Amazing service, attention to detail, clean all around great service 5 STARS! Update for 2nd visit Refill on longer set was $45. Worth it! Loved my refill as much as the original set. Update for 3rd visit Was charged the same amount for my longer set as the shorter set with excuse of the powder (same powder used for the longer set) being the reason. Not that pleased with this set nor experience(I like them just not as much as the first set) . Sad to say, thought I finally found a nail salon worth traveling the 52 mins. Problem I keep experiencing and hearing about is the made up prices based on fictious reasons.

Been coming here for a year now and the service is great! Jenny is my go to and she is the reason why I continue to come here. She’s always so sweet, happy to see me, performs wonderful work on my nails, and have me feeling great every single time! Not to take away from the other workers in this great establishment but if you’re looking for a nail tech that will always take care of you Jenny is your girl.

I just love Natalie and Hank! They are awesome! I always bring in a picture for Natalie and she never cease to amaze me with her skills and creativity. I go every 2 wks now just because I like something different, but I never have a problem with my nails nor their service. Also the pedicures given here are nothing short of exceptional and relaxing.

It was good and relaxing! However, I was promised to have to pay $35, and ended up being charged $50. I’m not sure what tax brings it up $15, but I was not the happiest about it. Other than that, great!

I go here when I can't get into my regular nail shop. The wait is usually not long. The service is good but the nail techs are just ok. One time they scraped my toe causing a small sore. I understand that they are tired but pls do not take it out on the customer.

This place is nice. Like it's name, it does feel cozy but not in a too close, not enough space kind of way. Just the vibe down to the lights is relaxing. Clean place, nice employees. They do a really good job with nails. I'm traveling for work and have come here twice of the 3 times I've done my nails in LR. Second time went somewhere else and it was awful. Don't think twice and come here for your nail needs, you won't be disappointed. Also cheaper place for dip so I tipped really well ;)

This was my first time coming to this spa. I don't know the lady's name that did my pedicure but she was outstanding. I did the Herbal Pedicure cause it's just been that kind of week. She took her time, wasn't rushing, did great with the massage, and she polished very neatly. I'll definitely go back!

I’m amazed. I’ve always had trouble finding good nail salons — either they cut me or the nails are disappointing — so I don’t get my nails done very often, but this place was great. My nails look beautiful and are exactly what I wanted. The guy who did them moved quickly, but not in a rushed way and made sure to take the time to fix one that kept getting messed up. He didn’t talk much, but that was fine with me! I got an ombré acrylic full set and it came out to $60 which I thought was a very fair price. I attached the pic I showed him and how they came out. Absolutely perfect!!!

Very clean and quiet on a Tuesday. Uses plastic liners and clean instruments. No masks. Did the Spa Pedicure and it was wonderful! The idea was to do my toes with a base color and a design color, but the design had to be in white. The brush for the white color was thin enough to do leaves like I wanted. Bottom line: These are nail professionals and can do great art. Please work with your specialist to get the style you're wanting. Bring pictures to help explain and show them want you would like. They can take it from there. Don't be complicated. (Other photo is of mother in law's silver toes)

This was my first time at a nail shop in this state. Walking in, it smelled amazing! The environment was very welcoming and the Nail technician at the desk was informative and pleasant! While getting my nails done, my technician was gentle and fast. Love my nails and the prices are very affordable! Look forward to making this my go to place!

Today makes my third visit to Cozy Nails. Each visit was pleasant. The staff is very friendly. Nice atmosphere. The nails last for about three weeks which is great for my schedule. My first visit I had Natalie, she does a great job. Best pedicure ever ❤️ I must add that two others have done my nails as well and they also did a great job. I’m just glad that I’ve finally found the salon for me.

I chose this location for my first mid-pandemic trip in a year and I’m very impressed. The location is clean, everyone is following COVID guidelines, and all the staff was very friendly. I waited three weeks after my first initial appointment before writing this review, because I wanted to speak on the quality of the product that is being used. I wore a full set for three solid weeks and not one nail came off. If you have not been here, you are missing out. Best pedicure of my life as well! Ask for Hank, you NEED this man in your life. Promise.

