Looking online i saw they close at 7:30 so I called this place around 6 pm to see if they could take me for a full set acrylics and they said yes. Everyone was friendly the place looked clean and well organized. My technician was super nice and friendly. He offered options and seemed to be in a good mood. I felt happy but at the end he seemed to be in a rush. Idk if he was tired because it was the end of the day or what happened but my nails were left a bit chunky and seemed to me he didnt polished them. They had texture on the surface of the nail. I was disappointed because I paid for the service and couldn't say nothing because it was closing time. Either way Could have been an off day cuz everyone seemed so nice and I see a lot of nice.comments here. It was my first time so I might give it another chance.

Appointment time respected, service (pedi and full set) was completed in a timely manner, staff was very friendly, and the shop was clean. Nail techs looked at my sample photos and gave me exactly what I asked for. I am very happy with my nails. ☺️

They have plenty of techs everytime I have been. I have been twice and walked right in to a chair. They are open on Sundays also. I love the deluxe pedi and mani, the paraffin wax is amazing, makes my skin super soft. Linn is very attentive and I love the freehand designs she places on my toes.

I have been to this nail salon several times and have always had great service. However, there is one female in there who I will never let do my dip again. I honestly feel scammed. She gave me a "manicure",...in quotes because it was the poorest manicure I have ever gotten. It was about a 1 minute manicure before my dip. After dip was done she proceeded to put a design on two of my fingers. Asked me after if I liked it. I said yes thinking maybe it was a free add-on. Definitely not the case. It cost me $150 for a pedicure, mani/dip and design I didn't ask for. Pedicure was done by a man and that part was great.

I love coming here it is a time to relax and pamper myself. This is not a nail salon as usually it is an experience. You are pampered from when you walk in until when you leave. Of course, like any place you will find expert technicians that are best for your style. I never leave disappointed!

Went in to get a dip gel mani with pink and white ombré. My guy was super nice and excellent with the ombré coloring. The salon was clean and super nice. Recommended!!

The ladies were super nice, they made my nails look picture worthy, and it was all for a great price! Highly recommend. The only thing I could recommend is maybe some training to have a nice curve on the nails for acrylics, but for the price I can overlook that and they look awesome anyways.

I have been visiting Luxe nails for about 3 years now. The staff are typically polite and kind. The facility is clean and stylish. Only thing I have found is that because they are busy, they tend to rush their customers and often, the job is not the best they can offer. I would hate to be the customer that complains about service but I do feel paying customers deserve undivided attention.

Not luxe but also not terrible. A friend and I went together and her experience was a 180 of mine. Her technician appeared disinterested and went thru the bare minimum. My technician was intense and very dedicated to carving my cuticles out. I was bleeding on two toes. That makes me incredibly nervous as I've not experienced bleeding at a pedicure prior to this one. My toes throbbed for days. The paint looked fine but started to wear away after only a day. I spent, with gratuity, nearly $100 and felt it was not a smart usage of funds. Live + learn.

Was my go to salon. The last four visits have been subpar. Today’s visit was the last straw. The technician rushed through the pedicure on a Monday night and kept trying to upsell the entire time. All recent pedicures have been rushed but it was on the weekend so I was somewhat understanding. At no point was the service relaxing. The sugar scrub was put on then immediately washed off. There was no massaging at all with the scrub. My feet were in the water less than ten minutes. I even mentioned the issue to give the opportunity to correct and the technician kept going. Vast difference from when I first began coming to this salon. However, the polish and shape is beautiful, usually consistent, and better than any other salon I’ve been to. Very disappointed to have to find a new salon when this salon is in my neighborhood.

The manicure/ pedicure was good. The lady was very friendly as is the owner. I just don't understand why is it so dirty? None of the staff seem to care about cleaning or maybe they have a blind eye to it. I remember when they first opened and it was lovely. Now I worry if I will get a foot fungus.

I never leave reviews. But I am so happy with my gel manicure that I got yesterday, that I’m leaving a review!! I was very impressed with a few things: 1. Professionalism 2. Ambience of salon 3. Kindness 4. ATTENTIVENESS - this one is huge!! My tech made sure she knew what I wanted before moving forward. 5. She actually shaped my nails well. I feel like no one ever does it right. She did perfect! 6. I have one acrylic nail that I’ve had for a month or so due to breaking my real nail (my one and only ever acrylic nail). I typically don’t like the look of acrylic nails. She shaped it so perfectly that it looks just like my real nail now! I am so happy about that. I also showed her a picture on Pinterest and she “nailed” it! Couldn’t be happier with how they look!

