I am very new to getting acrylic nails done, but I decided to try it to (hopefully) break my bad habit of nail biting. Being new to everything made me nervous that I’d look stupid, but everyone at this salon made me feel at ease. I’ve had both Quinn and Holly do my nails and they are both great! I typically see Holly, and she is awesooome! She asks several times if I like my nails during the appointment, and will do anything to make me happy. She also explains how techniques work since I mentioned I’m new to this. It’s clear she is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She is much more critical of her work than I am, which makes me comfortable with coming to her for intricate designs and techniques! Plus, she and all the employees are fun to talk to!

I’ve been going to this salon since May of this year and I have yet to be disappointed. Literally every idea that I’ve ever had for my nails has been done exactly how I wanted it to be. I choose to come every 2 weeks, but the products and the work are so high quality that I probably could go 3 to 4 weeks between appointments if I had to. Quynh is primarily who I make appointments with, but I’ve also gotten work done by Janete. I just love this shop and I always brag about it whenever I’m asked about my nails.

This was my second time going and the service is amazing. They really do an amazing job with taking care of your hands and feet. Candace has been my pedicurist and she is so.excellent at what she does. Janete has done my hands since I came. Quinh polished my hands today and the color is beautiful. These ladies are outstanding at what they do. I recommend this nail salon!!!

Highly recommend this nail salon. First time here after being told about it and seeing all of the great reviews. Forever customer now. Every employee was warm and welcoming. I can see what all the talk is about now. Everyone should give this salon a try. You will not regret it. Sam did my nails. He explained the process and care of my nails. My toe nails are very difficult but I never knew my feet or toes could feel this good. This place really left a mark . I am absolutely blown away at how stunning my nails are !!! I looked forward to the next set after these!! Update: Not only is Sam incredibly amazing....so is his sister Holly. I had to have the repeat of the blue for August. It took us forever to find closest to the match. It's not it but come close enough. I can't begin to tell everyone how amazing this place is. The folks here at Lakeshore are simply better than great. New blues are done by Holly and Sam filled in a bit. Black and whites are done by Quinn. Black and white were done in July for a special occasion. I had messed them up some how and Quinn was at the ready to get them fixed for my special occasion. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Excellent service! I’ve been going from shop to shop for years and I can truly say this is the best nail salon in Birmingham. Everyone here is super welcoming and friendly to speak with. This is now my new favorite nail salon. Holly, Sam, and Quinn are great. Naomi is very gentle when she does pedicures. No nicks, bleeding, or burning. Very professional and very neat.

Sweet people that do a wonderful job! Holly and Quinn that have done our nails are top notch professionals and are nice to talk with. This nail salon is the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is fun and always so nice to each and every customer that comes in. You will not be disappointed by the talent that works here either. Even though my design was a bit complicated (to me atleast), they absolutely killed it in the best way! I get a gel manicure and it’s perfect every time. Today my husband and I visited Lakeshore Nails & Spa and once again, Lena was amazing. I missed seeing her handsome and sweet baby Neil, he is adorable. I was a little jealous because l know how well Lena takes care of her client. Lena's nephew worked on me and it was just as amazing. Lena is such a beautiful person inside and out. She fussed at me today because I had been away for so long, but that's what family is supposed to do and I love her for being true to her game. I have become a regular over the past year here! I see Quynh for full set/acrylics every time. I bring in so many different colors, designs, and ideas each time- she executes it so well. My roommate goes to Paige for gel manicures regularly and is also always pleased when she walks away from the salon. Paige and Quynh do a great job with pedicures and they have a new one with CBD products that I need to try. All their other artists have regular clients as well, but I haven't been to them personally. They are flexible to fit me in same/next day with little notice and are very friendly. Absolutely a returning customer and will remain that way!

This was my first time at Lakeshore Nails and Spa. I booked an appointment and arrived early. My nail tech was extremely friendly, got started on my nails on time, and made sure to go over what services I had booked, as well as went over pricing and an additional, new service that hadn't been added to their website yet. The pedicure (VIP) I received was one of the best yet. She took her time, and made sure to ask if she was rubbing my legs with an appropriate pressure. She did equally as well with my nails. I booked a SNS with mani, and requested a shape change. She was able to give me the shape I requested, even though my nails are shorter. In addition, she helped me match the gel from my pedi with the SNS on my hands. Great spa. And I will definitely go back.

IT WAS GREAT! My sister and I went in after going to a different salon with rather horrific nails and they made them BEAUTIFUL!!! Everyone was so polite. It was so relaxing and quiet I almost fell asleep getting my pedicure. I HIGHLY recommend coming here. We did wait a bit, but the salon was FULL so the wait was completely understandable. 10/10. Loved it! Be prepared to leave fully satisfied!!!!

