I absolutely love this salon. I was visiting from New York City and needed my nails done for a wedding saw the reviews and decided to go. If I didn’t live in New York City I definitely would make this my nail salon place. The ladies were friendly, kind and caring. Thank you for making my nails look gorgeous.

I am in town for a few days and wanted to refresh my manicure. Olivia was very responsible on Facebook and found a spot for the day itself. The choice of gel colors is huge and the manicure is perfect. The technician was very careful, the nail preparation was very well done and the final result is lovely. Picture is just out of the salon. I now hope it will last 💅🏼 but I have no doubts according to the previous reviews. I highly recommend!

Very quiet friendly clean atmosphere. Staff dressed in uniform. Professional. Don’t do acrylic tips but that was ok. Technician did a good job made nails neat and pretty. Only take Venmo or cash for tip though. Did not have either on me. But I will know next time. Did not soak nails for manicure but cleaned them well. Along with my hand washing. Requested dip polish but did not have so had to use gel polish. Not your typical nail spot but it was very nice.

Abigail did an amazing job on my gel manicure! I'm two weeks post-manicure and my nails are stronger than ever and the gel has not dulled or chipped. Will be coming back very soon :)

Was in town visiting on my day off and decided to schedule a gel manicure. So glad I did! I don’t think I’ve ever had a gel manicure hold up as well as this one. It has endured a week at the beach and I am not easy on my nails to begin with. 10 days going strong and only *minor* visible wear. Very happy with the attention to detail during my manicure and lasting quality. First picture is fresh out of the salon— so well shaped and shiny. Second & third pics are 10 days of wear. Only complaint is that I messaged for a 1pm appointment and they asked if I could come in at 12:30 instead. No issue. Showed up at 12:20 to pick out a color and they were clearly very busy. Didn’t end up getting sat until almost 1pm.

I just had another wonderful pedicure at Olivia. Maria did my pedicure and she was fabulous. She was so friendly and did a really great job. She made me feel very welcomed and encouraged me to relax. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time getting a pedicure. I ended up getting a full massage package too. Very calming. The aesthician was calm and clear. The space is straight forward, rather pretty, and quite comfortable.

Came here for Mani/pedis and what a great experience. The staff was super professional and very nice. Two guys got pedis and then my partner got a gel mani. They were so great, that my partner noticed a small air bubble in the clear coat, and they fixed it for her right away. Really enjoyed this spot, super clean and well managed!

I got a gel manicure done yesterday and they’re just ok. Nothing special and I asked for the shape to be really Square and the nail tech still made them kind of rounded, which I hate. They also don’t add artificial tips to nails which was a bummer to me because I had 2 nails that broke on the way to the salon and just wanted tips on them so they wouldn’t look so short. It seems to be part of their policy not to. I did get my eyebrows waxed here a few weeks ago and the shape was really good. The decor inside is really cute and dainty but I do believe they’re overpriced for the quality of their nail services.

I’m moving to San Diego and sad that I won’t be able to go anymore but went for the time I was living in Baltimore and also brought many of my friends here to check it out and they also enjoyed their experience!

I visited Olivia for the first time on Thursday in between my teaching schedule. I was greeted with kindness and felt a sense of peace the moment I sat down. All I had to spare at the time was 50 minutes and in that time I was given the best eco-friendly pedicure experience. I was so delighted that I returned at the end of the school day for a manicure. My nails were badly broken but were saved. I didn’t leave with brittle nails but with nails just as strong as I remember.

Always happy with my nails when I get them done here, no matter who does them- I usually get gel and it lasts for weeks. Clean salon and I appreciate their COVID-19 safety precautions. Keep in mind they don't do any artificial nails here, but they do gel, dip & regular polish on natural nails.

I called very last minute for an appointment and the man that answered was very polite and accommodating. When I got there it was so cute and airy. I was greeted and only waited a few minutes before they called me over. Because I had a later appointment two ladies worked on me; one on my pedi and the other removed my gel nail polish. Both were very gentle and did an amazing job!! Moving soon so they’ll be too far but I’m going to go as much as I can before I do. They also cleaned very thoroughly after each client. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking but that’s not their fault.

I have tried 3 other nail spas in the area. This is the one—from the setting (calm and clean and minimalistic) to the just-right level of interactions with guests and their convenient location. And they wear gloves all the time and sanitize their tubs and tables thoroughly after each client.

