I've been tanning here off and on for 3 years. The staff is amazing and very nice. They remember my name which to me is special and means they care. This is the place I would recommend for anyone looking for great beds to tan and they have great deals as well!! I workout next door so its very convienent for me 💪😎(Anytime Fitness)!! Thank yall for always being very respectful!!

I really enjoy going to Tan Universe. Deb is incredibly knowledgeable about the beds and products and she is such a genuine person; It's always a pleasure to see her when I go in for a session. I actually came to Tan Universe because I REALLY enjoy tanning in the sun, but there hasn't been a lot of opportunity for me to lay out in the sun for hours on end. I had never been in a tanning bed before, and despite doing some research online, I was still pretty nervous and I had a ton of questions. When I came in I was treated really well and Deb answered every single odd and crazy question I had without getting frustrated with me. I truly appreciated that kind of customer service! Now I am a regular and I look forward to every tan session. I feel at-home and relaxed when I am there.

Deb is amazing! I always burn when I start to tan but not under Debs watch! She said “if you can trust me I won’t let you burn and we will build your tan the right way!” She has done just that. She takes such great care of everyone that walks in the door, knows everyone’s name, keeps the beds spotless and clean, and knows what lotions people need based on their skin. She makes the whole experience fun and easy. Deb is just flat out great and an all around amazing person. You couldn’t be in better hands for your experience at this location!

I just want to brag on tan universe and DEB! I have been going to them for 3 years and they have been incredible, Deb especially. I have extremely sensitive skin and when she sees me walk in the door she automatically cleans the bed for a second time with water to ensure I don’t have any type of reaction to the cleaner. Deb is so knowledgeable about all of the products that they sell and always greets me with a smile and friendly attitude. I 100 percent recommend tan universe.

Love Tan Universe!!! I love the staff at both locations and the wait time is always super fast. Beds are always super clean and they have a great selection of lotions and moisturizers! Deb and Dallas at the Patton location are my favorite!! If you’re having a bad day, Deb will for sure be able to make you laugh. Angie and April are my favs at the Arden location! I definitely recommend this place, both their Arden and Patton location!!!! If you’re a first time/rookie tanner, all the staff can help direct you and tell you exactly what type of lotion and moisturizer work best for your skin tone and type and the color you are looking for. The Arden location also offers amazing spray tans!!

Your profile is right there that see where you are as far as minutes in a bed ,levels,questions they will answer.friendly down to earth. I've not burn and they've helped me stay on track and not over do it so they have experiencing.barb maybe is one that is usually in charge , most knowledgeable,they gave me a sample so I wouldn't go in to bed without something on my skin bc I left mine at home.thata customer service as well..thank you (!they don't take cash and a annual contract for 20. A mo.i chose.i go every other day and very happy.)

For the dingle berries complaining about skin cancer... #1. It's clearly posted in every room that tanning beds are a risk... All of us who tan... Do so at our own risk. This place is great. Nice staff, clean beds, clean rooms, and not terribly busy so you never have to wait long for a room. The ONLY thing that I don't really care for, is that you can't get out of the month to month contract until it's up... Ironically UNLESS you have a Dr. Note... Lol They should do a 6 month contract for those of us who don't,tan during the cold months. However, until then Ive decided to go back today since I'm paying for it anyway.

Been tannin here forever love coming in to debs always upbeat attitude... they have very good beds... changes bulbs like they should has a nice selection of tannin lotions... the only plc I go for my indoor tannin.....

I just wanted a little tan before going to the beach. I burn easily so wanted a little advice on what to do and these ladies took care of me! I’ll never go anywhere else around Asheville as long as I can come in here.
