Overall the experience was pretty good but I would go somewhere else. The website prices didn’t match the store prices and when I brought it to their attention she just said “that’s from years ago” instead of matching prices as they are supposed to since it’s false advertising. The pedicure was amazing but the nails were decent and she accidentally cut my finger while filing. I’ll have to get a fill soon because she didn’t even go all the way to the cuticle like normal

I think she was in a little bit of a rush since we got there at 6:30 and they had 2 of us to do before they closed at 7:30. She was a little rough with the drill, which burned or hurt in general, but overall I am very pleased with my nails. They were out of the color I wanted so it took a while to find a new one but they were patient and I am happy with the colors.

I really liked this area. With Tina, I got a full set of acrylics polished with normal polish. She was an excellent technician. She gave me a sense of great trust with her touch. They also had many massage chairs for all of my aunts! The best place for family!

Had an appointment made for a shop around the corner from here but they only have on street parking, and go figure there's no where to park on Selby Ave! Turn around to leave, and see a sign for 7 Nails and Spa parking. Huge parking lot on the side of the salon for their customers only, amazing. Walk into 7 - pleasantly surprised by the big beautiful location they have. Explained what I wanted and left extremely happy with their work. Technician who did my nails was great, and answered all of my questions, as well as gave her opinion. Will return, and you should give them a try to form your own opinion.

I'm a stylist myself so I know the importance of safety and sanitation. This is one of the cleanest nail salon I've ever seen, I was very impressed. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful when I came right at opening. They did a nice basic pedicure and spent a full 45 minutes on me. The massage was a full 10 minutes each leg which was wonderful, however the massage manipulations were very fast and rushed and left me feeling like i just got rubbed really fast rather than massaged. I'll probably be back. I personally prefer a beauty school experience, they are massage masters and almost always have better sanitation than any other licensed salon

Had my pink & white nails done one week ago by Angela. I needed a full set and she not only did a great job but was done in less than 1 hour! That's impressive! She was very sweet and articulate and paid attention to detail. I've been in search of a new nail salon for quite some time after plenty of disappointments with other places. Not long ago I just happened to notice this salon and after checking out reviews online, decided to give them a try. Very glad I did! They have their own off street parking which is a huge plus, given the fact that they're right on Snelling Ave. just south of Marshall, so it's a busy stretch of road. After one week my nails look great and no breaks, cracks or lifting. I will be going back, for sure. If you haven't been here, give them a try. Very clean, pleasant decor, and if you are into pedicures they have TONS of massage pedi chairs. Would be great for groups! Thanks, 7 nails for a great experience!

I liked that they don't get you in and out as quickly as they can. They spend time actually pampering you. The pedicure massage was much better than I've had at any other nail salon. I looked over at one of my friends and noticed she was getting an even better massage than me! They used an electric buffer to buff the toenails, which I loved. I usually go to hole in the wall that's quick, efficient, and cost-friendly but felt like pampering myself a bit more today. I couldn't believe the treatment I got for the cost of my basic pedicure. The service is incredible. The building is beautiful. Everyone is so friendly. The luxury pedicure is top notch. I couldn't have been more satisfied. They offered us tea, had a scented humidifier, took their time, very thorough. My feet stayed soft for many days. It was very relaxing and beyond my expectations. The hot stone was amazing. I got what I paid for and I want to go back. The only thing I noticed is that the nail polish chipped on our toes after about 3 days. That usually isn't typical. Perhaps your business may need to look into different polish or top coats. Maybe it was coincidence. But anyway, everything else more than made up for it. This lady was very impressed.

I only ever get their regular pedicures and manicures, so I can't speak for any other services, but from my experiences they always do a good job, and follow clean hygienic best practices. Update: there were a few times I came in and the prices were different each time for the same job and she charged me $65 for a basic fill? She also didn’t listen and filed my nails down way too short. No details, just black and a fill. So I went elsewhere and found V &T nails only a couple blocks away. WAY cooler designs and prices that can’t be beat. Sorry, bye 7 nails! Lost a customer with inconsistent pricing. Was a 5, changed to a 3.

When I entered I was greeted with relaxing smells. Then the front desk lady told me I would have to pay $15 extra for gel polish, that's fine, but when I told her that I wanted a 3rd color just on 2 of my toes, she told me that it would be $5 extra. I told her that I'm not going to pay extra when I was already paying extra for gel polish. She went to ask her manager, came back and told me that was fine but then I would have to pay first. I gave her my card to pay, and thought, WOW, I've NEVER EVER payed first... Brandon did my Pedicure, he was extremely wonderful, ask for him.

Beautiful nails! Best job I've had in years. 3 stars for the customer service. I expect to make my own decision but if ask for a little advice or maybe what colors are popular(like when you ask your hair stylist if bangs would accentuate your face shape or if dark or blonde is in right now) even a fake answer like yes or no because x,y,z. But she just kept saying its up to you, your nails, we won't fix if you don't like. Price was already more than I pay on the average but for the quality it was ok. Except that in the middle of doing my nails she said it would be ten extra dollars due to the length of my nails. They are a bit long but not long enough where I have ever been charged for the length before. EVEN so it would have been fine but she saw how long they were when I sat down before she gave me the original price. They probably do it a lot cause there were no prices posted anywhere and the receptionist who was there to greet me didn't know how much a gel fill was and said the woman doing my nails would let me know how much. The lady said it would be $35. It was about 15 minutes in already when she said now it was $45 cause of length. Overall nails were beautiful but not very nice customer service and changed the price midway through.
