We had the BEST experience here with our bachelorette party group of 11. The team got us all done in shifts and we were done in two hours. They were incredibly accommodating and we had the girls who weren’t getting their pedicures at the table in back. It was a clean and classy setting, the staff was very kind and professional and the pedicure was fantastic. FIVE STARS!!!

Bright, clean nail salon with friendly staff. VERY happy with my manicures! In fact, the 2nd photo (red polish) was taken 2 1/2 weeks AFTER getting my manicure! Kayla is a perfectionist and made sure it would last through the holidays! No chipping or peeling! Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time as they currently do not allow walk-ins.

Loved this place. Everyone was very friendly and my nails look great! I'm always hesistant to get my nails done because (even with gel) I manage to chip them in 2-3 days. Its been 10 days and I my nails have not chipped one bit. I've cleaned, washed my hair, worked out, done the dishes...and the gel is still looking good. Will be back for sure!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for almost 10 years. I’ve moved twice. Each time further and further away from where Qticles is located in Shorewood. It’s doesn’t matter how far away I move - this will always be the place I get my nails done. Professional, clean, high end luxury nail salon at all the right prices! Simple the BEST!

A spectacular job - they have a number of brands of gel polish and the space is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this nail salon. She took her time and made sure they were perfect.

Ok I had my nails dipped for $60 and pedicure $35. The dip nails does not include a manicure which is very disappointing. The dip came out ok see picture below. The pedicure was ok not the best because she did not get my ingrown nail out. I went someplace else a two weeks later for another pedicure. The entire process is done while you are reclined back in a recliner which was different, but ok. I’m use to watching the entire process. They mostly communicate via text message for appointments. I did try to go back but they never responded to my request for another appointment. Will I go back no. It was an ok job not bad. Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. I didn’t have to wait I walked in and my services immediately started. Clean well kept place. $60 for dipped nails and no manicure is expensive when it is included at most nail salons. Happy did an amazing job on my nails. I showed her a picture and told her what I wanted changed and she delivered above and beyond my expectations. The owner was extremely flexible and had me in on short notice within 24hrs. They are extremely friendly, professional, and clean. The amount of care and detail Happy put in my nails are made evident by her end result. Will definitely be requesting her again when I need a fill.

I have been to a plethora of nail salons in the greater Milwaukee area and this one is the best, no doubt. Staff are extremely professional, respectful, and take the time to make sure your nails are perfect. Customer service is unmatched. I had a great manicure and left feeling relaxed and satisfied. This is the only nail salon I go to now. Highly recommend.

I get Dip done here and they are AMAZING!!!!! They really know what they are doing and how to take care of our nails! They also know that all nails are different and adjust their methods as they see how your nails hold the dip. The color selection is HUGE, it is great! The customer service is also amazing! When one of my nails broke they fit me in the next day and fixed it for free! I highly highly recommend them!!!!!

I have been here twice and have been happy both times. They are a bit pricier than I usually like to pay and originally wasn't overly impressed with what I paid for. However I got a pedicure at the end of May and it lasted the entire summer. That is pretty awesome. They obviously use quality products for that to happen. I usually have to repaint once a month at least. Their work is neat and clean with long lasting quality products. Worth the extra cost.

I’m new to the area and felt lucky to stumble on Qticles online. I went for the first time today and everyone was very friendly and professional; they already know me by name after one appointment. At the end of the manicure she noticed that one of my nails hadn’t dried right, so she took the time to redo the top coat and make sure it came out well. I really appreciate that kind of attention to detail!! Looking forward to going back soon.

Third time coming here today. Nails were done perfectly (to my liking). She asked multiple questions to make sure they were exactly how I wanted to them. Strong attention to detail as well! I get acrylic fill ins with gel polish. The business is always clean. They will also be offering microblading soon!

Qticles has given be the best pedicures and gel manicures since I've lived in Milwaukee for 3.5 years. I've been to many places around the East side and this one is my favorite by far. My polish has never lasted as long as it does when I get it done at Qticles. They are so friendly and accommodating with day-of appointments as well. 10/10 recommend!

Wish I could give this place 10 stars!! I have been going to Qticles for approximately one year for my no chip manicures and spa pedicures. I get compliments on my fingernails every day (and I do not have naturally pretty nails). And my feet feel like butter after my pedicures. They are able to extract more dead skin than any other place I have ever been. And the pedicure chairs are to die for - they recline so the nail techs paint your nails while your feet are elevated. It's heavenly (and did I mention they will offer you a glass of wine while you are pampered?!). The owners, Quan and Cheney, are two of the nicest, honest, most genuine people I have ever met. If you're looking for the best nails of your life - from a CLEAN, professional, and welcoming environment - look no further.

I’ve been coming to this salon for 6 months. I was looking for a salon for a pedicure. I found Q-ticles on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did. The staff is friendly and address me by my name. The salon is very clean and I feel the prices are reasonable. You are better scheduling an appointment versus just walking in. Give them a try!

Best nail salon in Milwaukee! I go to Qticles every 3 weeks for a no-chip manicure. The owners know their clients by name, they are very professional and nice and the staff is on-point. The space is modern, clean and relaxing. They have lots of no chip color options. I highly recommend this salon - be sure to make an appointment, they are very popular and always busy. Tips are in cash only.
