I have had nothing but a great experience here Olivia has done my daughters hair twice now and both Times she has been so patient with her and so interactive making the experience so easy. Lola Maes at Aveda was very accommodating to my needs and she paid extra attention to detail. The shampoo and scalp massage were very relaxing as well. She grabbed me water, made sure I comfortable, and did my hair style exactly how I asked! 10/10

**photos are from visit with Abby W.** I'm editing my review because you can only leave 1 Google review but I certainly wanted to give a shoutout to Abby W. and the front desk team (my visit was today, July 26, 2022)! It was a little busy when I first checked in and it turns out that I wasn't initially checked in to the system. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes past my appointment time. When I followed up at the front desk, they were very apologetic and made it right with me. I absolutely commend them on their guest recovery! (Thank you!!!!) Abby W. took care of my balayage and haircut and I loved my time with her. She did a great job explaining every single step and educating me about the products and process. Her shoulder and scalp massages were so relaxing, too! I also love how she wrapped the towel around my head--nice touch & no drips when walking back to her station. Overall, the managers and educators must be doing a great job, as it trickles down to the team. I went to the Aveda Institute on Halloween to have my haircut with Kate, and it was one of my favorite haircut experiences ever. She listened to exactly what I had to stay and continued to ask how I felt throughout the haircut which made me feel so comfortable! She cut and styled my hair and helped me pick products that would work perfectly for my hair type. I can’t recommend Kate enough! Not the mention the great prices for such a professional experience! I will definitely be going back and telling all my friends to do the same.

Kelly was amazing! As soon as I got there she asked thorough questions about what kind of dye I was hoping for and any concerns that I had. Analise did a wonderful job cutting my hair! I have very fine hair with some curl... so it's not the easiest hair to cut, and she did a stellar job. The cut Analise provided was superior to many $80+ cuts I've had in the past few years. She was very sweet and personable as well. I know she's nearing graduation, and any salon would be lucky to have her!

Haylie Prince was amazing! She got my hair from this ugly red color to dark brown that matched my extensions to a T and than to this absolutely gorgeous balayage! She answered any questions I had throughout the process and even styled my hair super cute. Breana did beyond amazing with my hair. I am a super picky person when it comes to how my hair is cut and let me tell you I will be going back to her from here on out. She took her time, and was so gentle with my hair after she asked if I was tender headed. She was the first person to ever ask me and be this gentle. When she saw something didn’t look right she worked to correct it vs leave it which I have had happen in the past. Came in for a last minute cut and beard trim since my regular stylist was sick. Issac was my barber and he absolutely crushed what I needed. I have long curly hair and he did exactly what I asked. He also trimmed up my beard and I've never had it look so good. Very affordable and friendly barber services that I would recommend for anyone!

I've been coming here for at least 2 years and still have never had a bad experience. Shout-out to Sam for being both a stellar human being and an absolute artist with hair! They are so meticulous in their technique and have a wonderful eye for aesthetic, I instantly felt at ease and that they knew what they were doing. Sam is one of only a couple of stylists I've had in my life to whom I would be comfortable saying "do what you think looks good" and letting them run with it.

I went to Aveda to get my first brow and lash appointment. Althought a little nervous I saw Jordan for a brow wax and lamination as well as a lash tint and lift. The results were beyond what I had expected. I have always been hesitant to go see anyone as I am so specific on how I like my brows. Not only did she send me sugguestions of brow styles, but made sure I was happy with my look every step of the way. As getting a lash lift and tint for the frist time she made sure I was comfortable with all the products she put on my face and explained to me what to expect. Throughout the whole process Jordan was so attentive and precise. She made sure that what I wanted looked good in compared to my facial features as well as what I wanted to achieve. Her sense of ease and knowledge made me feel comfortable and safe. If you want someone who has the patience to listen and hear what you want while getting amazing results book Jordan!

I typically have issues sometimes with blowouts because not everyone can blow out my texture, but Olivia let me with zero frizz. She’s super sweet and knowledgeable. I can tell she’ll go very far :)

Today I received the 90 minute facial from Sky. It was so relaxing and Sky did such a great job at communicating to ensure I was comfortable and helped me get to know my skin better. The facial itself was calming and hydrated my dry skin (which is extremely needed during winter). I plan on visiting again to experience another facial with Sky!

This place is so much better than the old location! Plenty of parking. And the salon is all on the same level as the parking lot. The service has always been great. The stylists are careful and always attentive to the clients' needs. I've been going here for several years. Such a good deal if you have time; be patient and don't be in a time crunch! Hailey Z was really nice and listened to what I wanted done for my hair! However, the instructor who did the final check was SUPER pushy with this review. He asked if I would give 5 stars and I said yes (Hailey really did give an enjoyable experience). He then proceeds to pull out a QR code and says “ok well let’s do that right now” and stood there giving me suggestions on what to write in my review and instructions. Super uncomfortable.

Really nice people, good prices and my haircut usually turns out very nice. However, on occasion a haircut has taken 3 hours. At most visits the instructors switch out during the service and the student must go looking for another one for their checks which leaves them flustered due to the lack of continuity with instruction and oversight. Its a school and so I anticipate the services will take longer because students are learning, but 3 hours for a haircut is just too long for me.

