Came here Friday before Christmas weekend prepared for a really long wait time. It was my first time, I only waited 30 min! Not bad at all for Christmas weekend. David was nice. He was gentle and took his time with all the prepping/ shaping. I did not feel rushed which I appreciate. My nails came out exactly how I wanted! I will be back.

My appointment was at 1 o’clock. The nail technician Kevin was on time. He was so kind and so nice and did a great job on my nails. I’m very happy with my results. I wanted nice natural nails.

Customer service is top quality at the door!. You’re almost immediately seated, great music for a relaxing mood. This place is very accommodating and it was nice to see how spacious it is. I’d recommend Nail Spa Excel to anyone looking for a good spot.

This was my first visit to this shop and I was pleasantly surprised at how peaceful it was. They did not rush their services and they do quality work. Well worth every penny I spent for mani/Pedi. My nail tech Pen was so kind and professional. He made the experience elevated by just caring about his work and me as a customer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and took time to find out my style and wants.

Very speedy pedicure, didnt use soap to clean my feet and barely massaged feet. Its not like anyone was waiting to be next either. My nails looked okay in the end, but i wasnt completely satisfied with overall service

I came with a friend on a busy Saturday with no appointment. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted but the whole team quickly helped me figure out what I wanted. Natalie and Lily were so amazing. Lily was so meticulous with my pedi and Natalie walked me through getting gel x for the first time. Natalie made the process so fun and we even collaborated on a beautiful set. A few of the other staff members were very friendly, overall I think I’ve found my new spot and nail techs. Very professional, fun and great work!

I love Nail Spa Excel! The staff is super friendly and the shop is so relaxing. I always get my lashes done with Rose. She's the best! And I get my nails done with Kevin. He's always making sure you're comfortable and happy with the end results. Wait time depends on the day and time you go. But if you make an appointment there's hardly any wait time. Overall, I love it here!!

BABY!!!! I forgot the dudes name that did my nails but for one: they’re fire. Secondly, they were so accommodating! I was fresh off the plane and needed my nails fixed and as picky as I am, he delivered ! He found the tips I prefer, my nails were hard af to take off and he took his time! So gentle and kind! And I got my nails done JULY 15… it’s august 2nd and they still look good!! I wish I lived there specifically to visit this salon!!! Thank you!

Nail spa is the most professional for lashes. The glue is soft and not clumpy. The designers fit them to your face perfectly. A bit more pricey but worth.

They get the job done. Its large and they have many people working. Service is ok but Not special. They take walk-ins and appointments. They do pretty much everything. They are a bit overpriced but I don't mind when I'm desperate and don't have time to wait. They have good colors for gel sets. Decent place if your in the area.

This place is amazing. I chipped my big toenail so I came here for a repair. Next thing I knew, I was getting my eyebrows and facial hair tweezed (hormones eek). My facials are noticeably invisible, WOW 😳 opening for sure. Nancy and Rose took such great care of me, I will continue to provide them business here on out. AMAZING, amazing, amazing, simply amazing. And the cost for everything under $50

Newly renovated with updated leather Spa Chairs, new floor and display cases. The new chairs have a head rest and now offer full recline position. There is also a new feature on the chair to elevate the ankle when applying Callus removal. The staff has always been friendly and offers quick service. There is plenty of parking designated for the nail shop to the side/rear of the store. There is also general parking as the nail shop is directly across from a Ralph's Market. Please keep in mind this nail shop is in a busy shopping center and the parking lot to the side is right by a main exit. As with Los Angeles during peak hours you will experience traffic frustrations.
