This is the first nail salon I’ve gone to that I never needed to request a particular person. They are very consistent with the service I’ve received. I’ve never felt discriminated against whatsoever here and yes I’m a black woman. I absolutely looooooove this place and their service. If you have any suggestions for the service that you receive they definitely take feedback well and make any necessary adjustments to fit your needs. They also have an amazing color selection and options. The manicures and pedicures are thoroughly done. I’ve been here over 10 times and it’s without a doubt amazing each time. If you’re a kind person overall you won’t have any worries whatsoever.

I love this place. I have been here a few times, it’s really clean and the staff are super sweet and really accommodating! The tech that I saw today (I forgot to get her name! Yikes!) was amazing, she did an incredible job on my full set gel manicure and I can’t wait to show my nails off this weekend. Will continue to come back.

This has been my go to nail salon since I moved to this area a year ago. I’ve tried all the salons around me but they have consistently been the best! It’s spacious, organized, clean, and everyone is really friendly. I’ve had a couple of the nail techs work on my hands for acrylics, gel, dip and pedicures and have never had an issue. They accept cash or card, and venmo or Zelle depending on the nail tech. The nails here are acrylic with gel polish and were $80.

I’m rough on my hands they did amazing for shaping I’ve worn them for Memorial Day weekend and they’ve not snagged or chipped. I do have to go in for a repair but that’s my own fault.

I just moved to town and I was looking for a new nail salon that does designs and isn't overly expensive. I'm happy to say I found it. This place is super clean and cute. They offer drinks and everyone is really nice. I'm extremely picky with my nails and my tech was patient and went above and beyond to find the right color and do the shape and design just the way I like. I am beyond happy.

Love love this place so much, it's so clean and friendly. The customer service here is amazing, my nails and pedicure came out really good. I dont know the name of the girl who did my nails but she was really good and very gentle. She did an excellent job! Also the guy working in the front was really nice also asking if I wanted anything to drink and apologizing for the wait. I woild definitely come back.

I recently moved to Humboldt Park and was in search of a new nail salon. I am sooo glad I live close to Miniluv because it is quite possibly the best salon in the city (and I've been to many!) I get a dip manicure and it lasts for well over a month. Definitely worth the price. The staff is very friendly too.

They took their time and really gave me such an amazing experience. I can’t say enough!!! My go to nail tech, who works in a salon loft, was out of town so I last minute had to find somewhere that did long acrylics with design. I was super happy with the process, the patience and the quality. Just a heads up, they are perfectionists and make sure the job is done well, so give yourself some time when you come. There’s plenty of street parking and no need to pay! Open salon with lots of space and very clean. I brought my iPad to work and they were very cool about me partly working and also getting my nails done. Would definitely come back again!

Tom & Ronnie hooked it up when I came in asking for a nude ombre acrylic set & regular pedi (which was done by a woman whos name I didn't catch).After calling to see if I would be able to switch my appointment from another day, they were able to squeeze me in. Today I chose to go to this nail salon due to every one of the extraordinary audits on here. Front work area fit me in immediately despite the fact that I had no appt and they hushed up occupied. They checks everybody's temperature and ensure everybody followed the CDC guide lines.I had a shellac mani and pedi.. I'm exceptionally demanding with regards to my fingernail skin cutting and cleaning my nails. She was AMAZING at both!! I tracked down my new nail salon in Townl!!

I personally have gotten great services here (pedicures and acrylics) and they really take their time to make sure your nails look great. That being said, they’re usually pretty busy, so you’ll need to have plenty of time for your service. Even with an appointment, sometimes they don’t get to you until 15-30min later. But the staff is very kind and my nails have come out looking great. COVID-related notes: most of the staff is wearing masks but customers are not required and there are no social distancing precautions being taken at this time. just a heads up

LOVE IT!!! I had the pleasure of coming in on a Thursday night before they closed and I received the best Dip powder manicure and amazing Pedi!! (I'm not sure how to spell his name but Du/Dew/Due was my nail technician and he was great! He took his time and made sure everything came out perfect. It most definitely did, I was the first to get an ombré powder here and for $55 mani it was greatly priced for the design and time spent on my nails! I had a chance to meet the owner as well who seems very dedicated to customer service and putting out great results. I'm excited to be a forever customer!

