Love this. Diana is a very patient nail tech. I went there around 6:30 pm, my acrylic removal and gel manicure took about 2 hrs. Even tho it was the time to close the store, she wasn’t rush on me and finished my nails perfectly.

I made an same-day appointment over the phone. They were very helpful with every question. I was about 15mins late but they didn’t mind. I didn’t have to wait either! The man that did my nails (I think he said his name was Peter) HES AMAZING! My nails look so perfect. I love them! I moved to Milwaukee about 6months ago and cannot find a good nail shop to save my life. FINALLY FOUND ONE! Definitely have a regular customer. Thank youuuuu! See y’all in 2weeks! 🥰

FINALLY found a nail place that's wonderful! I'm a snowbird and have had a difficult time finding anything comparable to what I'm used to. Peter did a great job! The atmosphere is gorgeous with serene decor and awesome music.

If want the best nail job, EVERY SINGLE TIME, I highly recommend Karly. I am so indecisive and she always helps me pick my colors/designs which turn out fabulous. I bring pictures sometimes and she does a better job than the picture. My Spring time nails are amazing :) Nuff said.

The first time I went, I was a walk-in cuz I moved in a few blocks away. They seemed annoyed that I didn’t have an appointment and wouldn’t pay in cash but my nails still turned out nice. I made an appointment the second time by calling in and taking the slot they had available but they double booked me and then called 30 minutes before to push me back “maybe 45 minutes” but still weren’t sure about what time they’d be able to get me in.

Vicky is always amazinggg and so sweet !! I always get a full acrylic set and the shape is perfect every time better than anywhere else I have been . I feel like the sets done by her last longer too. 10/10 I recommend to everyone who asks where I get my nails done.

Bisou is the only nail place I go in Milwaukee. They have a cute, fun space and everyone is always friendly and normal. They have quite the array of services, I usually go for pedicures. Their prices are reasonable and I always leave happy.

Just got these done yesterday at 4 and they look almost 2 weeks old because my nail tech Bridget did them too far out from my nail bed. Also I venmoed my nail tech twice by mistake still haven't heard back about an overpayment. 😞 She was mistakenly tipped 32 dollars, after already receiving 22 bucks out of sheer niceness. People suck and ig so do i because I was so upset i wanted to cry.

I came here last year. It did seem a little rushed. The lady who did my nails did them very thick. I paid extra for the no chip polish, did some dishes that night and the paint started to chip off. The acrylic itself was applied nice and stayed on for a while. I had to point out a crooked nail or two. I just used regular nail polish once all the spa nail polish had chipped off. The spa itself was nice and clean.

I always love my experience at Bisou! Annie was EXTREMELY patient while I picked out a color (which took way too long, but she was so pleasant the whole time), and she was delightful to talk to. My manicure and pedicure looked great - awesome work!

The women here were warm and accommodating for my six year old and me. It was her first manicure, and her nail specialist was so generous, adding a couple painted flowers on each ring finger. My manicure was done perfectly, tools & space were clean, and prices were more than reasonable. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Milwaukee!

Bisou always does a great job but pricing is inconsistent. Today I had only a fill for an acrylic set and I was charged $48.00 which is normally $30.00. When I asked about the price she said it went up because of COVID but no signs are posted and I wasn't informed until after services. I will not be paying 48$ for a fill in the future and may go elsewhere. Hopefully pricing will be more transparent in the future and a bit less expensive. An 18$ covid charge is very high.

I had a Mani pedi gel apt. at another place that cancelled last minute so I was in a crunch. I walked in to Bisou nails and someone was able to take me right away on a Sunday. Very nice, she did a great job on my nails!

I went to bisou last night- I originally called on Wednesday to book an appt for that evening but with no one available I gladly booked an appt for Thursday. When I walked in, I was greeted with confusion. The man acted surprised to have someone walk in and was pretty unfriendly. No welcome or thanks for coming in despite this being my first time. Immediately after someone else walked in who he greeted with much more friendly. She was a usual customer as she walked straight to her lady but he made me feel very uncomfortable when she asked for the color box and he said “that girl over there has it” referring to myself. A very unpleasant experience honestly.

I was delighted to see that Bisou has Monday hours, so I called in the a.m. and got booked in for a pedi that afternoon. The pedi was of good quality--just what I would expect. Bisou is clean, efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, I practiced yoga a little too soon after my pedi (3 hours was NOT enough) and messed up both my big toes. I hustled there just before they closed that same day and they fixed my botch immediately, and with no charge! (I was prepared to pay for it, too!) Well done, Bisou, your service prompted me to write this review.

This is my first time going and it was very nice the atmosphere was calming I got a pedi and a full set it turned out beautifully I recommend Carmen she did an amazing job! Reasonably priced I also got my sister's a mani and pedi done and it was only $45 felt that was very reasonable I got an amazing massage on my feet and my hands when she was done I really do recommend coming to Bisou!

I really liked going to this place while I was there, but its only been a week since I got a gel manicure and it's already coming off. I paid $40+ for what I thought would be a manicure that would last two weeks. That is unacceptable. I already know I will be going back to my favorite spot next time instead of trying something new.

Nice place! Very roomy very nice nail techs. I called them an hour before they closed I called them an hour before they closed after having bad experience with Neroli spa and they told me to come right over. I will definitely be going there again.
