The technicians are very nice! However I got the signature pedicure that included massage, scrub and above the ankle hot towels, and it felt very rushed, particularly the exfoliation and massage services. I also got my gel polish soaked off and my nails were not buffed out after removal, leaving them a bit discolored and rough. We did get in quickly which was a plus, but I don’t feel the service justified the price. Also not super impressed with the end result.

Have gone here 5-6 times for full set and fill-ins with gel polish. Every time I have been extremely satisfied with the service I received and pricing, until this time. I’ve had different technicians each time, all did well except Michael. Satisfied with his shaping, but he butchered my cuticles, left there with 4 bloody fingers and clear polish on my skin next to the nail. Will return but will ask to not have Michael 😕 Update 4/10/22 Johnathan redeemed my experience. Extremely talented and they did a great job on both nails and toes!

I got a full set manicure and a royal hot stone pedicure and a glass of wine. Mrs. Kim and Michael best of the best. I've been to a lot of nails places before let my tell you, this place is one of the few places that have no only offered me the best service but highest quality of cleanliness around. Ms. Kim was supper nice and friendly very gentle so good I actually almost fell asleep, and Michael oh my God while he doesn't talk much he is so precise when it comes to his nail technique. I used a strawberry wine red color since it's easier to see mistakes. Not a single mistake, no pain,( and this goes for ms. Kim as well) and his work station was so clean. You can tell they both take pride in their work. I recommend it to everyone, when you go please ask or make an appointment with these two! You won't regret it!!! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience I'll be back soon! The wine was amazing as well!

I've seen both Mickey and Minh here. Both are incredible nail artists. I've never been rushed by them and my nails have always looked so clean, neat, beautiful and lasted well over 3 weeks. Highly recommend both of them

The owner/operator Kelly is very attentive. She'll sense if your not happy and offer a solution immediately. The atmosphere is nice and elegant. Great product line. The only gripe I have is no matter when you make your appointment for, you will be seated approximately 30 minutes after the reservation time. The sense of timing is off. But they will get you together and have you leaving with majestic nails.

Best nail salon I've ever been too, ask for Johnny or Jonathon! Always love the atmosphere and you can get a glass of wine too! They have a hair salon tucked in the back as well for a one stop shop experience. Affordable as well, nails and toes done for less than $80!

I got my nails done yesterday. On their website it says a full set it $33 and at the store $40 which is not a problem. I got gel polish so I’m sure is an extra $5 then design, shape and length $15 all together but I would like to know why I was charged $85 for these nails when I’m missing half of the color on them. They did only one coat of the blue and then did the flowers. The lady was also very rough with my fingers. These nails are very cute but I will not be going back.

It was busy but the nail tech did a great job. He was super fast and I got a full set-2 weeks later and it still looks like I just got them done yesterday!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for about 3 years. They consistently do a great job. I typically get a dip manicure. Johnny, Mickey, and Megan are terrific! I highly recommend majestic nails. Kelly does a good job running the place.

All the years, I've gotten my nails done (which isn't every month, but at least the last 10 years); this is the only place I'll return to. I love the people, though some are better at nails than others, of course, and love that they have drinks you can buy if you want to celebrate one time.

Great service, clean facility, and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed a massage and glass of wine while getting a very relaxing pedicure. I like that there are built in dryers on the manicure stations to reduce the wait time for drying. I highly recommend Majestic!

I've been looking for a good nail salon since moving here almost 2 years ago. I'm so happy I decided to take a chance at this gem! I've been the 3x now, 1st for a manicure & dip powder, 2nd for a pedi with my husband, & 3rd for another dip powder with my sister. Each time I was promptly greeted and provided great service. Both my husband and sister enjoyed their experience. Kelly is a sweetheart, Ken did an amazing job on my dip powder, and Minh did as well. I didn't catch name of the young lady who did my pedi but she also did I great job. I'm very picky and customer service means everything to me. This will be my go to spot for my nail care needs! If you're like me, new to the area and in search for a nail spot do NOT hesitate to try this place out, you'll love it!

This has been our go to salon for nails since we moved to Kentucky. We’ve tried a couple other places along the way and continue to come back to majestic. Right bright Happy and Jennie are our favorites! Treat yourself and your friends to a deluxe bath manicure and pedicure at Majestic. We love the salon and our nails last a long time.

I moved to Louisville last May and found Majestic Nails. The pedicures are absolutely amazing. I also get SNS and never leave unsatisfied. They have a huge variety of colors, get you in and out within a reasonable time and everyone is extremely nice. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had a full set manicure and a pedicure. The prices are high. The facility is very clean and they are very friendly. I was satisfied mostly. The younger girl who did my nails left out a step or two so the end result was just okay. She didn't use cuticle oil or have me scrub my nails before they were painted. I am trimming off the debris still and for the price I expected at least some hand lotion. However, all in all the place is a ton better than some of the other nail places in the area.

The cleanliness, vast selection of nail color, and the excellent job Ken does on my nails is unmatched. I highly recommend this salon! You will not be disappointed. Lee was great. He accommodated my wish n to have my manicure first.,he exfoliated my fingers along with the area around my nails. Then the pedicure was done to perfection,.massaged my feet and legs, best of not rushed. This place had lots of nail stations and pedicure chairs. Wonderful experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my deluxe pedicure show that I received today. The employee was very friendly and did an amazing job. They lost a star because the price list said it was $45 and was charged $47 before tip and I think it's weird you can only pay a tip on cash. They even have an atm machine. Therefore I took away another star.

Absolutely amazing place. The prices are reasonable and the staff professional and excellent at their job. Ken, one of the owners, was able to easily work on my nails. (I have a hard time relaxing my hands, which is frustrating for everyone involved) They do not push you to try more expensive products and help you decide what's best for your nails. Will definitely be coming back and suggesting them to everyone we know.

Had a 3pm appt, was taken right away. Did not feel “rushed” like some nail salons make you feel. Everything was sanitized and clean. They abide by social distancing and everyone wears a mask! Relaxing and peaceful environment. Beautiful on the inside. This will become my new nail spot!!

We just walked in in this new place, and were welcomed immediately by a nice lady, everyone was waiting for us to pick up our colors. Krystal’s first experience in a nail salon! She got her metallic blue and I picked cherry red! Great quality of work! Gentle, fast hands, the young lady that took care of me even gave me the pumice bar she used in me. Did you know they do not reuse what they scrubb your feet. That’s great to know!! We definitely will comeback. And it was here in San Matthew’s plaza!

As much as I enjoyed my pedicure, DO NOT DRINK FROM THEIR BAR. I happened to witness a male worker taking a few glasses, that women had been drinking from and he literally washed them with his hands only and rinsed. No soap or rag, nothing. I was down right disgusted!

THIS SALON HAS A WINE BAR. Also, they have excellent massage chairs for pedicures and a very friendly staff that practices safe hygiene. Some of their services (pedicures specifically) are priced lower than other salons in the St. Matthews, Lyndon and Middletown areas.
