First of all, I chose this place out of all the places in West Ashley because of their 5-star reviews! I am definitely a person who checks reviews before going to certain places, and I am so happy I chose Luxury Nail Spa! As soon as I walked in, not only was I greeted, but I was helped in choosing the perfect the color. All I had to do was mention what I was looking for and the owner chose it for me! I am very happy and pleased with the gel manicure and I felt the price was reasonable as well. I will definitely return here in the future and I highly recommend!

My daughter and I have been coming to the salon now since pretty much the beginning! They are hands down THE BEST!!! Super friendly/professional. They make you feel welcomed and always do an AMAZING job. I am a dog walker and pretty rough on my nails..they go the extra mile to make sure my nails look and stay looking fabulous 👌 We leave feeling happy and relaxed. One of the best manicures I've had. They lasted me. I was in Charleston for the weekend and I needed a quick fix. They were professional, detailed and swift. The mimosas did not disappoint!! I was lucky to get in right away, but I saw people later on having to wait. Now, I know why they waited. Make a reservation ahead of time if possible.

One of the best nail salons I’ve been to! They were reasonably priced and offer you a choice of mimosas, soda or water. I always get exactly what I ask for and they even allow you a week to come back if something happens to your nails (whether it’s your fault or not). I think this is awesome! I will come here every time I need a dip fill.

I was very hopeful seeing the reviews but also very nervous because I had never been to a salon to get acrylic or dip before. I came on my birthday since I’m visiting Charleston & was also nervous because I tend to be very picky about my nails! But everyone was so friendly & (I’m so sorry if I spell this wrong) But Kati/Cati was soo sweet!! She tried so hard to make sure I liked everything & always was okay if I asked to change something! I’ve used a few nail salons since moving here to Charleston, SC and this is now my go to! Tiffany did my nails and pedicure. She’s very sweet! I’m very picky on my French tips and she did them exactly how I like them. The male (didn’t catch his name but is an owner) is super nice and has a great personality. This salon, unlike others, gives you a week “warranty”. Most salons give you 2 or 3 days. I definitely recommend this place!

I always have a great experience when I get my nails done! Henry is wonderful and does everything he can to make sure you are as happy as possible with your services. This is by far my favorite place to have my nails done! And my dip manicures regularly last at least 4 weeks - I’ve even stretched it to 5 with no chips or cracks.

My new nail place! Just went here on a recommendation after a string of bad experiences at other area nail places. My friend and I came here with appointments and got right in a seat. All three techs that worked on our nails (Mani and Pedi) were amazing! They were all so very friendly and funny! We truly enjoyed our time here! This is now our place! This is the best nail salon I’ve been to in Charleston. Everyone is super friendly and it’s always impeccably clean. All of the prices are listed up front. I never have to wait and my nails are always perfectly even and not too thick. I get mine done by Tiffany and she’s such a nice person who gives and amazing massage! Another bonus is the 10% discount for cash, students, and service members.

The Google reviews are what prompted me to call and see if they could take a walk-in. They asked for thirty minutes, which completely made sense. I entered the nicely appointed suite, was immediately welcomed and asked if I had made the call, and directed to sign in on the tablet. Sign in was very easy! Staff directed me to a chair once I found a color I liked. The salon was busy and the staff were incredibly happy and communicative and appreciated everyone's patience. The lady who took care of my paraffin pedicure and gel polish manicure was INCREDIBLE! She was meticulous, did not try to rush through my appointment, and listened to what I was hoping to request. My nails look tremendously beautiful and has already lasted longer than the last place I tried out. The atmosphere, staff, and quality of work will keep me coming back! Did I mention they massaged my hands and feet as well? Heaven! But knowing how busy they are, I will continue to call ahead. Really happy I found this gem!

First time coming here. I took my 10 year old son with me to get a pedicure. We were met with a clean, friendly and great atmosphere. My son was very comfortable and happy with his mani/pedicure. I had a fill and a pedicure as well. I am also super happy with the results. Pricey yet you get what you pay for. Henry was great!! Plan on going back. Happy to finally find a salon worth the cost!

