I have gone to so many nail salons before and have never been happy about my nails but every time I come to Lilly’s I’m always in love with my nails! She takes her time and really cares about her work!! I’ve never been to a nail salon that cares about their work like Lilly does. Like I said she really is the best!

I randomly selected Lilly’s Nails one day as a last minute choice to get my nails done before vacation & let me just tell you this- Best decision I could’ve made! I am pretty picky when it comes to how my nails look & Lilly did a PHENOMENAL job. I love the way she runs her business, how she sets up appointments, and the techniques she used. I cannot say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY recommend!!!! Side note: this picture doesn’t even do these nails any justice. They were gorgeous and I got so many compliments!! This will be my go to nail place from now on!

This is the third time I go to Lilly’s Nails and each time I have received great service and Lilly never disappoints. I took my niece with me this time and we both loved how our nails came out. Lily is always tentative and although she is busy she took great care of us. This has become my go to Nail salon and I look forward to coming back.

Lilly’s Nails! Just the nail shop I have been searching for! I have been to several local nail salons and haven’t found “my place”. I actually had been turned down because I didn’t have an appointment at one of them just before coming and tried them on a whim. Well im glad I because I was very impressed and I will admit I can be very particular but I truly enjoyed my experience there. They have a number of polishes to choose from and are even meticulously organized by color and style. The salon itself is impeccably clean. You can tell they take pride in this. You don’t feel like just a number as Lilly makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door, even if she has a customer. Alma did my pedicure and she was very sweet and did a fantastic job. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. Lilly did my acrylic gel manicure and she did a perfect job. She really pays attention to detail and even took the time to educate me on how to make my nails last as long as possible. She is also very funny with a great personality and I really enjoyed chatting with her. I give them 5 stars and look forward to returning.

I needed a last second manicure before vacation and miss Lilly fit me in! I love her scheduling: calling and finding a time is fair and keeps you from waiting around on others in front of you. She gave me the MOST thorough manicure I’ve had in my life, yet she did it in a timely manner. I got 10 different colors on my nails and she was so kind even though it was so much extra work. Her pricing is very fair, and I will definitely be back. (I’ve already sent her page to all my friends in LR)❤️

I just moved to LR and have been trying to get in here to get my nails done because of the great reviews, and they did not disappoint! Will did dip with tips on my nails and did such a great job, and listened to all of my requests. The salon is clean and all of the employees are very friendly. The environment is lively and fun and you can tell they have a lot of regulars who continue to come back because of the work and amazing customer service! Lily and Michael did an incredible job on my nails! Yes, their appointments fill up quickly so you need to call or be there at 11am to get a spot for that appointment but now I know why. They take great care and time with each customer. They are also extremely clean! I watched them sanitize everything and wipe down all chairs/counters customers had been at. I felt very safe with all of their cleanliness! While there getting a set of finger nails I took a chance on a gel nail color that ended up turning far more yellow on me, I HATE yellow on me. I told Lily I really didn’t like it and she stayed late to take that color off (my full acrylic set which meant sanding off the color), paint my nails another color, and ensured I was completely satisfied before I left. It meant a lot because nail color is like lipstick and some colors don’t look the same and I really don’t like yellow or oranges on me (I have red hair, red-ish freckles, and some red/yellow skin tones so those colors look terrible on me.) I would definitely recommend Lily’s Nails-LR to everyone!! It is by far the best set of nails I’ve had in Arkansas. My girlfriends and I plan on going back for fills and sets of nails again in a few weeks. Go get your nails done and you won’t ever go anywhere else!!

I called to make an appt, and was promptly greeted on how to go about make same day appt. Lily was very nice and took her time to explain how her shop operates. I’ve been to Lilys 3x and have never had issues getting in when I call at 11am the day of. I enjoy my new go to nail shop, and travel 45 min to come to see Lily. You won’t be disappointed.

Not your typical nail salon!!! I can absolutely see why Lily was booked up both days I tried to walk-in in the past. Not only did I get the best mani/pedi in my entire life- I also left feeling like I expanded my community in Little Rock by a few friends. The shop is small with few techs (3!) so if you’re in a hurry you better find another spot. However, the quality that each one brings to the table is incredible, from actually doing nails to how personable they are. You won’t just leave with your nails done! You’ll leave with recommendations for the best rice cooker, inside jokes about spam, an assessment of your health based on your nails, and the staff remembering your name when you return. I wanted hailey beibers glazed donut nails on a budget (without acrylics or paying extra for chrome), and this is how they turned out! I’ll post a picture of my toes when I get out of my boots!

Lilly and her husband are very nice. They keep the shop clean, which is so important. Her whole staff does great work. Lilly is my favorite though, her personality is everything. Be sure to book an appointment because she books super quick. Trust me, call early! She is definitely worth it!

If I lived in Arkansas, Lilly’s salon would be my home! From the beginning she was honest and respectful of my time. I walked in around 12:00pm and there is a sign clearly stated on the door “first come first serve and same day appointments only”. Lilly told me she wasn’t able to fit me in but if I came back at 4 she would be able to do my full set and gel pedicure. I went back at promised time and she and her husband got started right away. The salon feels such like home and family. Lilly acknowledges everyone and speaks to every customer and customers speak to each other! I’ve been getting my nails done for at least 10 years and this is hands down one of the best salons I’ve ever been too. She really cares about each and every customer. Aside from her great attitude/personality, she does AMAZING work that speak for itself. I just wish I could take her to my home town with me!

