I’ve gone to numerous places and people and Krystal is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. She buffs uniformly and lays those edges to the cuticle so smooth! She always asks if there’s anything to adjust because “you’re the one wearing it for the next few weeks!” Her talents speak for her, must book well in advance. :)

By far the best place in town to get your nails done! Not only are all the technicians friendly and skilled at what they do, but they genuinely care about the health of your nails and go the extra step to make sure they’re well taken care of. They also prioritize keeping a clean salon. Conversations are always fun but it’s never awkward if you just want to sit in silence. All in all, this is a wonderful business and I always look forward to my next appointment!

Seriously by far the best nail salon in town. The atmosphere is relaxing and services are amazing. I have had pedicures and acrylic nails done by Mary and they have 100% of the time came out exactly as I wanted. Love this place.!!!

I've known the shop owner for over a decade. I am a musician, and she has taken care of my right hand that I use for finger picking for all of that time. I included fingers only to show that as a guitar picker, the type of specialty application that I require. This shop always does exactly as I ask and is always happy and understanding. Of course, as a lady, you will have nails that are dainty, decorative, and flawless.... Not utilitarian and clunky like I require. 😁 Highly recommend.

Courtney did an amazing job! We did mood changing polish with chrome flakes. She takes her time and stays conscious of the health of your nails. Great atmosphere and such friendly staff. Definitely my new favorite spot in Fargo!

I had previously gotten my nails done somewhere else and hated them but they had to do because I didn't have time that day to fix them. I also didn't have time over the weekend to redo them so my engagement pictures came up and even though I hated them, I decided they would have to do. About 5 hours prior to that I chipped one. ON MY RING FINGER. So I'm panicking and I call the place that I got my nails done at and they weren't able to fix them before them, so naturally I go into a panic, I called here and they got me in right when I needed them to. Originally we were just going to fix the nail but Jodi (I think that was the name, I'm sorry!) Told me she couldn't let me leave with how my nails looked and I'm so glad she didn't. My engagement pictures came out and my nails look incredible. Literally thank you so much. I loved the color and how she smoothed out the lumps in my acrylic. I don't think I've ever been so pleased with a nail salon before. If I could give 10 stars I would. This was such a big deal to me. 💗

Kayla did my pedicure. She was fantastic. She was able to get my ingrown toe nail out. Being a diabetic I need good foot care. Kayla was attentive and making sure I wasn’t hurting during the in grown nail removal. She was fantastic and very friendly. My toes and feet feel and look beautiful!

On a whim I decided to call and see if they had any walk in appointments. I haven’t gotten my nails done in decades. Jodi did an awesome job, was very professional and easy to talk to. I will continue to come back here if I decide to keep up my nails. I was beyond impressed with the professionalism of all the employees from the owner to the people training. Awesome job guys!!! I was very excited about this place after having read reviews on a number of platforms. It fulfilled my expectations in some aspects, but was surprisingly disappointing in others. I did a dip manicure with nail art, and chose this salon specifically because of their nail art. The Good: Booking an appointment was a breeze. The salon is very clean and cute, and the staff members were friendly. There was a lively and conversational atmosphere. My nail artist (I believe her name was Mariah) was incredibly nice and fun to talk with. She loved my inspiration picture and seemed excited to do it. She did a good job with the dip powder application. It lasted over a week before the first chip. One of the cuticles was a little flooded, leaving a ridge of material as my nail grew out, but nothing terrible. The other cuticles were fine. The Bad: Online, it lists that the dip manicure comes with cuticle care, lotion or scrub, and massage. Mariah seemed surprised I wanted that and said that’s normally only included with a regular polish manicure. She did do a massage with lotion upon request, but the massage was very light. She then offered scrub, and gave me a good amount to rub in and wash off myself. That was really nice of her, since it’s only supposed to come with lotion or scrub and not both. The Ugly: When I booked my nail art appointment I was offered a next day appointment with a manicurist who was less experienced, and I chose to wait over a week longer for one who was more experienced. Although Mariah did a good job with the dip powder, she really struggled with the nail art, which was very simple with just dots and a couple of leaves. She had trouble placing the dots in a manner similar to the inspiration picture. When trying to find the right shade of green for the leaves, she apologized and said they don’t have a lighter one. I was the one who suggested mixing it with white, as that hadn’t occurred to her as being an option. Another nail artist came over and provided her a tutorial about how to paint the leaves, but she wasn’t able to paint them even after several attempts. She ended up asking that nail artist to come over and help her, and that nail artist painted the leaves for her. At the end of the appointment, there was dark green staining on my fingertip skin, and Mariah said that was unavoidable because my nails aren’t long. (I’ve had dip manicures in other salons and that has never been a problem.) She said not to worry, as it would come off after a few days. I asked if anything could be done to clean it up before leaving the salon, as I had a party that night. She said it would require acetone, but didn’t offer to help with it. So then I directly asked her if she could help with that or provide the acetone, and she got out a paper towel and acetone. I asked if it was a bad idea of me to ask and whether she was sure she could do it without wrecking the nails, and she said “I mean, I’ll try my best…” which didn’t inspire confidence. I decided I was being too high maintenance and ended up saying it’s okay, I don’t think anyone will notice it anyway. When checking out, I was charged $5 more than what it said on the website, and she and the more experienced artist both said the $5 nail art charge listed online is just the starting price, and is only for the most basic nail art possible. Mariah said they set their own prices, and it all kind of depends. They handed me a brochure that has their prices, and in the brochure it does indeed say the nail art is starting at $5. The website has it listed as a flat rate. Mariah said she charged $5 for her own work, plus $5 for the other artist’s work, as she’s more experienced. She said that the $10 I was charged for nail art is only $2 per nail, and she probably should have charged more.

The salon was very clean and the staff were nice. The gal who did my nails did not seem very experienced with gel manicures. I also did not receive the massage that the website said was included with the service.

I've had acrylics for over half my life and know a good nail artist. I feel everyone at this salon does a very experienced job. I always leave happy. The atmosphere is upbeat and all the patrons are chatting/laughing together. I've been a loyal customer to the owners family since 2005 and happy I have another option for my nails.

Love coming to Nailtique! I found out about this nail salon from a co-worker and I haven't been anywhere since. It is a hidden gem in the F-M area! I always have dip nails done by Vena or Hai. I get so many compliments! Call ahead to book so you don't have to wait for an opening.