My name is Cece, I really appreciate this location. We have been traveling/driving RV life vacation around USA for last two months and needed a break to replenish and refresh our selves with a great spa day of pedicure and manicure and they did a fantastic job. They were nice, professional and the space was clean and had a great vibration. They had complementary wine in which was a nice surprise. One of the best...actually the best... nail shops I've been to! I originally started going to this shop to get pedicures because they were highly recommended...and I'm so glad I did. I eventually started getting my nails done there and I wish I would have done it sooner. They are soooo good! Holly is the person that does my nails, but they are all sooooo good! They are all so friendly and personable...and professional! It's always clean and they have a score of 100! They have a large variety of different options to choose from like gel, dip powder, acrylic, pedicures, manicures, hard gel...and soooo many other options! Oh, and soooooo many colors to choose from too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, 10/10 for me!

What a beautiful place! I went in the middle of the week and that’s probably the best time to go. But the owner immediately greeted me and confirmed my appointment. They were already getting the water ready for my pedi! Asked me if I wanted something to drink as well. I loved Anna she’s so quiet but very detail oriented. My girlfriend and I came to get pedicures done today. We thoroughly enjoyed Lena's company! She was very nice and funny and really made the experience for us. Her nephew did my girlfriend's pedicure and she was very happy with her experience with him. This was my first pedicure but I think that Lena did a great job. Between the massage chairs, excellent pedicures, and a complimentary drink.. we didn't want to leave! We will definitely be coming back.

I had a fabulous experience here! I booked an appointment online for which they offered a 10% discount. I only booked an hour ahead of time and they were ready for me. It’s very hard for me to find nail techs who can do long nails...they usually mess up the shape or drill too thin. At Lakeshore Nails and Spa,Quinn the owner is a BEAST with nails. It was ok pedicure ok still had a little dead skin on my heel paid 40 for that.. And paid 65 for matte nails and two was uneven i caught one before i left but didn't catch the other one. And by uneven i meaned he filed to much on one side of my nail. Overall nails look decent, i like good customer service and great quality... Someone who takes pride in their work. And i made an appointment online..They had good reviews but they didn't impress me. Maybe it wasn't a good day i don't know

I just got my nails/hands done for the first time in years for my daughters wedding. As a truck driver, they were in terrible condition. The new owner did them. She also removed the callouses from both hands. I knew how good she did by my daughter's reaction. I will be going back . Went there today with my husband and his cousin. We originally set the appointment for only 2 pedicures and one SNS nails but my husband last minute decided he wanted a pedicure but we came early and Lena worked it out for us! Since it's appointment only they didn't rush at all and really made sure we were happy with everything. This was the first time getting my nails done and she made sure it was exactly what I wanted (even though she suggested something else since she hadn't done what I was asking). In the end we both loved it and I left extremely satisfied! We had both Lena and Kandace and they were amazing with great personalities. I'm only in town for a month but I definitely will try to go back for something before I leave again!!

Wonderful experience!! Your comfort is put first! Quynh is an amazing nail tech. She is precise, creative, and so personable. On top of all of this, cleanliness and safety is not even a concern when you come to Lakeshore Nails & Spa. My first outing post-quarentine was here. Lena does an amazing job doing nails. I'm never disappointed and she makes sure you never leave disappointed. Her shop is clean and her methods are sanitary. She has a large selection of SNS, Gel, and nail polishes. She DOES NOT use Acrylic in her shop. One thing in particular that I enjoy is being able to match my fingernails(Gel or SNS) and toenails (regular polish). Lena also does wax services. Her prices are reasonable and she runs specials. She even has special events for her clients during the holidays. As stated on the page, this shop is APPOINTMENT ONLY, so please call or text ahead for an appointment.

recently moved back to the area , damaged my real nails when the tips broke off under my gloves while moving , my nail tech Quynh was AWESOME!!!!! she took the time to ensure no further damage was done while removing the leftover tips and SNS off my nails. She able to add tips back on my nails & make them look natural and at a length that would not prevent me from breaking them when im at work or out playing at the park. The facility is VERY CLEAN & easy to access off the busy road

I love this nail salon! Lena, the owner, takes great care of me and I leave with beautiful nails every time! FYI this salon is by appointment, which I happen to like. No waiting around plus it ensures they give each client specialized and individualized attention. I usually get the SNS Dip manicure with gel polish for color over. They use LED lights (instead of UV) to cure the gel, which I like because it's safer. And the SNS has minerals that helps keep your nails healthy. My nails have never looked better! And finally, for the first time, I've found something that will actually last me 21 days with no chipping or peeling!
