beyond exceptional! The result was beautiful! As soon as you walk in, it is so welcoming, relaxing, and home-like. Leticia is amazing! She's timely, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and directly quoting her "prioritizes customer service." The experience itself was very comfortable: she offers a heated bed and a blanket, has humidifiers going and calm music playing. And of course, my lashes look amazing! Perfect for my upcoming trip abroad.

Leticia is amazing and always provides a comfortable, professional, and thoughtful service. I have gotten lash lifts and tints from her and they have been worth the price. Leticia made sure to make me feel comfortable the second I got into the room by letting me know where to put my things, that I could take my shoes off, get a blanket, use my AirPods, and was overall just so friendly and welcoming. Being neurodivergent, first/new times in an appointment can be scary for me, but her warm demeanor, engaging conversation if you want it, and calm atmosphere made the experience so great. I will continue to go back to her for lash services and I recommend anyone wanting that - to go to Letjoy!

Professional, punctual and pleasant. I had my lashes permed last weeks and Leticia did an excellent job. The place was nice and clean. 11/10 would recommend!! This was my first time having anything done with my lashes, and Leticia walked me through every step of the way. When the curl didn't quite work out, Leticia fixed it and made sure I loved them. She is extremely kind and her work is amazing. The location of the salon is super convenient, with parking, and her room is very warm and comfortable. The pre-appointment emails/texts were super helpful as well. Leticia is wonderful, as others have said. I went for a lash lift for the first time, so I really had no idea what to expect. parking was easy- plenty of spaces. you need to buzz up to the salon and then head to the second floor waiting room. Leticia will come out to get you. she owns the business and is the only one working, which to me made it more comfortable asking questions about the process. she was a joy to chat with and my lashes look amazing! I will be back!

Easy location to get to, nice studio, and professional service. This was my first time. I got a brow lamination and tint. I have blonde well-shaped brows, so I did not really need the lamination. The tint was slightly more red than my hair color.

I asked for a fuller lashes but this is what I got instead. I went back to her because she did a good the 1st time. I sent a picture of my lashes to her and she never even replied. Very disappointed. 4 stars for the first time 2 stars for the 2nd time (because she is friendly).

Leticia is a genius! I first found her when she corrected a set I wasn’t happy with from another stylist. I would follow her anywhere! The space is warm, inviting and relaxing.
