I absolutely love Milano!!!! They do an amazing job every time. I usually go to Evelyn for my manicure and Tracy for my pedicure. I also have had aly for my pedicure and Jonathan for my manicure and they do such detailed work and truly care about what I am looking for. They are very attention to detail and make sure I am totally happy before leaving and don’t make me feel bad when I ask about a lot of different things. If you are wanting an amazing experience and great end result this is the place for you!

I finally found my nail place and nail specialist. When I first made my appointment the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I explained that I liked designs for my pedicure and to set me up with someone that could do them from a picture. They really listened and set me up with Twee. Twee does an amazing job on my pedicure and design every time. The first time I came in, I brought in a picture and asked for a Burberry style design. I absolutely loved how it came out and had so many compliments. This time I brought something with small details in the picture and it's so beautiful I can't stop looking at it. Thank you Twee! I can't recommend her enough!!

Milano Nail Spa has been my go to nail spot for over a year now. The staff are friendly and they immediately greet you as soon as you walk in. Evelyn did my nails and she did a great job! She is good at what she does, meticulous, and gentle. She makes sure you are happy with your nails. I will be requesting her every time I come moving forward. I definitely recommend checking them out!

To start off I’ll say is I love how everyone is so friendly, and courteous here!! I have not been let down from this nail salon from the few times I have came. Clean atmosphere too. Jayden is such a great nail artist, a perfectionist down to the nail shape, and style. Love how attentive he is for feedback to make sure if the nails were up to my liking. A beautiful soul, very charismatic as well! I will come back again for him to do my full set of nails from now on ☺️

I have been going to this location for two years now and it remains my favorite due to their consistency is quality and service. I have never had a disappointing experience with this salon, there’s only been a issue once where my nail cracked a few days after getting them done but they fixed it with no charge. I always get different techs when I go and every time the techs are accommodating and friendly , and I never have any concern in quality or design because the staff always checks beforehand to ensure your design is doable for the tech. My favorite thing at this this salon is the longevity and overall quality, the techs pay attention to little details like cleaning insides of acrylic tips and my acrylics always last over 3 weeks and my shellac lasts even longer. Ive gotten shellac pedicures at other locations but don’t last like the pedicures I’ve gotten at milano.

I had the best experience at Milano Nail Spa! I was warmly greeted at the receptionist desk by Hannah and all of the other employees there. Ashley did my Gel X manicure and it turned out more than I could ever imagine. Even though I sat in the chair with the thought of leaving the salon with a simple design, Hannah and Ashley suggested a different design for me and words can’t even describe how I feel! I would recommend everyone to check out Milano Nail Spa for an experience you will never forget!

I got my gel color with manicure by Jessica she was great I loved how she took care of my cuticle and filing and all with out having me to mention it to her . Usually when I get gel done at other places they do only gel and no trim no nothing just gel on my nail I was so exited when I saw the finish look at what she had done . However, it’s hasn’t been 2 full weeks yet and my nails have broken off and cuticles are showing as if I needed AGAIN a redo when I just got it not too long ago on Sunday April 24th,2022 so I’m very disappointed on this .. I wonder if the 14 days were told were given would validate me going to get this fix with out charge ?..

Always a fantastic experience at this nail salon! I came in with an inspiration photo and Helen did a fantastic job recreating the design. She was patient, gentle, and made sure I liked exactly what she was doing. Lucy always does an amazing job on my pedicures. She is very thorough and does not cut any corners! I just moved to the area and I visited nearly a week ago. Everyone I met was really friendly and helpful. Under the lights of the salon I thought everything looked good, but once I got home and really looked, I realized that my manicure is a bit of a mess: lots of bumps and an uneven coat. I payed extra for shellac, but it's already chipped on several nails. I know they offer a 10 day guarantee, but I don't think I'd go back. I just feel that for the amount charged my nails should look better. I would like to add that my pedicure looks great. 3 stars for how friendly everyone else.

