Vivian, one of the owners of EmVie, has been the only nail tech I’ve visited in the past 8 years. She is the absolute best. Even when my nails haven’t been super healthy, she has made them look amazing. She takes her time and ensures everything is perfect. I’ve been getting dip for the past several years, and her technique is the best. They are not too thick but last me at least 4 weeks. Vivian is professional and really knowledgeable, answering questions and explaining what she’s doing along the way. Not only that, but she’s a delight as a human being and has become a friend. Jay, her husband and co-owner, and Chelsea, their employee, are just as wonderful. So if you can’t get in with Viv, ask for Jay or Chelsea! The salon itself is stunning. Incredibly clean, modern, and relaxing. I will never go anywhere else in Louisville.

Go get your eyelashes done with Vivian. I have been getting extensions the past couple months and I'm pretty sure I'll never stop. They are absolutely beautiful, they last around 3 weeks before needing a fill-in, could probably go 4 weeks if I had to, and I haven't worn any make-up since I got them done. They are the best time saver and nearly everyone I know comments about how pretty my eyelashes are. 100% worth the money!

I have gone to Vivian and Jay for 9 years! They are the best of the best. My nails are very hard to do and when I went to other salons, my acrylics would lift quickly. I have never had that problem at EmVie! It feels like home there and Vivian and Jay are people that I now consider friends. Vivian also does my lashes and my entire family have left their extension artists to come to her. I get compliments DAILY on my lashes and will never go without them again! Go see them…you won’t regret it!

Vivian has been doing my nails for several years now and I just recently met Jay. Other reviewers are right— Vivian and Jay are delightful people. My gel manicures last three weeks, and the pedicures are a very relaxing experience. The salon is cheerful and clean. Please give them a try.

EmVie nail salon is the nicest nail salon I have ever been to, It’s immaculately clean and professional and the staff are very friendly and all do an amazing job. I have had my nails done for many years and EmVie is by far the best! They take their time with manicures and pedicures as well, the foot massage during my pedicure just about puts me to sleep!

I’ve known Vivian and Jay for over five years. They are both phenomenal at their craft, my gel manicures last 3 weeks. If that wasn’t enough of a reason go to them, they’re wonderful people as well. It’s true you come in as a client and leave as a friend.