The pricing is a little inconsistent and but the technicians are top shelf. I've been coming here for about three months for power dip and I'm so pleased. They also give a 10% discount to existing customers on their birthday week! Jenny, Lisa, and James are all incredible. They also guarantee their work so if it breaks or chips in that time, they'll fix you up at no charge (you should still tip for their time!). I usually get solids on my nails but recently got an ombre french manicure with the powder and I've attached a picture for reference. Highly recommend this place!

Update 1/22: I came back to Vy after a long time away. Full set was beautiful, but he also did a wonderful pedicure with nail tips and fills. I was so anxious about getting the pedicure bc they are in bad shape 😅 but he was discreet and didn't make me feel embarrassed about any of the imperfections. I appreciate the professional at Luxe! Update: Went back to Vy with a new trend and he executed perfectly. I can take any picture to him and he does a bomb job. See new pics! It is hard to find nail salons doing ombre that isn't heavy from dip or two-tone...but this place does beautiful work. I am obsessed with my nails. Each time I show them a picture they come out just like it. I highly suggest scheduling with Vy - he does great work! Everyone here is accommodating and professional.

I don't know her name, but the woman who serviced me for a pedicure gave the absolute bare minimum when it comes to customer service. She didn't greet me, didn't say anything to me at all outside of what was needed, didn't smile once, and the feeling that I got was that she really didn't want to be bothered. She likely judge me beforehand and assumed that I wasn't a tipping customer, although I am. Her service was very poor and therefore she got what she assumed.

I received the luxury manicure. My tech did a good job and all the extra services you get with the luxury manicure were very relaxing. It was busy; the techs seemed relaxed and happy. It was nice. The complication is I do not get gel polish. It always chips in a few days and then it's incredibly difficult to take off at home. Actually while I was waiting for my nails to dry a lady came in to get her dipped nail that had chipped fixed. They had almost no selection for regular nail polish. I looked up their menu online before I went in. I believe they should take regular polish off of their menu. They used gel polish on my nails anyway. I had to sit for 20 minutes to wait for it to dry and it still didn't dry. I timed it. I sat the full 20 mins. Three of my nails were smudged just a bit later getting something out of my pocket. It was my day off and I have no time to go back. That is why I didn't get the gel polish. I hope nail salons are not getting rid of regular polish. I might go back again but would have to bring my own polish and wouldn't want to pay full price if I had to bring my own.

I am from Tennessee and came to Indy for a wedding. I was in NEED for a pedicure and found LuXe Nails in a Google search. The reviews were good so I made a same day appointment. My experience was Awesome. When I came into the salon, I was greated and told to check-in (love that process) without a wait I was taken to my pedicura chair. Back in 2019 I wasn't too happy with the outcome of my gel manicure and even though I did not take the salon up on their offer, I did appreciate the response to my first review. I gave them another shot this year and outcome was way better. I'm pretty sure the tech I got was still learning. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and got ... Not what I wanted but the gel lasted almost 3 weeks. And to be completely fair he did confirm the colors with me and I okayed all the colors. I wasn't happy with the outcome but it wasn't completely his fault. I ended up going a third time to get a new gel manicure and third time was the charm! Absolutely loved the way Tim did my nails. The edges around my cuticles could have been a little better but Tim was super accommodating and wasn't upset to redo a few of the nails and design. I will 1000% be back to see Tim.

I had not been to Luxe in almost two years due to a dispute I had with the owner. He allowed a lady to use a coupon on a Saturday but would not extend the offer to me even though that customer told me to download it while making small talk during our pedicures. Today I was in a time crunch but desperately in need of a fill and repair. I booked online and unlike some salons I was sat as soon as I walked in. Lilly was funny, informative and up on today's trends. I enjoyed letting her get creative with my nails and she has shifted my opinion of Luxe. As long as she works there I will continue to be a customer!

Luxe nails was the only shop open early on Black Friday. It wasn’t my choice because I had a bad experience the 1st time I went. But I have a wedding on Saturday. So I went on again anyways. I was serviced by “V”. He knew what I wanted without when I couldn’t explain it to good. He was quick and neat. I definitely recommend him!!

