This was my first time going to this location. Right away I was serviced but then was handed off to another nail tech when the nail tech I had first asked what style of nails I wanted and I showed her and then she said that was going to take too long because she has someone coming in for an appointment after she already put my nails on and started to cut them down to desired length. Jennifer then took over and did a great job. She was very understanding of what I wanted and was patient and took her time. Overall I will be booking an appointment in advance with Jennifer for now on because she didn't rush through my service and she even went over and beyond to make sure I liked my nails and was comfortable This photo shows what I wanted vs what I received and she did a great job

I’ve been going to this salon for years and Cathy has been my nail tech the whole time. I’ve always been satisfied with my services, great friendly environment and she takes pride in her work. Tami does my pedicure most of the time but if she’s busy I’ll go to someone else but again services are great. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

This was my first pedicure in over three years, so I desperately needed one. My visit at this nail salon was very satisfying! I walked in around 10 AM on a Thursday, and there was no wait. I was immediately seated and the very kind lady started my service while letting me choose which one in particular I wanted. I chose the Deluxe option, and was given a very relaxing exfoliation and massage, along with a beverage. She was gentle when trimming and buffing, but was graciously firm during the massage. It seemed she took a little extra time to give my feet the attention and care needed and her nail polish technique was perfect. I was very pleased with the experience. The payment method was simple and I’ll definitely be returning.

I'll start with the con b/c there is only 1. I didn't like that my nail tech told me to wait for 3mins after she applied the last coat over my SNS nails, but came back less than 45sec later and put the oil over my nails and told me to go wash my hands. After doing that it smeared my nails and she says to "oh you mess them up.." LMAO, I'm like 'No, you told me to go wash even though a whole minute had not even passed after you said to wait 3mins". I just brushed it off though b/c the people in there are nice and sweet folks. Barriers are bound to happen due to the culture difference and it doesn't mean that one person is good or bad. I liked my experience all around. She fixed it for me and they were all so patient with me since I was going in for my first SNS service and I love my nails! They did an awesome job, I don't remember my tech's name but it was my first time ever going and I appreciated all their work and patience with me picking out my colors and explaining how SNS works. I'm happy with the results. And the SNS makes your nails grow out quick. I got it over my natural nails and it's already growing out and they haven't chipped or broken in the many times I've banged my nails against things since I got the service done. Thanks Venus Nails Spa, you guys made it a safe and good experience.

Tonight was my first time here. Even though I was a walk in my wait was not too long. I was not rushed at all. All the staff was very polite and helpful. The receptionist was prompt. I love LoVe LOVE my Pedi and my nail tech(new best friend) Sharon. I've been down for a little while with injuries to my hands so needless to say my normal at home pedis aren't happening. Needless to say my feet were in very bad shape. BUT Sharon was nothing but professional, kind, and caring. She listens to clients and even told me that she likes a good challenge. Add to the fact the place is beautiful, the wine is part of your service, and I wish I could take take that massage chair home with me...I really don't "treat"myself often but I think I can be down for once a month and the prices are(average) but very good based on what you get. Oh and did I mention that they give you a gift box with at home goodies!!!

This was my first time at this establishment and I was very skeptical….. However the service I received was beyond any experience I have had in a very long time! Ms Tammy is an excellent technician… she went beyond my expectations… Even when I didn’t like the color of polish I CHOSE (4x’s )…she continued to work with me until I loved it (5th times the charm)💯❤️ For self care I would pay whatever I need too… so my service was the VIP that included the detox 🤩🤩🤩 I will be going back for that service in November but I will be back for a regular pedicure in 2weeks… didn’t mind the wait had no place to be….but will be making an appointment for my next one😘 Oh my and did I tell you all how gorgeous the interior is…. And they have chairs for little ones to get a pedicure…. By far The BEST spa space in Columbia that I have seen!

This nail salon is very nice & clean. The staff was nice for the most part. The main reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the lady who did my pedicure was super rude & told my mom she was in the way while she was putting her shoes back on. Can you say bad customer service ???? Who says that to a customer especially when we paid over $100 .

I went here, on a Saturday with no appointment and was seen very quickly. They were super nice! I had just gotten my nails done at another place on the Tuesday before (so not even 5 days) and they were awful. I needed to get them fixed and this place did a great job! I will definitely be making this my regular place! Also, the pictures of the inside of the salon need to be updated! It’s grown, and is huge! They have a lot of employees and seats! It’s a very nicely decorated place. I felt comfortable and peaceful!

I walked in today to get a pedicure. I'm 7 months pregnant and can no longer do my own pedicure. The whole experience was wonderful. The establishment is very clean and beautiful. The staff is very nice. I paid $28 for the mineral pedicure and, because the service was so good, decided to get a full set on my finger nails, too! $56 +tip for a mini spa day for my big, pregnant self was awesome. My husband was excited that I didn't break the bank with it! Most other places would have charged well over $80.

Out of all the nail salon experiences i have had this is by far the best ever. They are polite, professional, fast & all of the above. As soon as i walked in there the receptionist greeted me asked me what i wanted done , i told him he told me to pick out the color i wanted & they are ready when i am. I really want to like this place. My first 3 or 4 experiences were great! The young man that sits at the far left end and the young lady sitting at the first chair on the right did an phenomenal job w/my nails. Also the older women that does the pedicures gave me the best pedicure I've ever had & I've gotten quite a few. If I get any one of these 3, I know I'll get my money's worth & have no qualms about tipping. The older skinny guy (not the oldest, he's great but I've never had him) is just a complete no-go. His nail job is slack & his pedicure literally hurts! I refused to tip b/c my foot was literally bleeding he scrubbed it so hard. Everything he does is just super slack b/c he's rushing like the world is about to end or something. He is the reason they get a 3/5. If I can go back & get literally anyone else maybe I'll consider it a 4/5.

Service was ok. Didn't so what I asked for but I guess that's bc I didn't make an appointment. They don't do matte nails but there is surely a top coat for a matte finish if you want one. I had to fix my nails how I want them. I don't understand some asian's. The price was ok. It was my fault. Nice salon though.

Facility: Clean, neat, very organized. All employees workers wore a mask. Stations were clean to the naked eye. The feel of the environment was calm and relaxing. They have like little chandelier light bulbs on the ceiling. A water fall wall. It is we up scale. Pricing: For some reason I could only get gel polish, they stated that by law they can't do acrylic. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I took my step daughter (10) and neice (7yr old birthday) my niece $37.00 for a full manicure with four designs. And I got an ombre set (white), my s.daughter got a full set (short) (pink and blue) , that was 115 for me and her, so all together I paid 152.00😳 Moving on👉🏾 Technician: I didn't get her name but she is the only person who does ombre nails. She talked with me, her English was great. She was sweet.✨ Quality: it's a five out of ten. A few things I would correct but I was pressed for time that day but it was an in and out process for three people with three techs. But all and all they all did great! We enjoyed our visit✨💜
