I am a client for life! Finally I have found a nail salon that care about the quality of service given in all aspects. You’ll need to book in advance and then consistently stay on their calendar but trust me it’s is worth it! They know and care about me and treat all of their customers with equal attention. They aren’t a fast food slip job, they are a sit down fine dining experience. They never rush their work and so it is always well done. Book their soonest appointment even if it a ways out, You won’t be disappointed. They even have been super wonderful to my girls ages 7 and 16 when i bring them in.

I love this place! I came in with my mom to get her manicure and pedicure done, and we had such a great time! Lisa did such a great job in a timely manner! Johnny was super helpful as well! Had a really lovely experience here with my mom. We had two pedicures and both were done beautifully and with care. The salon is clean, bright, nicely decorated. Will return!

I made an appointment for my step daughter and I and everyone here was so nice and professional. Actually seemed to care about listening to and interacting with their customers. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this place. But be prepared to book ahead! There’s a reason they are booked out and don’t do walk ins.

Star Nails is the best! Kristen and her crew are awesome! Very clean place, reasonable prices, high quality work, and on time. Kim takes care of me and my nails never break. My pedicures last forever. Kristen has my daughter’s natural nails looking great and always accommodates her with trendy minimalistic abstract designs. I have a great time joking around and laughing with the crew. They are down to earth and it reminds me of a female barber shop energy always having fun! Kristen also gives back to the community through volunteering. They aren’t always able to accommodate last minute appointments so plan ahead and be nice, they are the best! I highly recommend Star Nails.

I came from Colorado & have been looking for a place that does real gel nails in Billings for like 6 months & finally I have found the place! The guy that did them was super patient with my friend & I & was very friendly. Not at all awkward or quiet like most nail techs. He listened to what I wanted , even though I am not by any means a very good explainer lol. & the nails themselves came out absolutely amazing! I am so in love with them. He was super professional & was the first person in this town that I felt actually knew what he was doing! I HIGHLY recommend this salon for all of your nail needs!

I came in today for some gel acrylics, first time ever getting my nails done, as a perfectionist myself, I'm kinda of dissatisfied with the results:( some of my nails are bumpy, the cuticle on my ring finger is torn apart. And the finish is not completely smooth. I could cry, I dropped 50$ that I probably should have just saved instead of trying to spoil myself. As though I will say that as an empathetic person, I can see that he tried his best, and did tell me that if there are any problems I could come in to get it fixed. Very nice people, but i believe they rush themselves leading to a few minor errors.