I LOVE this salon. It's my go to and Elsa is the best at the dipping powder. I used to live in the area and even when I moved 30 minutes away I still made the drive to this salon. Due to my schedule I needed to find a closer salon and and hopefully become a regular. The new "closer" is NO comparison to Luxe so I'll be back. Now they do get busy here but it's been worth it. They take their time, they're nice and friendly and the work is always neat.

Would like to keep going, but last experience was extremely overpriced and they were taking too many customers, so I had 3 different nail techs. Final one rushed through my nails and was not attentive, causing cuts and burns. Did not clean underside of nails. Nails were crooked, to which I filed myself since she didn't notice. Charged for customizing with 2 different styles, 5 nails of each style, was an extra 30 dollars! I understand paying the extra 15 for customizing, but I did half and half, so should not have been double charged. Disappointing...

Biggest complaint is that there is ABSOLUTELY no ventilation in this shop. The shop is not that big, but each nail tech station was full, each pedicure station was full,and the polish fumes were so strong I became dizzy, a bit nauseous, and had a tremendous headache. I understand the job, but there should have been fans running, or at a minimum, the door should have been open to some degree. I phoned in my appointment and arrived early so there was time to explain what I wanted, and to discuss that I had 2 nails that were broken. As far as the work, it was ok. My tech burned me several times with the machine used to remove polish, but blamed me for jumping, she made one of my nails bleed, never once tried to repair either nail she was repeatedly told were broken. 9 nails are one length, 1 nail is a nub. I came to this shop on the recommendation of a friend but will probably only go back if there are no other shops available, and I will probably only go back as soon as they open. I will never make an afternoon appointment again.

I have been going here for pedicures since the week they opened and was so grateful for finally finding a good nail salon. They have been fabulous up till the last 2 times I've gone. They no longer care how good their services are they just keep putting people in chairs and rushing through as fast as they can. I am more than willing to wait but if I do I expect the technician to pay attention to what I want and need. Also why have someone doing pedicures that doesn't know how to take care of ingrown toenails?!? I will try them one more time with an appointment but if things are not back to where they were when they opened it will be my last time. Time for them to decide if it is about giving good service or how many people they can push through their door.

Awful! I was there 10-25 19 afternoon The worst acrylic job ever!! I asked for filing, I don’t care for the straight across, cut off look. I ask him twice and he would file a bit then ask me where, is that good? I gave up! They are bumpy and thick on the ends. The gel light was filthy!!! Although the rest of the salon looked clean. He was in a hurry, not friendly or accommodating. It was busy and reviews looked good. That’s why I chose this salon. I think this was one particular manicurist that is below average and for that I won’t be back. Now I have to find someone to fix this mess, making it the most expensive manicure ever! 💜💙💚💗. UPDATE. 💗💞🧡💜 I went back and I am so happy with my nails! Everyone seemed genuinely happy that I came back! They have several technicians and stock an amazing selection of colors. Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. This was my third time at this salon. I’ve been here previously for dip and regular manicures, both of which were great. The nail tech I had left sharp edges on my nails, to the point where I had to go home and file them myself. She also didn’t have me wash my hands or use rubbing alcohol in between buffing my nails and applying the base coat, so I don’t anticipate the color to last as it should as there will be dust particles trapped under the base coat. The color I chose was called pomegranate and was a nice red/pink color. Upon first coat, the color was a burnt orange. I asked about it and was told after the second coat the color will be more red. It was not. I will definitely not be going back for a gel manicure unless I have a different tech. Long story short, some techs were fabulous, the one I had today was not.

I found this place the day i received the news that I had Cancer. To make me feel a little bit of good, I walked in. Was greeted by a very nice man and asked what I wanted done. I said just a "fill in". I was very impressed by the politeness of everyone. The color selection of gel and dipping powder is Amazing. I continued to go here through out my Cancer treatments and was always shown excellent care. After a few months away due to the Covid 19 "junk" it was nice to return and get my nails did. Not going to lie, it was a pretty rough visit, but I was called back and was asked to return today. I was worried. But I was told by Vy that he would make it right and not to worry. He did exactly that! He was gentle and helped me relax. Even talked me into a color I dont normal do, and I Love it! Told a couple of ladies at a store near there where ingot them done. I highly recommend LuXe nails! They are good and talented people, and a place that i will return to again!!
