As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles! Everyone was so nice and helpful! They offered complimentary drinks, like soda or champagne! The place is spacious, clean and beautiful. They even offered to do my 2 year old daughters nails too, when originally I was just going to get my nails done. They were so great with her! Both our nails turned out beautiful! This is definitely my new go to nail place!

Lovely from start to finish! I’m pregnant and they opened door for fumes, gave me water, a mask and a lovely nail set for my wedding! Even a special wedding add on for free. The music is lovely and the massage was a cherry on top! I’m not typically on this side of town, but I’ll come just for the beautiful work and experience they provide! 10/10 would recommend!!

Oh I was looking for a new place to go to that is in Pearland and stumbled across Sam on yelp. The first thing that came to attention with the great customer service. Everybody there is so friendly and helpful Helen did my pedicure and she is very detailed, checks all her work and does a bomb massage. I got the tire seat and it was well worth all 17 minutes of the massage Kelly did my nails and she is very skilled. I’m picky about my nails and I don’t expect everything to be 100% but she was pretty close to the shape and design seeing all exactly the same. She’s efficient and quick. My nails turned out amazing I did asked to get a design put on one of my fingers which Bakko Did that for me and she did an excellent job. She free hand and old English font and it literally looks like it was printed from the computer. She took her time in a very detailed. And I appreciate her taking the time to do it for me How does a reasonable for what type of services I got and I will definitely be returning

Absolutely love the atmosphere, open communication, and artistry the technicians display. One daughter has sensitive skin and didn't have a reaction with her set of nails. My other daughter vaguely described what she wanted. The artist asked us to trust her and my daughter said it was exactly what she wanted. We love this place. It was a nice and relaxing environment. I like the nails I got and was happy to have them done for the first time in years. However, I felt that I was being rushed by the nail tech and that she was in a hurry to be done with me, which was kind of disappointing. I noticed when I got home that some of my real nails were showing under my acrylics, which is disappointing as my nails will look grown out faster. I had a great experience with everyone else that I interacted with and they were very hospitable.

I always love coming here since they’ve opened. Every experience I’ve had has been excellent. Since moving to pearland it’s been difficult to find a nail salon I’m comfortable in and am always satisfied with the services, they do an excellent job here. Rarely is everyone in a salon so talented at acrylics, and despite having a different tech each time it’s been a very consistent experience. I cannot recommend this salon enough!

I finally had to leave a review after being in a few times…I love it here! First off, you’re always greeted the moment you walk in. The color selection is huge and there’s a lot of variety. Every tech I’ve interacted with has always been so warm and made sure I’m comfortable. The drink selection is also a huge plus. Jackie and Lan did my full set and pedicure this time. I showed Jackie a photo of a design and she nailed it! My nails are literally perfect, exactly what I wanted and she asked throughout the process if I was happy and liked what she was doing. Lan was so gentle and thorough with my pedicure and my toes are sandal ready now. I’ll be back without a doubt. The vibes are immaculate here!

I stop by the salon on a whim after finishing work and I’m very pleased with my pedicure. They have a great selection of colour choices, the staff is very friendly, and the location is great. You know you get all of your massage time because they have a timer running. I would come back for sure!

This is by far the best nail salon I've found! I moved to Pearland two years ago and tried several other salons, but I was never fully happy with the service. Genova has not disappointed! The pedicures are heavenly. The atmosphere is relaxed and elegant. The nail technicians do a lovely job with gels and tips. Overall so happy and will continue to visit Genova for my manicure and pedicure needs!!!

Excellent service. They are very patient and helpful. I got the Hailey Bieber glazed donut look for a full acrylic set and they worked with me to get it as close as possible. They always do a good job. Recommend calling ahead for an appointment. Shellac pedicure is usually good too.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! I visited this nail salon 2 weeks ago with my aunt and mother inlaw, we all 3 had an incredible experience. Tan was my nail tech and he did a terrific job! This establishment want so clean, tidy, and beautiful. All of the staff were extremely friendly, and the man who helped us when we came in was very thorough and thoughtful when helping us choose colors. We never felt rushed and you cannot beat the price for the quality that you're receiving. I also loved that they had one person solely dedicated to cleaning and sanitizing the stations, so you're sure each spot is cleaned thoroughly and ready for the next person! Highly recommend! There are a LOT of mail salons in Pearland and honestly I’ve jumped around trying to find a good one. If you like a relaxing environment with light music that is unkept and has a friendly staff, this is your place! My pedicure was great and the prices are comparable to all the other salons. I got a dip and the attention to detail with shaping and consistency of thickness was spot on. They haven’t chipped and the tech said if they did I can come in for them to address it. Great color selection. Will be back.

