OMG, what more can I say about my experience at Beellagio it was AMAZING! My tech extraordinaire was THEA, and she was AWESOME from start to finish. She educated me on nails, and it all finally made sense to me. It has been some years since I had my nails done. I went to another shop where it was pricey, my nails started coming off only after 5 days and the design I paid for looked nothing like what I asked for. The nails felt not smooth on the sides and my clothes were getting snagged on the nails. Thea, what more can I say listened and I just love my nails, and the style was right on point with the picture I showed her, perfection! Also, the staff here was very friendly, helpful and kind, especially Helen. I will be honest I am not sure why this place is not rated higher. The prices here were great, not expensive at all, especially for the service I received. Beellagio is my new place, I felt relaxed, at peace and not rushed at all. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable! See you in 2 weeks!

Love love love this salon. There’s barely a wait. Literally everyone is so nice and sweet- they are truly hospitable. This salon exceed on cleanliness and ensuring safety for customer satisfaction. My wife always treats me to a pedicure here because she doesn't do feet. This place has me won over. The nicest by far she has ever took me to. The customer service here is nothing short other than amazing. We got there CBD deluxe package. Stress-reliving & relaxing “man it's amazing"! We waited only like 5 minutes before being seated. So thanks again Beellagio Nail Bar!!

When I first arrived Julie at the front desk was very professional and greeted me as soon as I entered and got me set up right away. I mentioned I was slightly in a rush however I wanted a pedicure and a full set. Jason stepped in and did my pedicure without hesitation!! He was amazing, very gentle and making sure I enjoyed my CBD pedicure which I ( DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GETTING). Then to top it off the playlist here was TOP KNOCH I will definitely be returning and bring my family as well !! Best nail bar experience by far.

I came to the shop yesterday for a man manicure. The shop is neat, modern, and bright. All the workers in the shop is very friendly and nice. I liked managed skill of the manager because she helped the technician to organize the polish and clean the manicure tables. The young professional technician ladies named Rachel did my manicure. I felt so relax in the massage. I rate this shop for five stars and definitely come back in three weeks.

I took my little sister there while we were in Atlanta. I booked before we got there and still waited 20 mins after the booking to be seen. They were nice but it was an inconvience. She was satisfied with her Mani Pedi. I wouldn't personally get my nails done there but it was a nice treat for her.

I am from a small town in Alabama where no one knows how to actually do nails. I showed Zack exactly what I wanted and he made it happen no questions asked. This place is amazing!!! They take their time and are extremely thorough. No acrylic left under my nails, perfect coffin shape, beautiful ombre. Little did I know it was a good thing I got these beautiful nails done because later that night I got ENGAGED. If you're looking for a beautiful manicure, lavish pedicure, and great service look no further than Beellagio.

Came in yesterday, Thursday at 6:45p. Before I could even say anything, the woman cuts me off and rudely tells me they're closed for the night. No hello and didn't even ask what I was there for. They were not busy AT ALL, only 3 people that were already being serviced. I find it ridiculous you're turning away service almost an hour before you're supposed to be closed especially when you are not busy and on a weekday where people have to leave work to make it there. Usually love this place but won't be back.

This place has a can-do attitude and I’ve honestly never had more detail oriented nail techs than the ones I had here. I was a walk in client from out of town here on business and they were able to service me right away for a full dip set + marbling + gold foil. I have never been able to find any other salon willing to do that for me. God bless!!

My nails turned out amazing. I go there regularly. On my past two visits I made an appointment for a pedicure, SNS and I also requested my eyebrows to be waxed. The first time, they were super busy I waited for 20 minutes after my manicure and pedicure, no one helped me even after reminder. So I left. Most recently, I waited. I was told a young woman would do my brows after she finished a customer. She finished and proceeded to help other people and do other things as I waited. At that point I had been waiting for 20 minutes. I decided to go pay and leave. I reminded her and the gentleman at the check out desk I was waiting. She said another young lady, who was in the waxing room would do my brows when she finished. I reminded her I had been waiting. Then she said, I can do your brows. I declined the offer. At that point I had waited about 30 minutes. Not sure if I will return. They do fabulous nails, the lack of regard for my time or even the fact that I made an appointment is not good customer service at all.

They’re pricey but I feel like it’s worth it. I’ll say my experience was top notch from the communication, service and quality. I didn’t like the previous shape of my nails from a different salon and it wasn’t exactly the design I asked for but this nail tech listened to my concerns and i love my nails now! My pedicure felt amazing too. I like that it wasn’t rushed and my problem areas weren’t neglected. It’s hard to find places that are good at both, it’s usually one or the other.