She hand draws designs and always pays close attention to detail with my nails down to choosing the color. I drive 30+ min just to come to this place. And it is well worth it!

Hue did a great job on my dip. The color was initially darker than the powder and she alerted me (thank goodness) and was able to fix it! Angel did a great job on my toes as well and the manager was also helpful through the whole thing. Hue knew it was important for me to get the right shade as I am attending a ceremony in my University and have to get the perfect shade of maroon. Gig ‘em!

They do a great job of explaining the various types of services based on your needs. If they aren't busy they will do both your manicure and pedicure at the same time. This is the BEST nail spa in Houston/Sugar Land hands down. I have been coming to Milano since they opened and it’s been wonderful. The decor is elegant and inviting. The staff are friendly and great. They offer drinks as soon as you arrive and make sure that you are happy the entire time. The owner Brian is excellent and makes sure all services are completed to my satisfaction. I live about 30mins away from this spa and pass many nail shops on my way but I would travel as far as I had to to get to this place. It’s amazing. Oh and you also get a 10 day nail guarantee on dipping powder - that’s awesome! My nails last a long time and they are BOMB all the time! Even when I can’t come as often as I would like my nails still look great! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Milano Nails Sugar Land - once you come the first time you will be hooked! They are the best!!

The techs provide great service, but the people at the desk…not so much. I got my nails done today and the person at the desk decided that he felt they were “long” and added on an extra $5 charge. The tech didn’t consider these to be long and did not have that marked on my ticket. He asked me to show him my hands so “he could make sure everything looked good” (I knew exactly what he was trying to do when he said that) and then proceeded to add $5 on. He was only checking to see if he could find an excuse to charge me more. I’ve always gotten my nails done here around this same length and have never been charged before. There’s nothing I hate more than last minute charges being added on for something I shouldn’t be charged for. He literally told me - anything over the end of my finger is considered “long” - I didn’t even have the energy to argue with how ridiculous that is.

But the best part was the staff that helped me and my friend out. Vicky did the nails in the photo. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she matched it *exactly.* She gave me constructive feedback about my color choice and was so kind. My pedicurist, Ruby, was very sweet and motherly and I felt so relaxed during my pedicure. She made sure nothing was too hot and gave my legs a really good massage. Candy gave me my mani treatment and he was an angel too! Overall, clearly, I love this place and will definitely make this my new regular spot. This is hands down the best nail salon in the Sugarland/Missouri City/Stafford area. I have been coming here since I moved here before the pandemic and I have been pleased. I’ve been three times so far, with three different nail techs. Full set each time. The staff treat you with such kindness and are very accommodating. I love how they really spell out what you’re paying for at the end. My only complaint, which is minor, (I could’ve asked before hand but didn’t) was I asked for a nail design - which I’d never done before - and when checking out, they charged me $50 for a few flowers! I honestly didn’t feel like the quality of the design was worth that much. I walked out with $100 nails I wasn’t expecting to pay for and just didn’t feel it was worth it…I will keep coming, but that’s the first and last time I ask for any kind of designs. Again, my bad for not clarifying price to begin with, but I also feel they could’ve told me before hand that it would be that much more money for something so small.

This is the best spa I've been to in Sugar Land. Such a pampered experience!! The staff are super nice and they went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I really love that they make you feel like their most important guest and the drinks are an added plus as you get settled in. Male or female, their pedicures are amazing, especially if you're someone who is on your feet evey day. After the Diamond treatment, I didn't even want to walk and I'm already thinking about coming back again. As far as I can tell, they do a great job running this place. The front desk is insanely busy but somehow they still look after you and remain friendly despite the obviously stressful job they do. I haven’t had to worry about unclean tools as they use a new set of disposable tools every time. The selection of colours is extensive, I don’t think I’ve seen another salon with that kind of selection. They have many really good techs and once you find your favourite you can book with the particular person and have a lovely experience every time you go. I recommend this place to anyone.

