I love Infinity Nails Spa. I've been coming here for a little over six months and have always had fantastic service and my nails always come out amazing. The photos are all of dip manicures Tina has done for me. She always does great work and has helped me come up with ways to add a little something special to my nails. Tommy is also a fan favorite and does great work, but if you want to see him specifically you'll want to make an appointment. The whole team at Infinity is great and I'm so glad I found them.

Tommy & the team here were so amazing! Offered me a cold beverage, seats for mani & pedi both super comfortable. It felt like such a luxury experience here. Prices very much reflect quality of services offered here. Was able to walk in with minimal wait. Everyone was so nice as well. Music choice was wonderful as well. Not too loud & simple beautiful covers of current music. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

They are by far one of the best nail places in Indianapolis. I am never dissatisfied with the quality of their work. Tina is my favorite nail tech. She is wonderful to talk to and her nail work is always precise. She never fails when it comes to self-care!!

I have been to this salon about 6 to 7 times now. I have had a great experience every time with everyone accept one individual. This person is at station 2, next to the wonderful owner. I have gotten him 3 times and every single time I have left upset. First time, he rushed my nails so quickly that the speed of the drill burned every single one of my fingers, the nails were unfinished and had acrylic caked up on the back of the nail where he just let it run over and cure that way. The second time was a simple color change the day after i had just gotten them done (had gotten green and couldnt take it), he left the previous color on the edges of the nail and charged me $30. Then today, I left so mad that I will never return (photos attached are from this service). He once again repeatedly burnt my nails over and over again, he didn't remove all of the previous red paint and when I said I wanted the previous paint completely removed he shook his head and spoke to his colleagues in another language. I am someone who wants to make things easy and speaking up was very hard for me. His response hurt my feelings so I literally just sat there and cried to myself wishing the service would just end so I could leave. I had wanted a black french with a sparkly bottom, and because he failed to remove all the paint you could see the red peaking through the bottom. He had to do 3 coats just to cover it up and it's still visible on my thumb. Then he did the tip free-handed with no clean up and the lines aren't cinched at the ends. I have gotten my nails done every 2-3 weeks for eighteen years, and I have been to several different salons across the state and I have never in my life had such terrible service. I truly like the owners and they have great customer service but this one tech has ruined this salon for me. He needs additional training - at minimum - education with the drill, burning clients fingers is not okay at all.

Started coming here about seven months ago because I always wanted length to my nails but couldn’t stop biting them. It’s taken some time but I’m proud to say it worked! The whole crew here is wonderful, but especially Tommy and Angela. They’re both so nice and welcoming and always, always, always do a great job on my nails—and mine can sometimes be a problem because they’re kind of thin. First class operation. Was a walk in, greeted professionally and advised of wait time, 20 min or so, didn’t have time. As I was leaving, was asked if I wanted to schedule a time to come back. So I did AND they were on time. Angela was available. Sat down , she spoke to me, asked questions about me, manicured my cuticles the way I wanted and she was ‘present’. She is SUPER energetic, friendly , has a beautiful smile and customer centric. I’ve been a successful sales and customer service rep all my life. Infinity Nails is hands down my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. Tommy does the best dip manicure I have ever had! Angela and Tina are terrific, too, especially with special adornments and designs. They are open 7 days a week and are always available for appointments or walk ins. They offer gel, acrylics, dip and regular polish. They have a variety of wonderful pedicures as well. They are friendly and offer drinks and terrific service. I literally won’t go anywhere else!

The best nail salon in Indianapolis! I found this place based on its good reviews. After having visited multiple times, I can confidently say they’re my favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to. They have an incredible ventilation system so it does not smell like a strong chemicals which is a huge plus when you’re bringing your kids - Especially babies! The entire staff is so nice and they always go above and beyond. So thankful I found them! I travel from downtown Indianapolis just to go to this location to get my nails done. I it’s a 30 minute commute one way but totally worth it. Every single gel or dip manicure or pedicure I have received have looked amazing and has lasted for weeks! Highly recommend!

Came here today for the first time to get a new set of tips and a dip manicure. It was my first nail appointment since March 2020 and I couldn't be more pleased. Tina was a great tech: she is very gentle and thorough, and she even dipped my nails an extra time or two because I'd mentioned I'm a bartender and she wanted to make sure my nails would last. She also gave me a lovely ombre color with the dipping powder. I'm very happy with the service I received and will be making this salon my new go-to!

So I don't ever write reviews. But this place is absolutely amazing! Very professional, extremely clean, and the nails end up absolutely spectacular! I did the inifity signature pedicure and got a powder manicure. I've never gotten a powder manicure, I normally do gel. But the powder lasts longer than the gel and looks amazing. Everyone was very friendly and we didn't have to wait past our appointment time. We got right in at our appointment time. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will definitely be coming back!!

I've driven by this spa for years, on my way to and from work. Until I read other reviews, I didn't consider checking them out for a lunchtime pedicure. But they seemed timely and quick so I drove over one lunch break. Fantastic experience! Affordable, clean, and comfortable, the spa is wonderful for an indulgent pedicure. A co-worker suggested this place to me and I decided to give it a try. I went there on my break and it was a pleasure visit. The price was reasonable compared to the other near by nail salons. The location is clean and well taken care. Owner and staff were friendly. Wait time was a bit longer than what I expected since I called ahead and made an appointment. I had to wait for 10 mins past my booked time to be served. Since the salon is fairly new, they don't always have a lot of staff to serve walk-in. I have been there during lunch time and after work and strongly suggest to call ahead. I have only done the basic and been very satisfied with the result. They even offer hot stone massage and hot towel wrap for the basic package.

Were greeted so nicely and got pedis started right away. I got a volcanoe and the man who did mine was good conversation and great at massaging me. My sister in law got a deluxe with matte gel done by a woman who was very pretty and so sweet to her aswell. I loved this place! I use to go to a place in Noblesville near my house but I recently got a new job and I saw this salon had a ton of good reviews near me. I was a little skeptical at first because I was so use to my old salon. I also felt rushed when he started, but the overall all look was worth it. I got a full set with gel polish and I absoutley love them!! I also raley change the shape of my nails, usually just get square but I decided to get coffin this time. I will never go back to square again. I am obsessed with my nails and can't stop sending pics to my friends. Tommy was the one who did the amazing job so def ask for him :)