Out of all the nail shops I’ve been to (and I’ve been to many in SEVERAL different states), this is by far the best one. The service was phenomenal, and the staff was very friendly and informative. I went for a pedi that was well overdue. They did not rush on my feet, and made sure they were smooth before I left. The massage felt great and my gel polish looks fantastic. Did I forget to mention that the prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a new permanent nail shop, this is the place!

Nathie was awesome. She took direction very well. I asked her attend to my feet in a specific manner; she knew exactly what I “wanted/needed” and went to work!! My feet feel like new! The service was exceptional. The exfoliating, massage and attention to detail to my toenails and heels is just undeniably the best service in Arkansas. The hot towels and warm wax felt so good. They are friendly and accommodating. Genuine and sincere. You walk out feeling like a million bucks and they truly aim to please! You will not regret your visit. Professional and skilled service. Our new favorite place! The nail technicians are excellent. Truly excellent. They are perfectionists in manicuring your hands and feet, and it is very relaxing both manicure and pedicure. I’ve gotten regular polish here and dip. They are superb with both! I’m excited that I found a place with my sister that we love! Extra perk-their prices are very affordable.

Accompanied my girlfriend to get her manicure one day and couple of days later we went again to get her pedicure, both days we got there about 30 minutes before closing and they were more than happy to accommodate my girlfriend. The space is very nice and clean. The woman who gave me my pedicure wasn’t wearing her mask correctly which bothered me but when I said something she corrected it. The pedicure was just okay...a day later I have dead skin appearing and the massage was short even though I paid for a “deluxe” massage. I will go back to give another pedicurist a try. Overall, not impressed but no major complaints.

I took my daughter age 9 and her friend here to get their nails done and the staff was awesome. As a dad I don’t really know what to tell them when they ask what kind of nails they want so they did a really good job working with my daughter and figuring out exactly what they wanted to do.

I thought for the price it was a really good deal. I got a shellac manicure (just a standard one) and they did everything plus wax bags and hot towels. The guy was nice. I’m pleased with it so far. The only downside is that I felt like the guy was rushing a little bit and didn’t clean up my cuticles and that as carefully as he could’ve. Other than that, it was good

I got tips and dips for my nails. They look great. The only issue I have is that the nail stylist used an electric nail file that was a bit too abrasive. I have this nails to begin with and when she was filling my nails it hurt and made the mail bed hot and sore. Be I believe if she has used a file but that was less abrasive (finer grain), this would not have been an issue.

When you walk in, you are kindly greeted. The shops cleanliness and professionalism is out of this world, and unlike any other shop around. I highly recommend Nicole, but all of the nail technicians are highly skilled and will leave you happy with perfect nails/ feet/ and or wax.

I went to this spa because of the google reviews and while the place is very fresh and cozy, I have to agree with some of the other reviews concerning the communication skills. Most workers understand little to no English. Some pointers: 1. If you need a basic service, they are open 7 days a week, and you don’t care much about attention to details, you should visit. 2. If you have a special occasion and need top of the line service, this may not be a fit for you.

My visit to Cozy Nails was some of the best service I ever received in a nail Salon. The offering of drinks once I entered the salon and actually another drink when I finshed my first one. The lady that made sure the guy gave me the nail polished I wanted after she noticed he was putting the wrong polish on my nail. I did not want say anything becaues sometimes it just hard to get people to understand exactly what you wanting. I was just going to nerve come back for services again. The lady asked me to make sure I always leave her salon with exactly what I want because its what I pay for good service and to be happy with my nails. I will be returning to Cozy Nails for services. I had decided before going to Cozy I would just nail shop hop so I would not start to like a nail tech and they leave or become furstrated with services because it was just okay like it has been in the past for me. Another thing I really like was when she was correcting the guy in there language it did not feel like they speaking about me or furstrated with me has a customer. Awesome Services👍😀....