Service was rushed and poorly done. I got a full set put on and I’m not thrilled with how they turned out. They aren’t terrible, but there aren’t good either. The man who did my nails was really rushing. Even the person I was with was shocked at how fast the service was. He did not do my cuticles and the nails were not filed well. They were also much thicker then I prefer but I did not specify that I preferred them thinner so I don’t blame him for that. There’s also quite a bit of excess acrylic under my nail that was not cleaned off. I probably won’t ever be going back. Edit: I received a call from the owner offering to fix my nails. She was very kind, understood my concerns, and was very accommodating.

The place has changed Since 3 years agoThe people working the front are not as welcoming as the people before, I went in on 9/23/22. I got acrylic refill and shellac, and ped. I paid $45 for a refill. Why when i paid $50 for a full set, and was charged $5 for long nails??? Ive never paid for long nails before they are the same length as last time i was there!! When i looked on they price boards, The amount i was charged not the same, the prices online dont match either!! When i asked why, no one had an answer of why, Very disappointed in Milano Nails. They should bring back the young Lady that used to work the front and the young guy (Brian) they were very pleasant and im sure could answer questions for me, or know how to solve this matter!!

Milano is great nail salon. The employees are very welcome along with the owners. However the few times I have been there, there has been no social distancing and they don’t even use shields when doing manicures. I understand they want to keep the business going because it is a very busy place but at least take in the consideration that there’s a pandemic going on and practice these protocols. Y’all need to limit the amount of people in there. Very disappointed honestly because I couldn’t enjoy the experience without having to make sure am I safe? Why are we all so close together?. This needs to be fixed.

I am very pleased with the uber clean and safe environment that Milano Nail Spa owners has created for their customers to get their manicures and pedicures done. Aside from them doing excellent nail work, I can feel a huge difference from this nail salon than the others I have been to due to the detail customer service that they provide to each and very client that comes in. The owners greeted me as soon as I walked in, then I was taken into the pedicure room where my nail tech came in to offer me drinks, then the manager came in to welcome me and provide me with a mask because I forgot mine in the car, then when I was done with my pedicure, they didn’t just let me sit there and wait until my nails dry, they came in and spray my nails so it can dry quickly. Overall I had a phenomenal experience at Milano Nails Spa and would definitely come back even though the drive is 45 minutes for me but it’s definitely worth it because the way they shaped my nails never looked so perfect!!!

The manager, I believe his name is Brian, was awesome. He was consistently making sure that I was happy with their services. I got my nails done by Leo. He’s such a funny guy and did a wonderful job!! I am, needless to say, totally happy with the experience at this salon. Sadly, I don’t live in Houston, so I can’t become their loyal customer. This is so awesome! I just got a manicure and the prices are very affordable. The service is really good too. I was greeted right away and even though they were busy, they still gave great service. When I went to check out, the person at the counter noticed one nail was smudged and she had someone fix it. Then after I was drying the nail, the owner walked by to spray it dry and he noticed it was still not right and he called someone over to remove it and repaint it! They truly care for their art! I’ve never left a nail salon this happy! Can’t wait for my next manicure!

This is my new favorite nail salon! Honestly, everything was amazing. Right when I walked in, Brian (who I’m assuming is the owner or manager) attended to me right away and had me sat. Immediately, another girl gave me a drink menu with a ton of complimentary drinks. Brian also asked what shape I wanted and if I wanted a design. I was handed the sample colors without even asking! My nail tech did amazing and even though I had a complicated design, he was still quicker than most nail techs. The shape of my nails is the best I’ve had and I felt like my nail tech was so meticulous. Super satisfied and will be back.

Milano is my favorite nail salon. I’ve been to a few in the area to determine who to patronize and Milano is my go-to, always willing to get me in. But the biggest benefit is consistent, excellent quality in customer service and nail service. I saw a review complaining about social distancing, but I’ve seen Milano go above and beyond in dealing with public safety. Since the pandemic, this establishment has done a complete overhaul of their equipment, best practices, and yes, they do try to keep people distanced. I recommend coming in on a weekday, when it is less busy. And when you find your favorite technician, you can request them ahead of time. Good luck trying to find a better nail shop in the area. There isn’t one. Milano is simply the best.

