I have been going to Aveda Institute for my hair and have never had a bad experience. The students do wonderful jobs at listening to how you would like your hair styled and treated. They are extremely compensation about making sure you walk out happy and have the teacher check their work. Isabel did a fantastic job with treating my hair and cutting it. Highly recommend going here.

Took my almost 4 year old son there today. We got the most amazing barber, he was not only very friendly to be but he was also beyond nice to my son. When we left my son loved his experience, hair style and he told me that he can’t wait to see his friend again! Most wonderful haircut experience! Thank you Anthony and Aveda!!!

A hidden gem! I needed my first post-Covid haircut, and somehow this place popped up on my feed. Alexis, the student who cut my hair, was very knowledgeable and very professional. There were instructors discreetly supporting her. I’m very happy with the results, thrilled with the price, and enjoyed being in an upbeat learning environment. I’ll definitely become a regular.

I got a haircut from Zoe and couldn’t be more pleased! She was very sweet and easy to talk to throughout the appointment. She did an amazing job layering my hair and trimming my grown-out bangs. For once I am able to look forward to my next haircut instead of dreading it as the students are so detail oriented and professional! Not to mention the salon was spotless and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Highly recommend!

I have been coloring my roots at home with only one dark shade from the store and have really long and thick hair. I have not been able to get a single cut in 6 months. This place is just amazing. They take very meticulous approach to treating your hair. Their products are great quality. Their Hair stylist are very detail oriented. No room for any mistake as every single stage in the process whether it’s cut, color or foil is reviewed and corrected by the teacher. The stylists are so nice & patient. I spent 6 hours at the salon and not a single thing I can complain about. Their prices are almost half of the other salons. I got lots of encouragement and compliments after my hair were ready that I walked out extremely satisfied, confident and content. I would go here without a doubt.

Jacqueline did such a good job. I was so nervous to get my hair dyed for the first time, but she nailed my full head of highlights. I’ll go back again to get it further lightened, but I felt like Jacqueline totally knew what was best for my hair and that doing it progressively was best for not totally burning my hair. Insanely reasonable price. People usually pay 3x this much for the same quality

I received a great haircut from Faith! Her instructors were awesome, giving good advice and patience as I got my haircut. I was learning how my hair was cut, it was quite interesting! I enjoyed the full experience: tea, the shampoo, and the haircut!

I took a tour of the school today with my daughter. I felt all my questions were answered. All staff that engaged with us were professional and very knowledgeable. Would definitely like to acknowledge their esthetics instructor, she was really wonderful to talk to.

First, they are students. They are learning. There are teachers around to monitor them and help them, so if you'd going to do cut, foils, and this and that, you need to have the whole day for that. This school uses Aveda products, and this brand is FREE OF ANIMAL CRUELTY,with my coronavirus hair, and I even cut my own hair in my bathroom, and I looked like from 1980's rock magazine. I went with leftover henna, and three or four different colors and about 4 to 5 inches of root growth. What I challenge I was for the student who did my hair, but she did an amazing job. she cut my hair, foiled my whole head, toned who knows what else and took 6 hours, but I couldn't more pleased,. I had the experience to go two different times to the Paul Mitchell's school of cosmetology in Michigan, and that was a nightmare, and for that reason I had so many colors in my hair. I am glad I decided to give O'Briens a try, and I definitely will comeback.
