Not from the area, but popped in to have acrylics removed after vacation. They took me as a walk in ASAP despite being busy (day before Thanksgiving) and the lady that did my nails was kind, gentle & meticulous. I opted for a dip manicure, and she definitely took her time and made sure they were perfect. One of the best manicures I’ve had in a long time, ESPECIALLY for the price point. Wishing I lived closer and I’d make it my go-to spot!

Very friendly service. Owner is always there. They always answer the phone. I would suggest making an appointment rather than just walking in on busy days like weekends and holidays. I notice that the reviews and pictures on Google do not do this place justice! They do quality work here. I've never been disappointed. They are also fast and efficient. Handicap friendly!

Ben was great! I usually go to the Nail Bar in Walker's Point. I can NEVER get in with my regular person even weeks in advance and she often cancels. I am stuck with the same substitute person every time. My polish peels, my nails chip and they lift off! So after looking at the Internet and reviews and what was on my way home from work, I made an appointment. I am so happy 😊!!! They look great! Better than the Nail Bar! And Bonus... cheaper for a whole new set. I just wanted quality. I'd pay whatever. This is great! My nails are sturdy and beautiful! Forget Nail Bar! This is my new place. And I have been getting my nails done for 25 years! Thanks Ben!

What I can say is I’ve had services at several other salons in the area, Epic, Nola, Nail Design, Bella, etc and I always end up coming back to Ellie nails. Best pedicure chairs and best professionalism. I’m picky about the shape of my nails and they always are on point with that here regardless of which tech I get. The pedis are always relaxing as well as done properly and the color is lasting. Speaking of color their selection is unsurpassed. Glad to be a returning customer!

What I will say is you have to make an appointment. Walk in and you risk getting a rush job, nails done on the manicure chai not a good call. My polish was lop( meaning it was smooth but had a lip on the other side of the nail) sidded and Gel polish started pealing in less than a week. So they need to check of the polish is expired 😕 or something. The one thing I did like is they were very attentive to their regulars. They knew there names and overall did a good job, when it's not a rushed job. I may give them one more try. To update this review.

I got the classic pedicure and it was a good pedicure - cannot complain. The polish job was done really well and they had a large selection of colors. I went at noon a Friday and almost every chair was filled. I had success with a walk in, but I would probably reserve a head of time to be sure.

I LOVE Ellie’s Nail & Spa!!!! I have been going to my nail tech Xena now for 6 months for my no-chip manicures. She’s amazing!!! My nails are always on point and she has the best customer service!! If you’re looking for shellac/gel manicure, Ellie’s is the place to be. Only hardship is that there will most likely be a wait, as the place is busy!!!! And the owner does not always hear correctly when calling to make an appointment, so make sure to always ask her to confirm DATE and time!!! :)

I have been going to this nail shop for some time now. Every time the results are great. Today my nail service was done by a woman named Nu and my eyebrows were waxed by Jade, and the job done by both women was fantastic! They have earned my business and I highly recommend this shop. They are pretty busy though, so try to make an appointment when possible.

LOVE this salon! Everyone is extremely professional and the salon is cheerful and bright. The pedicure is such a great value. I am older so my feet are a challenge, but they ALWAYS make my toes and nails BEAUTIFUL! My brother comes along and they do a fantastic job on shaping his nails and removing callouses. We highly recommend this salon. My 87-year-old mother went there for gel manicures until she passed. They are so kind and efficient here. Reasonable costs.

Not sure how I've never been to this place as I live close by but hadn't noticed it. It's in the same shopping center as the pick n save and home depot right off the highway. My usual place for dip manicures was busy and I found Ellie on Google and so glad I did. They did a great job and it's more reasonable than several other places nearby. Staff is super friendly and I also spoke some with the owner who you can tell cares about the customers. I had the salt scrub upgraded pedicure ($30) and a great dip manicure ($40). It's hard to find places that do dip and especially do it well. So glad this place is just around the corner! Ask for Kelly, she did a great job and was so fun! I'll be back in a few weeks and all summer.

The owners and staff are always super sweet and very accommodating to requests. My nails and toes always look perfect and they also do great eyebrow waxing. The owner and his wife are hilarious and really lighten and brighten anybodies mood. They really try hard to accommodate all walk Ins plus keep up with call in appointments. I have found Ellie Nail and Spa to be busy on some days than others. I had made an appointment for acrylic nails and was promptly greeted and seated for almost immediate attention. The nail color was chosen by me before the male nail manicurist tended to me. I was advised that my choice for acrylic tips would allow my own nails the protection needed. The conversation with this manicurist was comical and pleasant and the advice appreciated. My fear of the filing tool burning was put to rest as my concern was met with unspoken assurance every step of the procedure. Payment was requested before applying my chosen nail color. My pin was required for credit card used and I gave it without hesitation. The waiting 15 minutes with nails being fanned to dryness was simple enough. It was all business done with professionalism and people friendly action. I will return and recommend Ellie Nail & Spa.

By far the best nail salon that I have ever been to. It is very clean, remodeled nicely, and Tracy (owner) is always so pleasant when I call to make an appointment and when I come into the salon. She always remembers my name and my husband’s name. Kelly does my pedicures, gel manicures, and eyebrow waxes. She is fantastic and I feel like I’m going to visit a friend when I have an appointment with her. My husband is diabetic and his doctor recommended getting pedicures so he goes to Sarah. She is very thorough and meticulous. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Eh everytime I come here I regret it more and more. Everytime it's rushed. I paid for a manicure, pedicure and full set. Guy skipped the manicure and just went on to the set. I thought he would do it after, but no. My cuticles are gross still. 70 dollars plus tip later and I decided I'm not going back ever again. Shame, I used to really like it here.