*** THis review was placed on the wrong nail shops page. It was intended for Bihoux Nail Bar located on 955 Spring St NW Suite B, Atlanta, GA 30309. I have NEVER been to Beellagio Nail, wax & Nail Bar. I'm sure they have great service unliike BIHOUX Nail bar. My sincere apologies. Horrible service. They skimp on supplies, particularly the acetone to remove gel. The young lady who was doing my nails got up and walked away because I asked her to stop scraping my nails because she put one drop of acetone on my whole nail to remove the gel. She damaged my nails. When I checked out I noticed my bill was slightly higher than normal. Then realized that they charged me $10.00 extra for acetone. What a ignorant bunch of women. Who does that? For that stupid gesture, they lost me and my four sisters who come there twice a month. The young lady who did my nails looked like a demon, just angry!

Totally stumbled upon this hidden GEM! My friend and I was greeted so kindly by the host and both ladies were nothing short of enthusiastic and kind. We quickly picked our colors then services. I was seated with tommy for a full set and Kathy on my pedicure. Generally, I hate doing both at the same time but today the experience as a whole was exceptional. Tommy is a nail artist! I got a full ombré set with glitter and gel on my toes! Not too mention, complimentary wine! The shaping and precision was what captured my attention and the reason I will be back!!! After I finished my nails, I decided to get my brows done by Navy, she was diligent and precise! The entire ambiance and experience at this nail bar was something that I’ve found nowhere else in Atlanta! The customer service, cleanliness and vip service deserves more than a yelp review! I would recommend that anyone needing pampering visit this location and tell everyone about it!!!

Great Service Tommy did my gel manicure and he was sooo friendly. I picked the color "Chillin" it came out great. Then Janey Did my Signature deluxe pedicure it was everything they scrub your feet as well as a foot clay mask with hot towel treatment for your feet. All this while free drinks were flowing and my back was being massaged by the chair pure Heaven to say the least.

Great nail salon! I have very dry callused feet and they did such a good job. Gel nails lasted the full 2 to 3 weeks. They are well staffed, we had one person doing hands at the same time someone else was doing the feet so got out quicker. Very nice on the inside.

While the facility and ambience is presented with spa like qualities, unfortunately my first time receiving a pedicure I asked the gentleman working on me to be more gentle. This gentlemen ended up cutting into my skin and I started to lightly bleed. While another gentleman was placed to finish the pedicure and manicure, there was no apology or explanation as to the level of service delivered by the first gentleman.

Great pedicures, and always busy. Typical wait for walk-ins is usually 10-25 minutes, reservations don't seem to hold much weight in terms of priority, it's usually first come first served.

First off I went in right when they were about to close they still offered me service even though I wanted a pedicure and a full set! Even though I was the only one there after closing they didn’t rush they took their time and did an amazing job! Sam did my nails(I recommend you ask for him if you want the experience I had!) he was very personable and polite and probably the best nail tech I’ve been to in a long time if I’m ever in Atlanta again I will definitely stop here to get my nails done!

Always come here for the beautiful atmosphere, excellent color selection and specialty nails as well as service! I got a matte pastel yellow and after a week other stuff was sticking to the color making it really dirty and I couldn’t get it off! I came back and they took off all of the color and filed it off and repainted with a new coat and shiny overlay. A day later the nail popped off (probably because I’m rough with my hands) and I came back and they fixed it again for free. I also get my lashes done here at a reasonable price! I’ve had them on for 2 weeks and they’ve been lasting so well. Overall, great service! Thank you!

Lee did an amazing job at refilling my gel acrylic nails. He was teaching a new employee how to do a great manicure using me as the model. He did a great job at reinforcing to her the importance of customer satisfaction as well as professional techniques. I surely walked away satisfied! My nails look amazing. Not the cheapest prices in Atlanta but well worth the experience.

The quality is above average and the atmosphere is nice. But each time I go (I’ve been twice), they quote one price yet charge another. I asked how much for a pedicure with callus remover, but when I got to the register, they charged a few dollars extra. I didn’t mind at first, but during my second visit, I asked how much for an acrylic takeoff, and again, was charged above what I was quoted. The money wasn’t the issue, it’s the principle. They do a good job though... if your willing to deal with the film flam pricing.

Wow!! I been to a few nail salons and this proved it was a nail spa. Everything about my visit was absolutely wonderful. The location is far larger than one would expect. The staff and techs were knowledgeable, friendly and very highly skilled. With large massaging chairs and a relaxed atmosphere, it was very easy to relax and enjoy some long overdue pampering. Hours after my visit my hands and nails are still baby soft and immaculate. My only regret was that I did not have the time to do more. The prices were beyond reasonable. I'm definitely going back and my sister is already putting together a spa day for my birthday!

