This place was absolutely amazing. I left a review on their Facebook but I was so happy with their service that I had to come here to leave a review as well. I went somewhere about a week before going here and the experience was horrible! But Urban Nails lived up to everything I expected from the first place! I will always make the drive to get my nails taken care of by them. My toes are exactly what I wanted and well worth the money I paid. Highly recommend them! Great service, conversation, and all around environment. Loved it!

I FOUND MY NEW SALON! Lena and her staff were SO FRIENDLY and the salon was super clean! I was there for 5 minutes and she was calling me by my name! They did a fantastic job! I will be back and will be bringing my friends!

Lena the owner of the salon. Is a very nice lady. I caller And spoke with her on the phone as their was 3 of us.when we got there. Everything was set up. Everyone was very nice. Offer beverages. Did a good job on my toes…. I love the color…the massage was nice. Lena the manager also recommended her Vietnamese restaurant as my homegirl so happened to watch some. So after our bail we went to her restaurant “All PHo You” I would also recommend going there for some good food.

I had never been here before until tonight I called and they said they could get me in right away. I had the $50 pedicure and let me just say OH MY GOSH!!!! It was worth every dime. It was so relaxing and my nails they look amazing ( they are my REAL NAILS) Lena and Ben ( the owners) did my nails and they will sit there and have a full conversation with you. You don’t feel rushed or like you are just a number. I will definitely be returning to this place. I have found my mail home. Thank you!!! I went with a wedding party to urban nails. I had a great time. The owner's sister did my nails and the brides. She was great, very personable and friendly. We were party of a dry wedding, but they had glasses of wine for you to enjoy while you're being pampered. My nails also look amazing! I never get my nails done but I'm now in love and will definitely go back again. I'll also add a video of my nails. They're gorgeous!

Urban nails salon is the best. the owners are absolutely some of the nicest people you will ever meet. If your not 100% satisfied with your nails they will fix them for you. my sister and I went in to get our Nails done late on a Sunday, and they stayed after hours to finish our nails. We were not 100% satisfied with our nails so they came in on their day off which is Monday to fix our nails for us for no extra cost. They are very Kind and caring people. They are hard workers and provide excellent customer service. If you are looking to get your nails done I highly recommend calling and making an appointment with them. Urban Nails is a fabulous place to get top notch service in a beautiful, bright, and clean setting! Myself, my husband, & his 94 year old Mom were all pampered with a Deluxe pedicure. (Warm towels & stones. Lots of lotion & massage. Perfect pedicure) Lena & Ben, the owners, are wonderful. They really took care of us. We added a manicure for my husbands Mom!! She felt like a Queen! We all left with smiles on. I highly recommend! Grab a friend and spoil yourself! You DESERVE it!!!!!!

Went to Urban Nails for the first time Wednesday January 13th. I took with me my 2 daughters age 9 and 5 and we had an amazing experience. We got our nails done by the owners Lina and Ben. They were super helpful and hospitable. Lina checked with me on point and length of my one daughter's nails and Ben did the same for my other daughter. They said my 5 year old was their youngest customer and commented on how good she was. My girls and I are in love with our nails and can't wait to go back. My birthday was the day before and Lina gave me a a bottle of lotion as a gift. She seems to really know how to treat her customers ❤. Our experience was a 12/10 🤩🥳.

I called this mirnibg for a last minute appointment for 3 pedicures and was able to get in! By far the BEST pedicure I've ever had. I'm on my feet 12 hours a day as nurse so my feet were pretty battered and sore. Highly sanitary, professional and AMAZING pedicure with Ben.The calf massage almost put me to sleep. My feet are callous free and don't look tired and embarrassing

This was my first time visiting this salon and my experience was pretty awesome! One of the owners did my pedicure and the massage was great and they took their time. I also got tips and dip done on my fingernails which look fantastic as the nail tech was super thorough and paid close attention to detail. Definitely coming back!

I followed Lena (the owner) from another salon where she previously worked. While there was nothing wrong with the other salon, Lena really makes the experience worth it at Urban Nails. She and her staff are friendly, and this is the nicest salon I've been to in Des Moines. Highly recommended, and the prices are comparable to other spots, too!

Lena and Ben did an amazing job fixing my daughters nails that had a bad nail dip from another nail salon. They both worked on her nails until they were done right and gave her a beautiful shellac manicure after. Very friendly staff, clean, and do amazing manicures. They also give students a $5.00 discount so that is always a plus! We found our new nail salon in Urbandale!

I came all the way from Iowa Falls, and got a diping powder manicure. I found them by accident but I'm glad I did. They stayed open 30 minutes longer to give me a great manicure. Super nice staff too. Will definitely visit again!

I first came here with a friend to try it out. It was a lovely experience, very welcoming, good work. I continued to go monthly but each time has been declining. They always seem overbooked, the station wasnt even cleaned from the last person, and it felt rushed. I even started calling ahead to make appointments to make sure it was a convenient time. I absolutely understand trying to serve every client that walks in but it shows in the quality and the experience. Slightly disappointed but understanding.

Urban Nails is a relaxing retreat, with great nail service! The spa is one of the nicest nail salons I've been to in the Des Moines area. Everything is new, clean, and beautifully designed in the salon.Lena (the owner) and her husband Ben are fantastic. They are always very friendly and provide excellent customer service.