Literally best experience MAYCEE was my stylist. She offered a hand and neck massage. I came in at 6 for a bayalage. She hand painted my hair and pampered it for 4 hours until they closed at 10pm. I have gotten so many compliments on the color. My hair is very dark and she blended it so well. Maycee was also super friendly and knew boundaries.

I recently had a cut and partial highlight with Madelline O. and she gave me the BEST cut I’ve ever had! She did some light long layers, did not over cut and listened to what I wanted and delivered on point. I’ve had dark brown hair for about 10 years and have a lot of greying and dryness. She dropped in subtle blonde highlights that give my hair the dimension it was lacking and they look natural, sun kissed and her technique was perfect. I’m very impressed with her skill level. After years of hating my hair, I am in love with my hair again and I’ve received numerous compliments on the cut, color and health of my hair. She recommended products specific to my needs and so far, they’ve all been winners for me. I highly recommend seeing Madelline O. if your looking for a new stylist at Aveda in Denver. She gives a very comfortable face shave and haircut. There is no pulling or tugging as she shaves you. She used hot towels during the shave and ends the shave with a refreshing cool towel. But today was my first time getting a facial here and I went for the dual exfoliation, as it came highly recommended by few friends. Angelica took care of me and was absolutely wonderful. Professional, gentle and comforting she kept me in the loop of all of the steps and even recommended everything I need to get my skin back to its hydrated state ( it’s tough here in Colorado!). A great way to get good services. Make sure you know what you want it's great to have photos from the web or Pinterest ready so they can visually see what you are looking for. It also helps them with hair colors if your going more wild or just what kind of highlights you want. Just making sure you are communicating clearly with what you want. Also plan on it taking a while because of several checks in with the instructor. I have always had great students. Will be back soon. I want to try some of the other services they off besides just a cut and color.

I came in today for my first facial by Cristina and I was so impressed! I’d never hd one before so I wasn’t totally sure of what to expect but she was so professional and knowledgeable and the products and atmosphere were divine, all the way down to the music choice playing. There were thoughtful touches from the moment I walked in, being offered water or hot tea (so good), to a warm little foot bath while she took down notes for what my skin type and needs were for the facial, to the warm bed and even a foot massage. You can tell that there’s a lot of care put into the little things at Aveda and Cristina executed them all incredibly well. I really love going here. I rarely like going to salons but the people here are great. It's nice to see everyone having fun and loving what they are doing. Jess was (as always) knowledgeable and very helpful in coming up with the cut that I wanted and communicated what she was going to do well with me. The cut came out great and the head massage while I was getting shampooed was just lovely. She really is an all around great stylist. She was a joy to be around as she was the first time and I cant wait to get another service done by her again soon.

Recently came in for my first fascial ever. I had the pleasure of receive it from Isabella Castaneda. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Isabella welcomed me and informed me on the whole process. She asked many questions about my skin type and my overall wellness to make sure I got the results that I desired. She gave me great advice on what I should add to my skin care routine as well as making sure I was aware of what would be incorporated in my facial- specifically designed for me. It was centered around aromatherapy and oils- which I personally love. She handpicked oils that she knew would work best with my skin type and sensitivity. It was so relaxing and felt amazing since there were different sensations with everything that she applied - cool, warm. Overall 10/10 and I will be returning. I would recommend Isabella C to anyone that is considering getting a facial from Aveda- professional, great communication and she really knows what she’s doing. You can tell she is very passionate about it which made the whole experience so much better!

Recently went to go get my hair trimmed up (I have a short pixie) and when I tell you this was the best hair experience I have ever had!! Emma Bergren was my stylist and she talked with me and got my hairstyle down exactly how I wanted it. AND!! The Aveda hair experience is really unique and catered to the clients. She started off with relaxing Stress Fix oil aroma therapy, then ended the session with some Chakra Healing aroma therapy. How cool is that?!? 10/10 would recommend and so happy how Emma boosted my confidence with an amazing haircut!

You never know what your experience will bring when a student does your hair. However, if you have the opportunity to go to this salon, you won’t be disappointed! Especially if they’re all as wonderful as Kaylee J! ❤️ I’m a long time lover of Aveda products, but it was so helpful to have someone explain what all the products do and how they work. Kaylee also showed me how to style my hair so it would look like she did it. (Kaylee, I followed what you told me and it worked!! YAY!! I’m no longer wash-and-go! I can style this mop and make it look polished like you did!! 🥰) Bottom line: Give this salon a chance! If I lived closer, they would be my go-to! Kaylee J was FANTABULOUS!! Buy some products on your way out so you can style your hair like the pros! They show you how to style your hair, but it won’t look the same if you don’t use the right combination of products to protect your hair and to help achieve the look you’re going for!

Last week I got An amazing massage from Layla Vasquez! She was super friendly and made sure I was super relaxed during the process. I haven’t had a massage in like 4 years, because it’s just so expensive. Layla was super professional and listened to my needs. I told her how when I get stressed I tend to clench my jaw, so she gave me a massage along my jaw line- which honestly has really changed the way my feels!