This was the "best" nail experience ever for me. Henry is an awesome technician and a fantastic person. He stays engaged with you during the whole process. I decided to try this salon after reading all the good reviews. It was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. They were very busy and although I didn't have an appointment they took care of my nails after a wait. They have a great selection of colors which is the main reason why I changed salons. I was very happy with my nails when I left there. The only reason why I gave less than 5 stars is that my index fingernails started cracking 2 weeks later and parts of them broke off. The same happened with my middle finger a couple of days later. This was very disappointing. I usually get my nails done every 4 weeks, now I'll have to go sooner. I will go to Luxury Nails again because I really liked the place and the atmosphere and I hope that my nails will last longer this time.

Very nice they do a great job at freehand designs, simple, etc. It's also nice they offer you a drink (soda, water, etc.), it's cold too. I definitely recommend if you aren't sure what nail place to go to, if other nail salons are closed, etc. I give it 5 stars the customer service is amazing! They also don't rush, they take your time and make sure you like the nails, and will fix anything you don't like/fix the mistakes. 10/10. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to Luxury Nail Spa for about a year now. I’m very picky and particularly with who I do business with. I’ve gone to several other shops around here and none of them can top this place. It’s always clean and the people there are friendly and professional. The work they do there is top notch! I never feel like they’re giving a rush job. Everyone I’ve worked with takes their time does quality work. I would highly recommend them. You may have to wait here and there but it’s worth it. I previously left a one star review on this salon, however as soon as I posted it Henry, the manager, reached out to me. He had me come back and he fixed everything I was previously upset about. He was very detailed and had me check the nails often to make sure they were looking the way I wanted. He was very nice and assured me that if I had any problems to let him know right away. He also provided me a 10% discount for when I return in the future. I appreciated that he was adamant on correcting the wrongs I had experienced. Great customer service!

We are in town from Atlanta finalizing some things for our wedding in November and I needed to get my nails done. There were several options for nail salons in the West Ashley area but I decided to go to Luxury Nail Spa because they have the most 5 star reviews. I’m always hesitant to visit places that have luxury in the name because not often does the experience align with what luxury would imply. That was not the case at Luxury Nail Spa. After I walked in I was immediately greeted by the owner. It was 9:40 am on a Friday so I figured I’d be in and out quickly but to my surprise they were quite busy which made me feel even better about my decision. I received a jelly gel pedicure and dip powder on my nails. The customer service was amazing and the environment was very clean and relaxing. I am very pleased with my overall experience and would highly recommend.

Christian family-owned salon, very clean and modern. Henry and Tiffany pride themselves in excellent customer service and it shows in the details. I had my nails dipped (I love the color) and my daughter got a neon nail polish, which she is also loving. This was my first time visiting this Nail Spa and won’t be the last. Tiffany greeted me upon entry and asked me to sanitize my hands and sign in on the kiosk, which was super easy. Tiffany quickly guided me to the color swatches and offered me a beverage while I waited, which wasn’t very long at all. Tiffany also did my dip powder. She did a super fantastic job!!! I love this nail salon and I loved Henry!!!! He is absolutely fantastic. This was my first time getting my nails done so I asked a lot of questions. He was so kind and thorough in his explanations of each type of nail (acrylic, dip powder, fake nails, gel, etc.) He explained the process as he was doing the dip powder technique. We talked about our families and life! He was just overall reassuring of the process and super kind! Henry is clearly has experience and a lot of education/knowledge to share about nails. I am absolutely going to return to this nail salon and definitely recommending them to others. Also, it is so clean and welcoming on the inside. It's all white and just beautiful. It lives up to its Luxury name!

I absolutely loveeeee this nail salon. I went on a whim to treat myself and found this gem of a salon. Every single staff member there is so sweet and welcoming. I felt extremely comfortable, they talked to me and made sure I was okay the entire time. I was greeted, and seated within 5 minutes of arriving with no appointment. I got the standard pedicure from Tiffany with a French tip paint (which is an add-on). I also got a full set with a gel polish from Henry. They were so kind and asked as well as listened to what I wanted while checking in to make sure I liked them throughout the whole process. It’s very clean and organized, the music was really good also (not too loud either for those who get overwhelmed, or just browsing on your own phone with headphones/conversations). It wasn’t much people in when I went, which I enjoyed. It was a relaxing vibe and everyone seemed to be feeling the same way also. Walking in, you’ll notice there isn’t a smell either, I didn’t notice until Henry pointed it out and that’s when I really knew this was lux. I loved talking to him and I’m definitely making this my home salon. You have to go! Listen. Especially if it’s a birthday or a group date. Take yourself or someone special!!