This place this nice, new and very clean. Best part is that they use all new mail trimming packages for every client that they open right as they start your service. This is the best crew out there. They are so welcoming and very attentive. I had to take my daughter and baby with me. They did great work for my daughter and I and also helped me with a fussy baby and provided exceptional service. Not only are they very customer service oriented but they are very conscious towards detail and perfection. Been here multiple times and this has become my go to salon to relax and come out with great service. Thank you guys.

On and let me not forget the leg massages! What I like most about this saloon is that they do not make you feel like you are being rushed out the door. Making an appointment for my husband! I normally get painted acrylics but they took time to explain the benefits of colored acrylic powder and were very transparent with prices and services. Danny did an amazing job on my nails! I have had multiple set in the past at other places but Danny was the fastest and they look better than any set I have had before! Brandon also did an amazing job on my pedicure and was so kind. He made sure I understood what he was doing and did an amazing job. I have now had my nails and toes done for over a week and they still look good as new with no chipping or lifting. Overall, the facility was very clean and used clean tools on each customer. I would recommend going here for any type of service and will be going back when I am back in town!

This is such a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere! In addition, these nails are my favorite set everrr! I’ve only had shellac for the last 10 years so I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something new! I LOVE this place! I've been here 3 times since they opened and had 3 of the best pedicures I've had in my life. This last one with Angel was life changing. Pedicures used to just be necessary maintenance to not have crusty feet but at Genova its a luxury self care experience. They take their time and it never feels rushed even when I went as a walkin on a Friday night. The oils and creams they use for the massage are rich and high quality. Angel in particular made sure my feet and heels were SMOOOOOTH. I was going to book a massage after my most recent pedicure but Angel did such a good job on my neck, shoulders, legs, and feet I truly felt like I didn't need it. Tired feet pedicure which is a step up from their most basic is $55 plus an extra $18 for shellac. It's pricey but worth every single penny. Genova is the best nail salon around and all my future appointments will be booked with Angel.

The place is very modern, trendy, clean, and they have complimentary drinks. Most importantly I was won over by how humble, gracious, and polite all of the staff were. That goes a loong way especially now a days seeing the complete opposite in people. It seemed genuine and I really hope they keep that up. Danny gave me one of the BEST manicures I’ve ever had, no lie! He carefully listened to me and my concerns from past experiences and he most definitely delivered! He pays close attention to detail. No hang nails Danny lol! I only wish I hadn’t already gotten a pedi before coming. But don’t worry I’ll be back for sure!

I tried this salon for the first time this weekend & I'm really torn because ultimately it was a good experience, with very friendly employees & good outcome. The salon is gorgeous, clean and new, however I feel like a few things need to be addressed. When I got my eyebrows waxed she was kind of rough pushing my head back and forth and I have a few tiny blisters under my eyebrow from the wax being so hot. Something that has never happened to me. I wanted dip color on my natural nails, and asked for my nails to be trimmed a bit shorter. He tried to convince me to get tips over and over. I told him no thank you multiple times and then when he was still trying I informed him I'm in healthcare and I'm not allowed to have them. He said ok, cut all the growth off my nails, much shorter than I had asked, then was about to start gluing tips on when I was distracted with my pedicure. I had to tell him again no tips. He was still trying to convince me after he started dipping my nails. Then once he was almost finished with the base and about to put the chrome on he informed me it was $15 extra, I totally get it but I would have appreciated that information when I picked it so I could have changed my mind. Also I booked a manicure, but had to request and pay extra to get my cuticles cut. The pedicure was fantastic, probably one of the best I've ever had. She took so much time on my tiny toe nails and the neck and foot massage were heavenly. My nails, toes & eyebrows (minus the blisters) look great and were done with great care.