Nail salons in Sugar Land are like Starbucks- they are at every nook and corner. But what differentiates Milano is their customer service & cleanliness. Brian and Vi are excellent hosts. This nail salon is amazing! It was my first time here and I was debating to walk in or not because I had my one year old with me. I decided to go for it! The door was held open for me to lug my stroller in. The staff was super friendly and accommodating offering snacks and drinks. Amy did my pedicure and she was wonderful. Also, im pregnant and she gave the best foot massage. There was another girl who brought a snack to my son and made sure he was comfortable. She even offered to take him to play so I could relax. I have been to Milano Nail Spa for over two years. On 80% of my visits, I have been pleased with the service, and on the 20% where I was not, they have always been receptive to correct the issue. In addition, once the pandemic started, I was excited to see them on the KPRC channel 2 news talking about how serious they took the precautions necessary for COVID-19. As a physician, I really felt comfortable with that. While I never really received many services during the 2020 year (to reduce my personal exposure or inadvertent exposure to others), I sent my Mother who is age 60+ and my Aunt who is 80+ due to their health protocols. I felt safe with them. Today my mother attended again, and when she politely requested that the employee caring for her put on a mask, she was met with resistance and an explanation on Texas law. The employee then proceeded to continue taking the nail polish off of her toenails unmasked. To be very honest and clear, she then went to find a mask and they even found a new employee to help my mother, but she was very uncomfortable for the 10 minutes where she was taken care of by the unmasked employee. (With the Delta variant, it doesn't take 15 minutes to get infected anymore). I believe that none of the people at the establishment desire to cause any discomfort or harm to their clients, but I was thoroughly disappointed that many are not wearing masks despite current CDC guidelines that requests that all people (vaccinated or not) to wear a mask given the new Delta Variant. I was even more dissatisfied with the explanation that I received when I expressed my disappointment. Whether or not you agree on the science behind masks, it's a small thing to do for a paying client. While I am dissatisfied today, I do plan to return in the future. However, I will only return at non-peak times, and prior to my appointment ( I always make an appointment), I will always ask to have an employee that wears a mask at all times if they are still recommended by CDC. We all need to do our part. I am exhausted now by the fight we healthcare workers do everyday, and we can't get just a little support by a community employee to wear a mask. Again, I WILL RETURN for services, but I have modified how and when.

I came here last Saturday I just moved to the stafford area . While searching online for a nail salon I came across this one and read the reviews! I decided to try this place out and I have to say they are AMAZING ! As soon as I walked in they greeted me and took care of me right away ! I was impressed how sweet and polite they were . I'm only giving it a 4 star bc it's a bit pricey the good thing is that I spoke to ms.vicky before starting which I was aware and they do give a 10 day guarantee in case nail brakes or wtv so I hope it was worth it . as my first time being there I like how I was greeted and seated and spoken about what I wanted but I didn't like that I asked for just color on my toes which felt as if the lady was just doing it fast and didn't even do cuticle part not sure if that's also part of Pedicure normal one . But tipping was given bc ms.vicky did great with my nail set and she was very informative. I didn't receive much of cuticle cleaning before my acrylic nails hope that would have been part of 100 manicured set with design I had gotten though .

I have been going to Milano Nails since they opened and this place is legit. The owners are really nice and so is all the staff. My family was here from out of town and I called to make a appointment on a busy Friday evening for 4 people and they were able to get us in and we were all sitting right next to each other. They service Champaign, wine, soda and water. The service is great and the number one thing is that the salon is really clean.

Milano Nail Spa Sugar Land is the best place in town. First class service starts right as you walk in and until you’re out the door. Owners and employees are very friendly and professional and they go above and beyond each time I visit. Hands down the best place in Sugar Land and surrounding areas. So don’t hesitate to make that 30-45 minute drive because you will not be disappointed.
