She shaped them and filed them to make sure they looked good and were to my liking. I loved the environment and the experience overall. Tuan did such an amazing job! It was pretty quick but the quality is fantastic. I asked for a black french-ish tip and they turned out even better than I thought. So cute and the gel is a very nice thickness so they look natural but feel very sturdy. Absolutely coming back here!

I have to say, I am exceptionally impressed with the staff here. From the second I made my appointment online, they were in touch with me and walked me through the entire process. The lady who was originally supposed to wax me, had to cancel due to events out of her control. Mina ended up picking up my appointment and squeezing me into her busy schedule. I just found out about this place a few weeks ago. Went and got a lavish pedicure and they did awesome! I went back a couple weeks later and got my nails done great experience both times. Both are so nice and pleasant. They make you laugh and you can tell they want to be sure you have a good experience. Even when we were waiting they kept checking to make sure we were good and letting us know they would be with us as soon as they could. Even with waiting a little longer it didn't bother me cuz i was busy getting liquored up in the massage chair

Perfection in waxing!! I have been to this location twice and its fast and easy. The wax professional that I see is very prompt and has never left me waiting for more than a couple minutes. They use quality wax and it doesn't hurt like other waxes I have had. I also think the prices are good.

Personally, I am someone who gives a lot of constructive criticism in my reviews, but this salon has given me nothing to critique, which is a good thing. The environment in the salon is very positive and sanitary. The staff is very friendly and they have great communication skills when it comes to clients and customers. I’ve never experienced an awkward situation with any of the staff whilst doing my nails. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable.

I love everything about this salon. I specifically go to see Orvis, but all of the technicians make nails look flawless! I always get dipping powder but their gel manicures are awesome too. I tried one of their volcano pedicures a few weeks ago and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. The prices are unbeatable, and they have customer parking in the back which I think is a major bonus. To top it off they always decorate the salon for the holidays etc. they also offer a customer loyalty card which I, personally, think is great because if you’re like me, you spend a decent amount of money on your nails so to save a few $$ after visits is a really nice incentive.

I love this place! Been going here for years have seen 3 different owners manage the salon and I'm pleased to say that the recent new owners have changed the place and service a lot, for the better. In my 7+ years of coming here never have I seen any rodents, bugs, rats or anything in that matter. The salon is very sanitary & the staff is nice and very attentive. We had a girls date here 7 of us getting nails and pedis and they provided fruit and a snack bag for us totally unexpected. What I loved the most was that they took their time with all of us!

The price I still keep same from previous owner which is good for everyone. For example, mani-no chip $26 and regular pedicure $22. We have a different kind of pedicure, so u can enjoy the pedicure. Sometime I do different promotion. We do a different designs, many colors for u like: glow in the dark, halogram ( halo-graphics ), chrome, ombré nails, marble nails, ..etc... We do a perfect nails for your perfect shape and color. When I take over this business from last year. I have a lot of customers love my salon for the service, price, good products ( coz I use high quality products ), good quality. The colors or nails always last longer more than 2 weeks. Wanted stiletto nails but didn't want them too long. I was informed that I would get an almond shape since supposedly you can't do short stiletto nails. However I ended up with a ballerina shape. I still liked the nails but what if I gotten a shaped I didn't like. It would of been nice to be I informed of the change. Also there was bubbles in my nails after the Polish dried. My middle finger on my right hand was crooked as well.
