I love love love Kendra and her team. They are so nice and super helpful. All their products are amazing. Not just the service they provide but their products. Including sea moss, sprays for the room and the candles are a smash hit especially the Jamaican me crazy. My fiancé is also a regular. Mani-pedis are not something I treat myself to very often, but I've been to Z Luxury Nails twice now and been thoroughly impressed both times. Most recently, I wanted a shape change for my nails, and Kendra did an AMAZING job on them. The polish job also looks perfect, and my pedicure was wonderful, too. Very clean, Kendra and Jasmine are so friendly, nice, and professional. Great experience all around - I'll be back.

I choose Z Luxury for their very calm and personalized service. Also, they are very clean and I know I will not get any infection as I’ve encountered at other places. When you come to Z Luxury you will find the staff to be friendly no matter if they are with another client. I have been coming here for approximately 4 years. If I come on a regular bases or come in every 6-12 months the atmosphere is the same, not treated any differently. Here you will know that you took some me time, relaxed and refreshed. Also, my husband loves this place and asks to go again because it’s an environment for all. My services are completed to perfection.

Had a great experience at Z luxury! Everyone was very nice and the place is very very clean. Felt completely safe with everything that's going on. My pedicure felt great and the polish came out perfect. Their pedicure tubs are removable and don't have jets, so it's definitely clean! Highly recommend and will return.

Love this place! Close by for me and can get appointments for a basic dazzle dry manicure fairly well. The longer appointments (like nail art for example), do book out a little further in advance just as a heads up. They do a great job though!

I went to Z Luxury nails for a french mani and pedi with Jasmine. She was amazing, the site was clean and professional. The products she used were good & smelled great. I have been getting pedicures for years from the same place, I moved and decided to try them out ( Z Luxury) because of their great reviews. I feel like the pedicure lacked, A pedicure to me is getting more in depth, taking out all those skins & in grown nails etc, that didnt happen. My manicure the lines are messy. I don't think i'll be going back. It's not what I expected for a 4.9 starred place. The pictures are from the day after Sunday. I went in Saturday at 11:15 am.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Z Luxury Nails. It was truly a spa like experience. Jasmine was great! She did my dazzle dry manicure. She was patient, had a lot of attention to detail, and was very nice. They really create such a nice ambiance at Z Luxury nails from the music, the decor, to the scents. It's far from your average nail salon/experience. I live out of state, but can't wait to go back when I visit home again.

Kendra and her salon are UNPARALLELED!!! Every time I have gone there I receive amazing service and a great atmosphere. I have been going to Kendra for a couple years now, I admit I was an acrylic kinda gal but a friend recommended her to me. After a few sessions and following her advice my nails became healthy and strong AND LONG on their OWN which was a first! Jasmine and Kristin were very nice and attentive. I went to do my nails for my birthday. I like that they use vegan products, the dry dazzled manicure/pedicure is such high quality. It feels like glass with the gloss on top. I highly recommend the CBD oil treatment. I had such dry feet and it really made a difference. Definitely will come again!!

What an amazing experience! It’s such a warm, clean atmosphere. I don’t do well in new places, but Jasmine was so kind & welcoming. I did not book my appointment correctly, but she was able to make the most of our appointment and add in some designs that I wanted. I am thankful that I found this salon on Power of CT’s registry. The atmosphere was very inviting and clean. My appointment started on time and ended very close to the estimated time in the booking. I originally booked for regular polish but decided to try the dazzle dry. It’s great, it really does dry in 5 minutes, such a time saver! The hand exfoliate is amazing. I wanted to visit a few times before actually writing a review but I knew from my 1st visit this was my new home for nail care. Upon entrance, the greeting, the aura, the decor, the atmosphere welcomes you with instant warmth and calmness. Each visit Jasmine was very professional and provided great conversation as well as beneficial nail care tips for at home. The different brands of polishes I've chosen have withstand the test of my hands being subjected to frequent hand washing which is a plus especially in today's times. Overall, I've enjoyed my experiences as well as the quality of the services recieved at Z Luxury. Also...being able to choose from a selection of books to read while I waited had me wishing I could just light one of Kendra's candles and stay ❤️.