Wanted to call out my new favorite salon! This is my second time going in and both times I’ve had a great experience. The first was for a gel manicure and this time was for sns. Ask for Sam! The people are very responsive, respectful, and nice which is a breath of fresh air from the normal sassiness of other salons. Their quality was great both times and the wait time was non existent. I recommend this salon for anyone who wants great sns and gel polish.

I had never been here before, but they’re open on Sundays so I decided to try them out. I came in for a manicure. I was greeted, seated, and then ignored for 20 minutes while 3 or 4 technicians walked around the salon, seemingly not actually doing anything. I was just a little annoyed, but it went up to 11 when two more customers walked in, separately, and were seated and assigned manicurists immediately. Mind you, I am a black man, and both of the customers after me were white women. And I’m ignored while they were attended to right away. An honest mistake I’m sure but exceptionally tone deaf. With that said, the technician who finally helped me was nice. My manicure was up to par. But due to the poor first impression, I won’t be back.

This is my go-to nail salon & they're absolutely phenomenal. The prices are a little high compared to my home state, but they seem right on par with other places here in Atlanta, & the quality & service you get definitely makes it worth it. If you get a manicure & pedicure, they have two people working on you at once while you sit in the massage pedicure chairs (one working on your pedicure, one working on your manicure, both at the same time!) They have multiple levels of manicures & pedicures with differing services & prices, & you can always ask for a menu to compare them. They also serve drinks including wine if you're looking to drink a bit while you're being worked on! I've gotten gel & S&S done here & it always comes out great. I've had almost all of the employees at one point or another, & they all do a fantastic job, but my two favorites are definitely Tommy (for S&S) & Navi (for gel or regular). I absolutely recommend them!

This was an awesome experience! We went for a Bachelorette party and I had called earlier in the week to make sure they could accommodate all of us and that we could have champagne while we waited. Not only were they ready for us to get there and provided us cups etc. for the drinks, they were so flexible and laid back the entire time. All 8 of us were done with manicures/pedicures in less than an hour and a half!! It was great and they were happy to accommodate a loud, excited group of us! I will definitely go back on my own now.

OMG! LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and have not one complaint. During this pandemic, Bellagio has been on top of temperature checks and require a mask, so I feel secure when I’m here. Complimentary bottles of water and service is amazing! Helen can shape some nails! They offer one free hour of parking in the garage. Oh, and then jelly pedicure is luscious. Idk how I stumbled amongst this jewel, but I’m never leaving unless they do! It’s also now where my sister comes to get her pedi and mani! Thank you guys for being so great during such strange times...!!

This is my favorite place to get my nails done hands down. I can walk to a salon in Atlantic Station but I choose to get in my car and drive to Beellagio. It is calming, FANTASTIC service, they are never too busy for you, and extremely nice and respectful humans. I went to Beellagio for the first time yesterday AM. I was apprehensive about trying this nail salon out because of the recent reviews. I was in dire need of a manicure, so I went anyways. I am so glad I went. I didn't have to wait (probably because it was a Tues morning), and my nail tech, John, was amazing. He was super nice and very informative when it came to nail care. He removed my old SNS without drilling overzealously into my nail beds. Then he applied new SNS in a beautiful nude color I picked out. Also, if you like SNS, they have a plethora of colors to choose from. I've never been overwhelmed by an SNS color selection until yesterday. There were at least 30 SNS nudes to choose from alone.

Exceptional customer service and quality. I was booked for another salon and I left because it wasn’t up to my standards. Here they accommodated me on NYE and I never felt one second of rushed or any level of anything but incredible service. I absolutely loved my dip shellac nails and my artist who did them made sure they were perfect. If I lived in Atlanta this would be my absolutely go to. The owner, Huong Truong, just did my gel manicure, i came in 5 minutes before closing and she took time out of her night to make sure my nails looked awesome :))) And they do. !!! 100 Stars!!!! I went in to get my nails taken off becuz I wasn't able to finish it in time on my own... My lady was Annie!!! She was so kind she cleaned my nails up nice for me, we talked for a while about our dogs. And I explained to her my friends dog is in the pound, and I'm going to pick her up and keep her for myself. Since I'm attached to the dog and my friend didn't tell me he was getting rid of her... she was kind enough to not let me pay for services!!! I was amazed and very happy she did that for me becuz she really didn't have too!! The bad part is I didn't have any cash to give her a Tip so for that Annie I am so sorry!!! Nd if I ever pass by nd have cash I will pay you! Unfortunately, I'm all the way in Norcross so it'll probably be a month or so but a kind gesture is never forgotten. Nd I truly appreciate you for doing that for me!!

Favorite place in the whole wide world. I received compliments on my nails all the time. I usually get the natural pink and over my real nails. I’ve literally been to every nail salon in midtown and buckhead and this by far is the best. The staff is amazing. The environment is warm and welcoming.
