I was really impressed by my whole experience at this nail salon. I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate me before walking in. The place was really busy, a Saturday morning just before noon. I thought they would take a while to service me but it was less than a five minute wait. They had so many dip color options I was impressed. Nice to have it in books instead of loose nail samples on a loop too. They had nice sealed nail utensils that were clean. Most places don’t even do cuticle clean up when I get dip so that was great. The nail tech I had was very efficient, a younger man. Also friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend this place. Great quality and service at a reasonable price.

Vinh did a great job on gelx nails. I got exactly what I wanted and got so many compliments up to the day that I took them off! I needed a last minute appointment and they didn't rush at all. This was my first time and I had lots of questions which he answered helpfully. I kept these on for just over 3 weeks as shown in the second photo. By this time there was some minor lifting, just enough to catch in my hair. They also have plenty of massage chairs if you want to get your nails done with a friend for some pampering!

Fantastic service. One of the nicest nail salons I have ever been to. Extremely clean and professional! I appreciate that they prioritize appointments and don't try to cram in to many walk ins like some other places. I have gotten both a gel by Ve and dip powder manicure and both have been superb quality. New Way Nails will definitely be my new go-to nail salon

I decided to try New Way Nails because of the great reviews. I've been looking for a good nail salon near my home in Los Angeles. I was a walk in on a Friday around 6:00pm. My wait time minimal. Vincent for nails art is the best & did an excellent job. He was very meticulous. My nails were in bad shape but now they are looking &'feeling great. The salon was busy the entire time I was there.

Went in today and got a gel manicure. Was so impressed with all the sanitation measures being taken by the staff. Helen did my nails was very nice and made sure I was happy with the work. I totally appreciated that since some in other shops don't ever ask. My nails look great and I'm very impressed with New Way Nails!!!

This was my first time in but I loved the results ! I had one of the owners do a full set and she was so careful and cleaned up my nails so well. I have never had a tech take the time to make my nails look so good, and even though it was really busy she made sure to not rush and skip over little details. Highly highly recommend this place is amazing!! Will be coming back New Way Nails :)

New Way Nails is very knowledgeable about manicure without ingrown toenails within a week of your manicure. As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best manicures I have had in a long time. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. The salon is like home! Love New Way Nails! Their gel nail service is great and their staff are so lovely and friendly. The last gel nails I did there lasted over 3 weeks and have never chipped. I just did it again because my nails were getting longer and it was starting to look a bit weird I had some interesting conversations with the nail artists there, which gave me a day to come. there!

Stopped at New Way Nails by one day and got right in. I had my acrylic set taken off and a gel polish manicure done. I appreciated that they soaked my acrylics off instead of popping them off like every other salon. They really took their time and made sure it was a job well done. Even with the polish. I love this place! I have been coming here for over one year to get my nails done. I prefer free-form gel manicure versus acrylic nails and not many places do it. Employees are so meticulous and do whatever it takes to ensure that you are satisfied with the finished product! I highly recommend New Way Nails!

Something I also get such a kick out of is that instead of the depressing news or some annoying talk show, that always seems to playing in other salons, they play a nice youtube channel featuring 'life hacks' that can be truly helpful and very calming during your service. Vanesssa is extremely talented. However if you make an appointment be sure to go w time to spare anyways because I've always had to wait at least 30 min after my appointment time before I'm seen. It's still very much worth it and I'm almost cool with it when they have the talent that they do.

This is a very friendly establishment. Sweet people doing nice work, at very reasonable prices. There's enough parking nearby if you need it. Great leg and arm massage.

Since a friend recommended New Way Nails to me last year, it is the *only* place I go! They are incredibly fast while still truly detailed with their work. They’re always kind, professional, and accommodating. AND they’re honestly amazing artists - I always come in with ridiculous nail ideas and they’re 100% down to do it! Not to mention, their prices are genuinely so reasonable. This place isn’t super frilly or bougie, but my nails always come out looking *expensive*. Roger and the rest of the team are awesome!! My mani/pedi here was great minus the fact their $80 deluxe package doesn’t come with any polish (which is mind-boggling). Hit or miss with regards to quality service. If you find the right tech stick with them, otherwise the treatment and results will be borderline. Half the time I am not impressed with their work—- like today when the tech rushed through the basic pedi and jabbed my toe repeatedly and left a bunch of skin peel around my toes and didnt properly shape the nails. It was a sub-quality job that left me bleeding. Also they are not focused on actually up-keeping the overall foot, just on nail maintenance and art— if you need tlc on the soles of your feet, calluses, dead skin removal, scrub etc there are probably better bang for your buck salons out there.

Born and raised in Atwater Village... I always support local businesses however years ago New Way Nails was under different ownership and lost me as a customer. I went back to the shop one night to try again since it's under new ownership and fell in love. Roger and his team are amazing, friendly, kind, accommodating, and so funny. If you want any specialty process or artwork, book with Roger or Van. Everybody does a great job but for new trends, they're your go to. Van is an artist at heart and you can see it when she works. Amazing. Great team. I've only had the pleasure of having my nails done by Roger, Van and Denise but everyone is always happy and always very gracious. Great spot, great people, great prices, highly recommended. Let's not forget to mention that they are actually open seven days a week!!! Talk about hard workers, check them out.
