My favorite in Back Bay. Diane the manager is amazing and when I broke one of my nails a few days later offered to come in early to fix it! All the ladies here are kind and friendly. Highly recommend.

Diane did an amazing job on my nails made me feel like a VIP. She is the queen of shaping. And the women who did my pedicure was absolutely perfect. My feet have never felt so relaxed. She put hot rocks, massaged, did a heated towel, it was so good. 5 stars the ladies are so nice.

Booked a last minute appointment to get my nails done for graduation bc my usual place was full, and went in with no expectations and I had a fantastic experience. It was my first time getting extensions and I was nervous, but my nails look incredible. Everyone was very kind and welcoming and the place is super clean. My nail tech was so cool and talented and the level of care that went into making sure each nail is perfect was super impressive. Truly the best manicure I’ve ever had, I will be back!!

This place is totally the nail holy grail of back bay ! I have gotten several manicure and pedicure here and I absolutely love it. Tracie is amazing! she is super patient and does an clean and well done job, happy w the work everytime, the gel manicure lasts 2-3 weeks. Staff are very friendly and attentive, place is clean and they have a huge variety of colors. Their booking online system is user friendly and a bonus!

I'm very impressed with this nail salon. Kim paid so much attention to detail, if I lived here I'd for sure be coming back. Edit: 16 days after, not a single chip!!!! Very impressed. My gels usually chip so fast because I work a lot with my hands.

Shaping by Dian exceeded expectations. I'm very particular and took a risk by trying a new place on a whim. Dian was both knowledgeable and skilled, and I'm pleased with the way my nails came out.

Do not pay attention to the old negative reviews of this nail salon! I have been to PS nails three times now and each time my dip manicure lasts a few weeks with no cracks, breaks, etc. I have been to many other salons where my dip does not last as long - my nails have broken or chipped. But not here! Diane, the owner, is great, but other technicians are good, too.

Best mani pedi I've gotten ever. They do a meticulous job with both and have a very extensive color collection with a range of brands/quality depending on what you're looking for. For manicures, they also have this skin exfoliation liquid they dip your hands in at the end to make your hands silky smoothe. Prices are very reasonable. Note: gratuity is cash only. I will definitely be back here!

I have been going since they opened about 3 years ago. They are always friendly and warm and make me feel welcome. Kim does my gel manicure and it usually looks good for over 2 weeks. The parifin feels wonderful and water or tea is always offered. Very happy with the entire crew. My nails look beautiful.

The nail salon is clean and conveniently located. For $15 you get a simple manicure with paraffin wax. However, it’s not a place where you can walk-in unless it’s early in the morning. Definitely need an appointment before the weekend. When they have walk-ins, the ladies doing the manicure/pedicures start to panic and insist clients to get gel nail colour instead of regular nail colour as it’s faster and easier for them. I think that is something they can work on and instead of rushing clients, accommodate walk-ins by giving them a realistic time estimate

This place has been my favorite since pre-covid when I first moved to Boston in 2019. Ms. Dian Hoang is very friendly, meticulous, and efficient. I can always count on her to message me back via Google! I highly recommend this place, especially since so many Asian businesses took heat from racism during earlier covid times.

Ahn took her time and realllly took care of me. My nails were cut shorter than I wanted, (very short) but I was fine with it because she really did a great job. She wasn't rushed at all, and I felt totally pampered. I walked in on a Monday before closing and was immediately sat for mani pedi. The little touches were all great. The paraffin was a total surprise! I will be going back

I love this place. I've tried several different salons in Boston and this is the only one I'll keep going back to, and have done so many times. I've had several different artists and every one has been incredibly thorough and meticulous to be sure my nails are perfect and that I'm happy. Never had a bad experience.

This is the best and most meticulous mani pedi I’ve ever gotten in Boston and in my life and I’m not even exaggerating. Shout out to Risa for the best pedicure I’ve had, the tubs have liners, new tools, hot sones and a scrub. I feel like I’ve paid almost the same or higher other places, and have had them reuse a file or tool. My nails fingers and toes were so careful shaped and my cuticles have never looked better! Thank you Anh for the beautiful manicure!

I’m sitting in the pedicure chair as I write this. Omg. Spa pedicure is awesome! Nancy is great! Super long with lots of massaging, which is exactly what I needed last minute when I can’t get a massage! Got a bit pricey for spa pedi and dip powder mani but I feel wonderfully relaxed :)

I love PS Nails and recommend it to be the spot if you are in Boston. They really emphasize the relaxation portion of a mani/pedi experience with an above average length time in the massage portion.
