I've been trying to find a new lash lift place and happy to announce.. I've found it! Tomoe was so sweet and made my whole experience comfortable. She is so nice to talk to and made sure I was comfortable. I also appreciated how they gave me information of the serum that is applied to the lashes and the benefits of it. Overall I'm very impressed with my results and experience!

I just got a had a Japanese eye lash lift with tint and I am very pleased with the results! Tomo is very professional and she did a great job! She explained that the serum they use is from Japan and is gentler on your lashes. I will definitely be back again!

I decided to get lash extensions again after a couple years without them. Lucia Lash had a promotion and I decided to give it a go. The location is in kahala near Olive Tree Restaurant and Kapa Hale. It’s quite convenient for me and there’s a parking lot and available street parking. Tomoe did my lashes and she was very attentive and detailed during and prior to the appointment. She explained the different lash curl and style options and also took the time to ask about my needs. I.e if I had lashes before and why I stopped/ why I was getting it again. I felt like she prepared my lashes to make sure they were a perfect fit for my eye shape, lash length and personal preferences. Overall I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the process. I asked for a hybrid with Cat eye.

Love my result and I highly recommend. This place is clean and professional. Shiho did a good job with my lash however, it would be better if she could explain some throughout the process and make sure that customers feel comfortable.

I have pretty short lashes and love a more noticeable lash, so a lift lash from Lucia Lash did by Shiho give me instant satisfaction and I definitely dramatic lash. I feel more beautiful and confident Despite not actually adding any length, the curl makes my lashes look longer, and it really opens up my small eyes. Essentially, it’s the perfect base to get the dramatic look I never could with my natural lashes.

Just as a disclaimer this review was incentivized with a complimentary keratin lash serum. Right when the service is finished you are handed a paper with instructions on writing a review. As soon as you are done you show the review to the technician and they give you the serum. Likely why they have so many reviews in such a short time. Shiho was great! Studio was very clean and she was very gentle on my lashes. They turned out awesome and I’ll definitely be back. Booking was quick and easy online.
