It's not always easy for a teenage boy to be happy with their hair, but my son will only go to Grace and City Image. He loves his haircuts! Followed my barber (Christine) over, let me say, their service is on point at all the locations I've visited so far. So the business initiative works. One thing I noticed here, is it's very kid friendly, and those kids come out with sharp cuts. As always it's a blast and I always tell them they're like a sitcom and should have a show. Now back to the primary reason I go there, the hair cuts are definitely excellent from the barber I see working their craft.

This was my first time at City Image and Freddy took such great care to make certain he was giving me the exact cut I wanted. I've been living in the area for 18 years and have never been really happy with any haircut I've had. The last barber I had gone to had closed his shop. I tried City Image where I was assigned to Grace. Wow-I got the best, most perfect looking haircut I ever had. Grace is so skilled and did such a great job. I am beyond thrilled with City Image, particularly Freddie! My son was never a fan of getting his haircut, and I was doing at home cuts due to covid. Booked a Skin Fade and Beard Trim online, and when I showed up I was seated right away, I didn’t have to wait 5+ minutes after my appointment time which was a HUGE plus, Every employee took a second to look up and greet me which made me feel welcome. And most importantly my cut was awesome, I had been paying a lot more for way less attention to detail and wayyy less skill, my fade was on point, beard was dialed in beautifully and the lines were tight. Def stumbled upon my new barbershop.

UPDATE: I am updating my original review because I was contacted to talk about our dissatisfaction. I have taken my son here before and had a good experience. People can have bad days and the shop did take steps to address the issue. Original review: My son’s hair looked fine when I left but once he washed his hair I saw many errors and had to correct the haircut myself at home. There were long pieces in the back and the front was very uneven. It is very disappointing and made my child self-conscious.

I had moved up to the Caldwells about 15 years ago, and could never get decent haircut till I found City Looks in the Little Falls. It didnt matter which barber cut my hair they all did an amazing job. They have expanded since then and have many location and luckily for us they moved into town. Freddy is our guy, my 3 boys and I love it there and wouldnt go anywhere else. The owners and all the barbers in all the locations are a class act. Best barbers around hands down.

I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday morning to get my beard trimmed. While waiting my turn I noticed how great the staff was with their customers. An elderly man, some guys in their 20’s/30’s and a toddler were getting cuts — and the barbers were all great with them. When it was my turn I was asked a bunch of questions to make sure the guy trimmed my beard exactly how I wanted. He was done quickly and trimmed it exactly how I asked. Other than the shop being a NY Mets zone ... it’s great! I’ll definitely be back. Go check it out.

I went in there as a walk in aug 29th to get a quick trim before my wedding the following day. I wish I remembered the name of the barber, but I don't. I just wanted the back and sides trimmed and he took his time to knock it out of the park. No exaggeration the best haircut I've had in 38 years. My (now) wife loved it. Straight razor around the ears and temple, slight and very subtle fade in the back. I was a little worried how much he was going at the back, but I couldn't have been happier about the final product. The facility itself was clean, orderly, people were nice. What more can I say?