I hadn't gotten my nails done in 8 years, even during my wedding, because I tend to do my own press-on nails at home. I got a sudden urge on my birthday to get them done and treat myself and chose Lilly's after seeing the great reviews. She fit me in between appointments, which was a very pleasant surprise and did an amazing full set on me. Not only that, but she has full notebooks and sample nails you can browse so you can easily pick out anything you want. It really took me out of feeling intimidated because I really didn't know what I wanted at the time. This place is also so clean and well kept. Go one time and you'll keep coming back, I've gone twice now and plan to come again.

I have been going to Lilly’s Nails for almost a year and will now be looking for another salon. Business is now under new management, and the quality has declined. For the first time at Lilly’s Nails I paid $70 for a manicure I’m not in love with. Be aware that your manicurist will say he is able to do a design (whether he is able to or not) and proceed to charge you the full amount even when you clearly express you are not happy with the job.

Complete perfection from start to finish. I loved my experience so much I found myself telling everyone who complimented my nails. What makes Lily's stand out is the time they spend with you, their system of booking the day of (which allows new customers and regulars a fair chance of getting in), and the skill level. My acrylic nails lasted until my fill with no cracks or broken nails, and looked beautiful every day. I cannot recommend this salon enough. It is the only place I will now go as long as I live here!

*LONG REVIEW ALERT* I am one who generally does the same thing. If it's not broken, I generally don't fix it. I had been going to the same nail technician for the past 12-13 years. This past February, my husband and I were going on a trip to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary (2/14/2018). The Wednesday of our anniversary week, I decided I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure. I work for the Little Rock School District (LRSD) and because of inclement weather predicted, all the LRSD schools closed early that day. I decided to try out Lilly's Nails. The location is only 10-12 minutes from my house. I came in and was greeted with great customer service. As you know we're still in COVID-19 times, and my FORMER nail technician was clean, but Lilly and her staff are SUPER clean!!! I did say my FORMER nail technician because I have been going to Lily since Wednesday, February 10, 2021. Lilly and her staff are worth the wait for me to get anything done from getting my eyebrows waxed, to getting my manicures and pedicures. She and her staff are SUPER clean, creative in nail designs, and experts in applying the products for nails. Some people don't like having to wait, or not being able to schedule their appointments in advance. Lilly ONLY does same day appointments and first to come in are the first to get put on the list for the day. I don't mind having to call in (if I'm not able to be at her business when she opens) to see if I can be put on that day's list because she and EVERY staff member ARE worth the wait. My nails are so much MORE healthy and longer because of Lilly, and her staff's expertise. My husband even noticed the difference in my natural nails when I soaked the product off. Lilly has a pleasant personality, and is a woman of nobel character. I HIGHLY recommend her business to anyone wanting to go to the BEST of the BEST in Arkansas!!! You will NOT be disappointed.

This was my first time here. I went based on reviews. I had a pedicure. It was definitely one of the best pedicures I’ve had. Michael did it. He removed all the dry skin that grows around my toes and clipped my nails perfectly straight. He did a great job painting them too. I will definitely be going back and I’ve never gone back to the same spot for a pedicure before except for one place in SC many years ago.

Lilly's was 1 of the most unique - in a good way! - nail salons I've ever frequented. It might not have been the most swanky looking place as 1 up the road, BUT it was still nice-looking and it. was. immaculate! She also is special in the respect that she's open & truthful with her services and process. But what truly puts her head & shoulders above others, IMO, is that she purposefully keeps a small staff and will not give you the "oh, it's fine, we'll be with you in a couple minutes" (which most places - like the 1 up the road - do, but then you wait an hour) line. I might not be as regular as some clients, but I AM loyal when finding an outstanding business. I'll go back forever & refer her to all.... I’ve received pedicures from Michael, Alma, and Kim and they are all very meticulous about their work. I’ve only had my nails done by Lily and Michael but they both do such a great job and are perfectionist. I’ve never been unsatisfied, but they always question to make sure I’m pleased with what I’m paying for. There are no hidden charges like a lot of the other salons in Central AR. Original review: I’ve been searching for a good nail salon in the Little Rock area for awhile now and when I saw all the great reviews for this salon, I decided to give it a shot. The salon itself is cute and clean but the service left a lot to be desired and I ended up leaving with nails that weren’t what I wanted. I asked for a specific shape, between oval and almond, and even showed a picture of what I wanted so there was no confusion. What I got instead was oval/squoval. I even asked her to go back to file and define the shape and it still wasn’t even close to the desired shape. At that point, I didn’t want to keep correcting her so I let her do her thing. I’m paying for a service and I do expect to walk out with what I want. If a nail tech can’t do a simple almond/oval shape, they probably shouldn’t be doing nails. I might come back and try a different nail tech to see how things turn out.

Lilly delivers beautiful results and exactly what you ask for; Alma does an amazing job with pedicures and takes her time. Finding a nail place that is good as what I’m accustomed too is one of the best things that has happened to me since moving! I know it sounds silly, but I don’t do many things to treat myself and getting my nails down right (I get acrylic powder) just makes me happy. I 100% recommend them and won’t be going anywhere else again anytime soon.

They did an amazing job on my daughters acrylic nails. She showed him a picture and he put his own creative design on it which turned out better than the pic. Service was fast and the salon is clean and well maintained. They knew many customers by name. We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend coming to Lilly’s LR shop because it was amazing overall. It was my first time going today and it will not be my last for sure, this is going to be my regular.
