I have been to numerous nail salons around the Grand Rapids area and I have finally found my place! I have never had any issues getting in or waiting too long, they never over schedule their clients. Most importantly, if I need my nails to last me a month, these nails last me a month! I do dip manicures, do not have to request a specific person because they are all great and I have no complaints.

Love this nail salon!! Tina, Max, and Jason are all great nail technicians, they all are great really, these are just a few who I regularly get my nails done by!! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, they have never disappointed me, not once!! They can do hand painted on dip, they have cute little stickers for holidays and if we have a new idea, they'll figure out how to get it done!! They do take walk-in's but it helps if you make an appointment! They're pedicures are on point as well and they have a pedicure chair for kids too!! Check them out, you won't be disappointed!!

Scheduled an appointment and was taken care of right away upon arrival. I enjoyed a nice lavender deluxe pedicure and dip nail manicure. I was offered a refreshment as well. I enjoyed my time here and love the matte finish on my nail set.

I visit Touch every few weeks for a pedicure and always look forward to and have a great experience here. It's like taking a mini vacation! The Touch pedicure is my go to. It's relaxing and I've always been happy with the results. Polish is skillfully applied by their staff and lasts. I'll be back!

Salon is very clean but it was the first time a nail tech made my toe bleed. I was disappointed in that. On the plus side, it was the first ever salon that I've been to had a HEATED nail dryer. I have natural nails and it was nice having them completely dry in 10 minutes.

This place is vary clean. Friendly. But this girl that was doing my pedicure only rubbed my legs the whole time barely touched my feel. I'm not about to tell someone how to do there job even though I am a cosmetologist I do this for a living. People that come in general want the tension in their feet released.

I love this salon! The pedicures are amazing with hot stones and hot towels. They have so many color choices. Tina kills it every time with my nails! She’s so gentle and makes my nails look great even when I break them all. I’ve had good experiences with all of the technicians. They’re doing a really great job with CoVid precautions as well. My go to place!

I was 10 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic and while checking me in they were quick to point that out. However, this is a walk in nail salon for which pointing out my tardiness was unnecessary. I explained that I could leave if there was an issue as I knew I was late but they were quick to accommodate me. Thank goodness!!

I consistently have a good experience here with Tina. My dip nails always look amazing and last incredibly long without chipping, cracking, etc. I’m so overdue, 6 weeks grown out (eek!) but they just now started to crack. Tina is also so kind. She really brightened my day last time I was there and dealing with the passing of a family member.

Wonderful place for most any type of nail service. I really like the shellac and they do great full set acrylics. Some techs are better than others. One lady in particular was very professional and paid great attention to detail. I’ll be going back just for her. The price is fairly cheap about average costs. The salon was clean and orderly. It’s a little cramped in there but not bad enough that it would deter me from returning.

Went for the first time tonight with my friend. Had to wait a little but totally worth it! They had a bridal party in but still took the time to do a great job on my friend and I. Ann did my nail dip manicure and she did a wonderful job. Even stayed open past close to finish up. Very friendly atmosphere. I will be back in the future for sure!

had a great first experience :) the lady doing my pedicure was really nice and complimented my leg tattoos. She really cleaned up my toe nails as well and spent a lot of time making sure that everything was trimmed extremely well. Jason fixed my nails!!! I had a bad manicure a few months back that left my nails incredibly thin and brittle. They were breaking and peeling down into my nail beds and we're very painful. Jason fixed them, added new tips to keep the thin part from continued breakage and I feel like I got my nails back. They did such a good job I stayed for a pedicure too 😊

I’ve been to this salon a few times and each time I’ve had a good experience. I have had dip nails and shellac done here, each time with a different tech, and they all did a great job on my nails. The shellac lasted way longer than it has from any other salon- almost four weeks, and I work with my hands (dog groomer), so that’s saying a LOT.

I don’t know why the negative reviews. I just had my first ever shellac here and they were great, the man was very thorough, not rough at all, made sure multiple times I liked my choice of polish. This will be a repeat. They also have a large variety to choose from and good price as well.

I must've went when it was too busy. I had a dip powder job from a woman that didn't really ask what I wanted. She just started painting my nails. When I started telling her what I wanted, she said it's too late and to say it before she starts next time. I might come back again, but I'll make sure to make an appointment.

I love the guys work but the women dont take CC well, I have been a regular here for years and every time a women did them they werent good nails or friendly service. The last time I went about 2 weeks ago I asked the woman doing my nails if she had a color that matched my skin tone she basically threw the ring of gel color options into my hands then stated here look for yourself, she seemed super irritated and she made my nails bleed which led to an argument and no other employees stepped in to dissolve the issue so i paid her what i thought the nails were worth and left. Never will I be back. the new employees are pathetic!

They took very good care of my mother when i brought her in for a pedicure. They want tips in cash, which was a little bit of an issue because qe didnt know rhat going in and didn't have cash.

I love this place! They do a great shellac pedicure. They have a polish curing light that fits comfortably over the toes vs trying to cram your feet into a light meant for the fingers like some of the high-end salons do. The hot stone massage does wonders for my plantar fasciitis and the prices are amazing. $42.00 for a shellac pedicure vs $75.00 at other places. Highly recommended!

I always come here to get my pedicure done and it's very nice, they take good care of my feet. But Its seems like they never have the air conditioning on. I would like to be pampered while feeling cool and comfortable, rather than being hot and sweaty while getting "pampered"