I had an appointment scheduled and they did an amazing job on my nails when I asked for a design! They were running a little late and expressed that to me (which I completely understand, it was a busy day). They were so nice and at the end put a discount because of the wait which was so sweet of them! I 100% recommend them and will come back because of the wonderful work they did! I had the manager doing my nails (I’m very sorry I didn’t get his name but he was so nice and was very detailed with the designs). If you need a place to get your nails done, you should totally consider this place! :)

Literally THE BEST manicure I have ever had regarding attention to cuticle care and prep for no-chip polish. My hands really needed some tlc and they got it! My entire experience was great from the wonderful generosity and customer service over the phone when I called ahead through the completion of the services I received when I arrived at the salon. Every one there is so nice and professional. The salon itself is very clean as well. I received a pedicure and a dipping color manicure. It was my first time to get the dip powder and my nail technician was so nice to explain to me more of the benefits of it, especially for my line of work, and also talked me through the steps/process of applying it, so I knew what he was doing each step of the way. My nails and toes look fantastic! I am so happy with the outcome, and the wonderful staff there help to make the time and experience that much better! I will 100% will be a repeat customer and will highly recommend Miniluv Nail Salon :)

I came in for a pedicure around 11 AM today 7/25 & sat down with Ronnie. This was hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever received in my 28 years of life. From the moment I walked in he was very kind & polite. Very helpful when I could not make up my mind on a color lol. He did not rush my service even though there were many walk ins after me. My sister and I called ahead of time and booked an appointment, yet we still had to wait up to an hour for our service. Luckily, the nails turned out great and I was happy to see a smile on her face. The nail tech told me that my acrylics would be $40, yet last minute he told me I would have to pay an extra $10 for the "special design" I had. First we had to wait an hour, having somewhere to be, now this? I should be getting a discount, not charged something that is mentioned to me last minute.

It was really fast, in and out in under an hour for a dip manicure ($40) and regular pedicure ($30) and their online appointments let me get an appointment for less than an hour later. It came out to $64 +tip since there was a 15% off dip coupon on first check-ins through yelp. The techs were all friendly and engaging, both to clients and each other. My only issue is the tech doing the manicure first did two layers of white powder on the front half of the nails before putting the color, which left 3 of them looking a little thick.

I am soooo happy that this place opened up! I went there for the first time last week to get a dip powder manicure, and was highly impressed. The salon is very clean. In fact, it's spotless! It's also very spacious. They have a lot of pedicure chairs and a lot of manicure stations. They also have the largest selection of dip powders I've ever seen. This is certainly the place to go if you're looking for dip powder (and I have no doubt that their no-chip services and regular services are great, too)!!! The employees are also very nice. My particular nail tech didn't speak English very well, but with the help of other employees who are more proficient in English, along with pictures (from Pinterest) and hand gestures, she easily understood what I wanted. I was very happy with the dip powder manicure that she gave me. She was very, very diligent with her work. She took no short cuts... she really took her time. This is probably the most high-quality manicure I've ever gotten! I don't think my nails will chip or come off for a loooong time, lol. I plan to return soon. This will be my new nail spot. I'm thrilled that a clean salon, with easy parking and a large selection of dip powders, opened up in the neighborhood. I highly recommend it! I give it five stars!

Miniluv nails did an amazing job with my natural nail. I can in for a nochip mani and pedi. They were efficient and still detail oriented. They gave me exactly what I was looking for. Everyone in the salon was friendly and kind. I did not feel rushed to pick a color(I am very indecisive) and they did not try to push additional services like some places try to get you to get extra things that you don’t want. The salon was very clean and they did a great job using new instruments. This is a place I would become a regular.