I came here with one of my friends to treat ourselves. Staff was very nice, funny and professional. We did the diamond mani pedi. Loved the smell of their lotion and scrub. I like that they only do reservations that way the place is never crowded, which is great with COVID. Overall nice experience and I can definitely see myself coming back

Kendra, Kristen, and Jasmine are an awesome team at Z-Luxury. My nails are healthy and my hands and feet always come out so soft. Z-Luxury actually did my nails for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful. They started treating my nails several weeks prior to my wedding. As of the evening before my wedding when I got them done, my nails were strong and had length to them. So much length Kendra was able to put a very classy and elegant design on the tips. Today was my first visit! I scheduled a regular pedicure with Kristin. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how good it smelled! Kristin did tell me that you can purchase the candles they make which I’m planning on doing next time I love. It was small and cozy but also decorated beautifully and not over crowded like other nail salons, so I felt safe. Kristin was very nice and pleasant and literally did the best pedicure I ever had. The polish came out PERFECT! I got the quick dry polish which dries in 5 min as opposed to regular polish which was a no brainer ($5 upcharge which was totally worth it). The polish was so beautiful it literally looks like gel even though they don’t offer gel. I’m excited to come back to try a manicure!

This salon is the best in CT. The staff is professional. The atmosphere is relaxing, serene, impeccably clean and the services provided are top-notch and innovative. I like the fact that the shop provides natural nail service. You are not exposed to inhaling chemical scents. Pricing is comparable to other nail salons but with triple the quality in my opinion. The artists are always on time, respect your appointment times as well as the customers that follow. Parking is never an issue. At my past appointments I have always been 100% satisfied. So every appointment I make I’m already at 100% expectation going in and my experience is always above 100! Fantastic job ZLuxury!!

Just got a manicure and pedicure by Kendra. She was fantastic. By far this the best nail service I ever had. I had acrylic dip which easily soaked off and the way Kendra polished my nails was phenomenal. My nails look like gel/acrylic. But it’s not. They are natural all the way! I decided to finally write a review about how wonderful my Z Luxury family is after “stepping out” today to get a polish change. I know better to have anyone else, cut, file, or shape my nails! The nail technician, kept saying how beautiful and strong my natural nails were! During my appointment she even asked me where I normally get my nails done! Kristin, Jasmine and Kendra all take the time that is needed on your nails. You never feel rushed, and healthy nails are growing beautiful nails! The salon is warm and relaxing, and booking an appointment is easy! You don’t feel like you are rushed or just a number, They are my family! The only complaint I’ve heard is the difficulty in scheduling an appointment, but based upon my experience, that comes from a pattern of last minute, nail salon mill mentality. They are worth the wait, and I’d rather wait on quality rather that get something quick that will damage my nails! As long as I’m in Connecticut, there is no other salon that’s giving me a manicure!

The nail salon is clean and very well decorated. Kendra was very professional but held a conversation that made me feel like I was talking to a long time friend. The pedi was great and my manicure was amazing as well. She uses all organic products free of toxic and harsh chemicals but doesn’t charge an arm and a leg! It’s so cool to get my nails done by the salon that won 2019 best of Hartford in Hartford Magazine, and Hartford Courant. They won four years in a row. So I thought that was cool. I am a returning customer and lately I’ve been trying to go more consistently. The prices are reasonable and the quality is outstanding. I always feel comfortable and pampered. I so enjoyed my first time with Kendra, and even having small talk with everyone in the salon. She gave me some great tips on treating my eczema. On the day of my appointment I had a flair up on my fingers and side of my hand. She treated me so good that any hesitation or shame I felt as soon as she said “don’t worry I got you!” was gone. Ohhh and let’s talk about that sugar scrub and Shea Butter mixture ( she used fragrant free due to my eczema)!!!!! LADIES IT A MUST HAVE. I’m definitely purchasing on my next visit. I'm giving it 4 stars because the service was good and the place is cleaned and relaxing. I was not completely satisfied with my pedi. I was looking for a place that would scrub my foot really well, especially the back of my heel. The lowest price for a mani was $25. Good job, just not great!

I was a bit apprehensive due to the price range, however in addition to experience the measures put in place for health and safety makes it well worth the price. The quality of work is what prompted me to make another appointment on the spot! I have already suggested the nail salon to several friends.

Best place to get a professional, natural manicure or pedicure. I got a mani pedi done for my friends wedding during an oppressive heat wave with high humidity. My manicure lasted through the wedding, it did peel off easily but that was honestly because of the humidity and me working with my hands so much, not because of lack of skill or poor quality of nail products. Pedicure was relaxing. I won't be going to any other nail salon, I've worked with Jasmine twice already and can confirm this is the only place you should be getting your nails done.

Once you try Z Nails, you won't want to go anywhere else. They let you try the colors first - which already sets them apart - and their mani-pedi options are outstanding. I prefer the dazzle dry, which literally dries in five minutes. As in, you can put your winter boots on 5 minutes later without a chip or smear. Plus, it's all natural so it won't ruin your nails. Five star treatment!
