I had a great experience with the nail techs here! Loanna did exactly what I wanted when I showed her the inspiration picture! I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in Boston but I like this one the most. Very clean and has a good atmosphere!

I’ve been here 3 times and have had all great experienced. This was my first time getting a design with a gel manicure and I was so happy with how it came out. The people I have met here have all been so kind, patient, and talented. Can’t say enough good things about this salon.

Love Dip nails instead of acrylics. Tell them u heard about it from big light skinned girl named Grace lol. They will take good care of u. The pedicure chair is fabulous with the full back massage.

Love this place, so quick and friendly. If you are loyal to them they return that same loyalty to you! Always have a good experience, have been here for nails, waxes. Even after moving away I will travel and go here every time!

First time at Ruby’s: it was just perfect! First, the place is clean, they have the needed sanitary rules and it is comfortable. Then, I had pedi with Vee and mani with Kelly… both friendly and very patient and meticulous. They did a great job and I’m so happy and proud of the result!!! Merci beaucoup :-)

I looked at the reviews before going to Ruby's nail's on Massachusetts ave in Boston and they were a little better than the rest. After spending a day at The Museum of Fine Arts ( which is a beautiful museum) I took my friend's 12 year old daughter to Ruby's for her birthday.I was looking to get a manicure/pedicure for her. This was my first time in a nail salon and I was impressed.The lady said it will be a half hour wait so while you are waiting you can pick out a color, within 10 minuets my friend was asked to sit in the pedicure seat. Daisy was my friends personal manicurist, she was awesome, very professional and took her time to do the job right. I felt very comfortable on how Daisy was treating a 12 year old girl in a grown up world, and yes I would go back if I was in the neighbor hood. God Bless.

They did awesome with the dip powder on my hands the pedicure not so great. The highest price I ever paid for a pedicure at 33$ plus tip and I feel like I didn’t even get my feet done. The back of my feet weren’t scrubbed and was left dry and hard. I was so disappointed I don’t know if I’ll return for a pedicure. I like my feet smooth and soft after a pedicure mind you my feet are in pretty good shape it’s not like they had much to do. If there not going to put effort into scrubbing your heals they shouldn’t charge so much.

I found Ruby’s when I lived in the area and still drive in to get my nails done there. I’ve been going there for years and I am never disappointed. Each person who does my nails puts a lot of attention and care into their work. The gel manicures I get last forever and rarely chip within the first 2 weeks - and I put my nails through a lot. It’s also nice that they remember me, even masked up or when they’re really busy. I wouldn’t and don’t go anywhere else.

The entire staff at Ruby's was very kind and talented! My friends and I visited and they did a great job with everything! Great selection of colors, attention to detail, and extremely reasonable prices for the quality of the service. Would highly recommend!

This place is surprisingly good! I took my boyfriend and they did a nice job for our pedicures and my manicure. The prices are very fair for the Boston area. Though the studio could be a bit cleaner overall, they pay close attention to hygienic standards when it comes to working on your hands and feet. Recommend!

I always get gel and my nails grow long, and I wanted them trimmed "a little" and they now couldn't be any shorter in my opinion. I can't even be happy that they're fresh and a pretty color because she cut my long nails completely off! 😡 …

I dont know why I left this place. Everytime I come here I am never disappointed. I will remain a valued customer. The pedicure and manicure was so on point words cant even express!!!! Definitely one of Boston's best nail salons!!!!

I love it here! The girls here are all professional. They will listen to what you want and how you want it and they make it work! They are worth the wait and their service is worth every penny! I wouldn't change them for the world!
