First time getting my nails done in a very long time, and Tea was extremely fantastic! Extremely friendly, very courteous, and did a fantastic job on my nails. Definitely a place I will recommend to others! They are a little pricier than some of the other places that I have seen, but I was very impressed with their knowledge and handling of my desire!

I found this salon when I was out of town and was looking for the highest rated place in town and this was what I came across. It did NOT disappoint! The salon makes you feel high class and you are treated like a queen! I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often!

This is one of the best nail salon in the coast. They stand by their quality of works. Do nails to a perfection. Customer service top notch. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon. Must get your SNS done here.

I have never had a more perfect manicure. Tory is an absolute must for any special occasion or just because you wanna “treat yo self.” Her attention to detail but proficiency in a timely manner was amazing. I will 100% go to her or anyone at VIP whenever I need my nails done. You won’t find better.

Everytime my mom is in town from Montgomery, AL we go to VIP. Katie and her staff are TOP NOTCH, and unlike any other nail salon I've ever been too. They offer recommendations without being pushy and my nails are always perfect when I leave. I can't wait until it's time to go back, because it's more than a service, it's an experience 😊

I’ve been going here on and off for about a year primarily for my eyebrow waxing & I always love the results. Not really painful at all. Then I started getting my nails done here. They are more on the expensive side but they definitely give you the care an attention you need. Any concern about your nails is addressed when you bring it up to them. They always offer something to drink. When they have an open massage chair they let you wait there until a nail tech is available. I always love the service. (:

The lady doing my nails was very sweet and friendly! I went in there wanting tips on my nails and she suggested that I keep my real nails with SNS powder and they look beautiful!! They don’t look too thin or thick either just perfect

The girl that gave me my pedicure was the best I’ve ever had! However when it was time for my manicure a different girl did it, I don’t live in Biloxi so I had to find someone to fix the mess she made. Three of my nails popped off in a few days they were different lengths and just a mess. I think I was so happy with my pedicure that I didn’t even pay attention until later, plus I didn’t have my glasses. Anyway I wish I had names because lilting said the first girl was amazing!

Obviously her shop is well known and a lot of people go there. I recommend this shop to everyone that's down to earth and love getting pampered.

Not the best nail salon I've ever been to, she kept hurting me over and over & when I would wince she would tell me not to move. She used nail files that were used and had old nail residue on them. And I got them done two hours ago and they're already chipped. And she didnt even touch my cuticles, they still look the same as they did when I originally got there. Good price, nice ladies, but disappointed with the service. Will not be returning.

I don’t commonly do reviews, because I lead a very busy life; however, for this place, I have to! Love this nail salon! My “go to” salon anytime I’m in town. I travel a lot and have been to many salons all over the country, so I feel I’m pretty experienced when it comes to what salons are good and what are bad. When you go to this salon you get very personal service and don’t just feel like you’re in an assembly line. Relaxing, not rushed, pleasant experience which is a big plus to me! A greeting when you walk in acknowledging you’re there. Free drinks, great pedis and mani’s. Once you go, you’ll make it your favorite too. A+++

This is the best Nail place I’ve ever been to. The owner gave me a pedicure and she was so nice, friendly, and talked to us the entire time. She didn’t speed through my pedicure, she took her time like she wanted me to enjoy it and did a great job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first time going here and it was a great experience! I moved to Mississippi a few months ago and this is the second nail salon I've been too and my goodness-the cleanliness, the friendliness, the professionalism of the staff, the conplimentary wine! It blew me away. And I told them this was my first time here so my nail tech explained my options to me and the prices so I got the best package for me! I did the classic organic Mani pedi and my skin is so smooth, my nails look phenomenal, and they made me feel so welcome! I can't wait to go back again

They did a wonderful job on my nails and toes. They were very busy when I called to see if they were open (Christmas Eve) but quickly let me know when would be a better time to stop by and set me up an appointment. I got in at my scheduled appointment time with no wait.

I enjoyed my time here. Customer service was great. I turned up the intensity for my massage and the vibration from the chair broke my wine glass. The manager helped me laugh and they cleaned it up with a smile. I am not from Mississippi and needed to relax. Great experience, if I ever come back to Biloxi I will stop in to be pampered. Good job ladies and gentleman (can't leave him out).

Very nice salon! They have a variety of pedicures, I highly suggest the Hot Stone Pedicure. They give multiple massages! They are usually busy, so make an appointment. The staff is very friendly!

Went for a Girls’ Day. Did the Signature Pedicure (with Lavender scent) and it was amazing. Was susrprised at how long i got exfoliated and massaged. Everyone there was super funny and chatty, really enjoyed the experience. Everything was fantastic....along with the COMPLIMENTARY drinks!

I arrived in town yesterday in preparation for my friend and my cousin's wedding and I wasn't able to get my nails done before I left home. I was a little apprehensive about having services away from my usual place, but it would be extremely remiss of me not to tell you that the staff at VIP Nail Spa alleviated any and all anxiety I had. The caliber of their work is impeccable and is only accentuated more by the degree of professionalism and perfection they exhibit. I enjoyed my visit immensely (especially Tuan who I'm sure is a comedian as well....lol). The owner, whose name escapes me, is also very warm and welcoming. She even gifted each of the clients with our choice of scented lotion --which I accidentally left behind:-( Each time I return to Biloxi, I will definitely be visiting my new friends at my home away from home!

The service is spectacular! Extremely gracious and friendly while getting my mani/pedi. They offer beverages during your service and the Pinot Grigio is always ice cold. This is my 3rd time coming here and have brought my daughter as well as my mom to enjoy the experience. I have been to several other salons on the Coast but have only received VIP treatment at VIP NAIL SPA!