I really like getting my nails done here. It is very clean and peaceful. I feel like I can always quietly relax here! My nails are always neatly done and the technicians are very efficient. Although there are well reviewed salons closer to me, I feel like Olivia is really worth the extra walk for me.

I normally hate getting my nails done but this place made it enjoyable! The salon was really nice and clean; you can tell it was all done professionally and maintained with care. My gel manicure was very quick but she was still meticulous and did a wonderful job. The COVID precautions were great. Will definitely keep going here!

Great experience. Very clean, plexiglass for manicures. Such a relaxing ambience with thoughtful decor. All staff wearing masks & face shields. Sanitizing all surfaces after each customer. My nails turned out absolutely perfect after not having a pedicure all of 2020. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing atmosphere, so calming and relaxing. The nail tech I had was amazing, she took her time and made sure every nail looked perfect. I’ve never had a better experience at a nail salon. And the prices are comparable to any other nail salon in the area. Definitely going here from now on.

This is my new nail salon. They took their time and did a great job. I hate the electric file and I dont think they use ir here I gave it a 4 because of the 25.00 for the gel polish thats a lille pricy. Im use to paying 15.00 but im new to the city and Im comfortable with the cleanliness so I will continue going.

Enjoyed the actual pedicure, but my nail technician wasn't very friendly (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). They were reasonably priced, super clean and I liked the modern decor. I'll definitely be going back for my next pedicure!

Cozy and Fancy. My manicure was done by this amazing woman and gotten i really good pedicure. The place is friendly and been here a couple of time. I live in this neighborhood so this one is on my list to go to. Honestly been to all nail salon in the area. This one is recommended on my list.

Olivia is by far the best nail salon is SE Baltimore. Pre-covid, I always appreciated how clean and bright the space was and the care and attention they put into making sure it stayed that way throughout the day. Since Covid hit, I have never once felt uncomfortable going there. They are taking every precaution to keep the space sanitized and safe for their staff and the visitors. Besides a healthy and safe environment, they also do great manicures and pedicures. I love the individual bowls for a pedicure vs. the ones that circulate water and are notoriously gross. I've tried so many nail places since moving to this area and Olivia stands out as the best by a long shot and is now the only place I will go.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have had three different nail techs do my nails and the results have always been spectacular. Clean, beautiful salon. They were able to accommodate a last minute reservation for my friend and me. We had pedis and gel manicures. I've had gel manicures plenty of times before at other salons. Usually they last just under 2 weeks for me, but this one lasted 3 weeks with no chips! I was very impressed. Can't wait to go back!

This is a wonderful salon. I just had a mani/pedi from Judy and she did a great job and focused on detail. Some places will just do a paint job, but Judy takes pride in her work and made sure the polish would stay. I only get my pedicures done at Olivia because of their hygiene and will now make sure I always see Judy because she did such a great job. One thing that I had forgotten is that you can't add tip to your credit card so I had to leave and get cash from the ATM. I do wish they would change that policy.

Theresa is amazing! My gel manicure literally lasted 5 weeks without chipping. I only had it taken off because of how grown out it was. Just remember to bring cash for the tip - they can't add tips onto debit/credit cards.

I had a great experience with my roommate! Great service, reasonable prices and GREAT attention to detail. My nail technician didn't miss a step and she got my gel polish right down to my cuticle (very important to me). I also loved the hand/foot massage that comes along with the mani-pedi. We will definitely be back.

AMAZING!! My new favorite nail salon in Baltimore! Excellent service! Super sweet staff! Great attention to detail! Got a basic mani/pedi and it was sooo good!! Only cost $42 total! My friend got gel mani and basic pedi and hers was amazing too! Hers only cost $62! Gratuity is cash only, but some of the staff accept Venmo:) No massage chairs, but the great experience and excellent service made up for it!!

Hey, I'm a guy, and I go here with my wife. She gets her nails and toes done. I just get a basic pedi - no color! - but it's a great deal to sit there and chill and let them pamper you a bit. HGTV is usually on, or you can stare at your phone, while you dip your feet in warm water and let the attendant do their work, massage your feet and give them a great scrub and clip. You can't beat it, man or woman, and for me it's just around the corner. Friendly staff, nice comfortable accommodations, and usually no waiting.