I've been going to Ellie Nails for over a year now, every 2-3 weeks. The salon is clean, sanitary, and uses safe practices. Their Covid precautions are excellent, and I've felt comfortable getting services at the salon even during the pandemic. They are gentle and professional, and customers always leave happy. I personally see Ben, who takes extra time to ensure that my nails are shaped beautifully as well as polished perfectly. He is also super friendly and kind. I highly recommend Ben, Anh, or any of the awesome staff at Ellie.

This is an awesome nail salon and based on the fact it is always busy, everyone agrees with me. I always make a reservation and they are always able to accommodate. I've never had a bad pedicure here. The chairs are comfy and the service is great. Great staff. Very customer focused.

Easy to book on Facebook. No wait time with appointment. Real nice nail techs who ask and listen to your nail preference. Rose took her time on my pedicure giving me a really great massage and really actually scrubbing my feet. And Ben was amazing on my hands. originally I came in for a fill from a previous nail shop that did a bad job and Ben made time to give me a new set an actually listen to what I wanted and it was perfect Lm. exactly what I envisioned and he was funny! Second time I come here first time I liked it and my nail lady was booked but I had wanted to get my nails done in a long time so I decided to go here again. Man who did my nails was nice and took his time doing my nails. I went home really satisfied until I finally took a longer time examining them and noticed the pink nail polish doesn’t look smooth whatsoever there’s like little bubbles and my middle finger is crooked. Also tell me why he tried charging me $5 for coffin I wasn’t charged last time for coffin and I wouldn’t have mind if it was $3 because that’s what most nail places charged for coffin. I would show pictures to show my nails how they are but it’s not letting me but point is I would mostly likely not comhave back and just wait patiently for my nail lady to receive me.

I'm from the Chicagoland area and I just randomly Googled somewhere close to my friends house in Milwaukee. (I'm here on a visit). I came in on a Saturday around 3:45 and it's Memorial Day weekend. I wanted a pedicure and they told me it would be a 15 minute wait. I waited exactly 15 mins. I then picked my color (they have so many) and received a Sea Salt Spa Pedicure (only $30!). It was heavenly. My legs feel so smooth and you get a great massage with it. I then decided to get a classic manicure at the last minute which they did great as well. It was a great experience for a great price. **NOTE - They do not accept tips on credit cards so make sure you bring cash to tip. They do have an ATM, but don't complain about using it if you don't bring cash to tip.

I've been going here on and off for a few years now and have only gotten 2 good sets. I continously come back because the people are SO nice and the prices are great... I'm too shy to correct someone's work in fear of offending someone or coming off as bratty or rude so I just take what I'm given. My recent times I've had at least one crooked nail, unevenshape and thick acrylic. I usually go home and reshape and file myself but I'm no professional. If you have an issue you can speak up and they'll fix it no problem. If a few days after your service you have a problem they usually fix it for free which is amazing. I love this place but wish they took their time. I'll be coming back once more and maybe I'll have a better set. This place as really gone up, they're great. Don't let my experience be yours. Speak up.

Today I had the best Dipt polish manicure. I’ve had a number of disappointing experiences recently at other places and I was nervous walking in. I shouldn’t have been. Sonny took care of me and he really paid attention to all the little details. I sat there and breathed a sigh of relief. Dipt has been a life-saver for me and I’ve learned that not everyone has the skill to do it well. They had a busy morning but did a great job of taking care of walk ins and people who called, as well as a wedding party. I appreciated their ability to take care of everyone. I’m happy to recommend their salon!

I recently moved back here. After having SUCH amazing service in Dallas, I was all about hunting down the best nail service in Milwaukee. I tried about 5 different places, and this was the only one I wanted to return to. Some I found had ehh service, and some I found had grest service but were clearly in it just for the money and wanted to get you out ASAP. Ellie was the first place I found in Milwaukee to have good service and for a decent price. This place did not damage my nails and still gave me what I wanted. Definitely would recommend.

I have been going to Ellie since the first week they opened... 2 years ago? 3? I am in at least twice a month if not more frequent for mani, pedi, eyebrow waxing. The salon is always very clean and tools are always sanitized. Great selection of colors and shellac. Everyone there is AMAZING - regardless of what service you get, or what technician. Because of that, it is normally pretty busy so I highly recommend you make an appointment!

Ellie Nail Spa saved the day! My friend, the bride-to-be, wanted to take myself and the other bridesmaids out to get pedicures as a pre-wedding thank you. The bride is not the type to get her nails done regularly, so she didn't realize how far in advance you need to make appointments. Every place she called was already booked for the weekend. I called Ellie Nail & Spa the day before our requested appointment. They were able to get all four of us in for an appointment at our requested time; the price was reasonable (basic pedicure $25/each); the ladies who did our pedicures were friendly, fun, and did a great job; and they even offered (with no prompting) to take a couple of group pics for the bride! I think this location is underappreciated because it's in a strip mall, but they do great work!

They give great manicures, but know your prices and tip accordingly. The lady who did my nails included her tip in the price of my nails, which originally cost $30, but she charged $35. I do not think she should have included the tip in the price, because I did not get the chance to tip her based on my experience there.

Ellie Nail & Spa fit me in for a last minute mani pedi when literally no one else could. The facility is clean, my nail tech Mary was friendly and professional, tools came out of autoclaved bags, everything was tip top. I will be back again as I'm so grateful and impressed with them! Just a tip about tips: have cash on hand as they don't accept tips from credit card transactions anymore!
